Abstract

In het vertrekstation staan verscheidene transportbanden naargelang de grondstoffen die nodig zijn voor de produktie. Bij iedere grondstofverwerkende machine staat er ook een transportband, nu moet er een lading gebracht worden vanuit 1 of max 2 verschillende punten maar een bepaalde machine met behulp van een convoyer. Een detektor signaleert wanneer er nieuwe grondstoffen moeten geleverd worden. Deze signalen worden gestuurd naar de interningebouwde microprocessor van de convoyer. De microprocessor analiseert zijn prioriteit en de convoyer gaat automatisch voor de grondstoffentransportband staan, noemt 1 stuk goed nu, rijdt verder naar het tweede laadpunt, laadt zijn 2e stuk goed en vertrekt via zijn uitgestippelde frequentiebaan naar de oproepende toeleveringsmachine.
