Abstract

The arrangement is intended for regulating the ventilation of a stable. It comprises an air outlet slot along the full length of the roof ridge. The slot is bounded by two longitudinally extending upward flanges and a downwardly open U-section element is vertically adjustable over the slot. The air inlet is pref. provided in the longitudinal side walls below the eaves and may be controllable by dampers. These dampers and the ridge element are pref. adjustable simultaneously by means of a common cable. The ridge element is preferably in glass fibre-reinforced polyester. Fl.

De verluchting van stallen voor dieren gebeurt tot op heden op de volgende manieren :
- Dynamisch, d.w.z. met behulp van ventilatoren.
- Statisch, dit is door middel van een natuurlijke luchtstroom die ontstaat tussen een luchtinlaat, doorgaans een spleet tussen de langsgevelmuur en een scherm bevestigd aan het dak, <EMI ID=1.1> 

  
hetzij door een vaste of regelbare opening over de ganse lengte van de nok.

  
De regeling van de huidige systemen met statische verluchting gebeurt enkel door meer of minder afsluiten van de inlaatopeningen. De nok blijft doorgaans open.

  
Sommigen maken gebruik van kleppen die de opening afsluiten tussen de twee nokgordingea.

  
Het systeem ontwikkeld door aanvrager onderscheidt zich van bestaande systemen door :

b) Het nokgedeelte

  
Het nokgedeelte is bestudeerd om in functie van de vorm van de zijopstanden :
- de luchtopening volledig te kunnen afsluiten. Bv in de winter.
- gemakkelijke bevestiging van de scharnieren toe te laten.
- voldoende stevigheid te bezitten om zelfs bij lengten van
100 m door één aandrijfpunt in beweging te worden gebracht.
- waterdichtheid in verschillende standhoogten te verzekeren.
- corrosiebestendig te zijn. <EMI ID=5.1> 

  
De scharnieren :
- bevestigen het bewegend gedeelte van de nok aan het vaste gedeelte van de stal en dit op voldoende stevige wijze.
- zij laten een beweging toe die het wezenlijke element vormen van de uitvinding.

  
2) De aard van de beweging
- de luchtinlaat is regelbaar door het naar binnen scharnieren van de verluchtingskleppen, in de zijwand, zodat een regelbare spleet ontstaat tussen de dakisolatie en de luchtinlaatkleppen.
- de luchtinlaat is regelbaar door het naar boven bewegen van de gehele nok en kan hierbij, in om het even welke tussenstand geplaatst worden, van geheel gesloten tot geheel open.

  
Het opwaarts bewegen van de nok is het wezenlijke element van de uitvinding en is verschillend van.elk ander systeem.

To date, animal housing is provided in the following ways:

b) The ridge section

  
The ridge part has been studied in function of the shape of the side stands:
- to be able to completely close the air vent. Eg in winter.
- allow easy fixing of the hinges.
- have sufficient firmness to cover even lengths of
100 m to be set in motion by one drive point.
- ensure watertightness in different stand heights.
- be corrosion resistant. <EMI ID = 5.1>

  
The hinges:
- attach the moving part of the ridge to the fixed part of the house and this in a sufficiently sturdy manner.
- they allow movement which are the essential element of the invention.

  
2) The nature of the movement
- the air inlet is adjustable by hinging the ventilation flaps inwards in the side wall, so that an adjustable gap is created between the roof insulation and the air inlet flaps.
- the air inlet is adjustable by moving the entire cam upwards and can be placed in any intermediate position, from fully closed to fully open.

  
Upward movement of the cam is the essential element of the invention and is different from any other system.
