La présente invention concerne par conséquent des compositions pharmaceutiques, contenant en tant que principe actif au moins un composé de la formule générale I,

La demanderesse a trouvé en outre que les composés de la formule générale

que les sels physiologiquement acceptables de ces com-posés, constituent également des substances utiles en tant qu'agents anxiolytiques, anti-dépressifs, anticonvulsifs, myo-résolutifs, pour le traitement des manifestations d'anxiété et de dépression et de troubles cérébraux combinés, ainsi que pour le traitement de l'hy- pertonie extra-pyramidale due à la maladie de Parkinson.
La préparation.des composés de la formule II est décrite dans l'exemple 1, étape F, et dans l'exemple 2 ( page 10, lignes 21 et 22) du brevet principal.
L'invention a par conséquent également pour objet des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant, en tant que principe actif, un composé de la formule générale II et en particulier un composé de la formule II, pour lequel

Les nouveaux composés, revendiqués dans le brevet principal, de même que les composés de la formule générale II ci-dessus, peuvent être dédoublés en leurs isomères optiques par des techniques classiques.
L'exemple 1 ci-après est destiné à illustrer cette procédure de résolution d'un composé de la formule générale I.
Exemple 1
