"Electrische verlichtingsinstallatie".
<EMI ID=2.1>
<EMI ID=3.1>
of rolluik voorzien is, brandt.
<EMI ID=5.1>
<EMI ID=6.1>
<EMI ID=7.1>
<EMI ID=8.1>
<EMI ID=10.1>
<EMI ID=11.1>
<EMI ID=12.1>
"Electric lighting installation".
The invention relates to an electrical one
lighting installation for buildings with a power supply circuit
for light points of which at least part is controlled by
intervention of a low voltage circuit, which in almost
every room in the building in question has local pressure switches for the different light points.
In general, the object of the invention is to propose a lighting installation which makes it possible to have a complete overview from a central location of whether or not the various light points are switched on, on the one hand, and to operate the various light points from this central location. and to check, on the other.
For this purpose, at least one central control panel is provided with, for each light point or group of light points, an additional pressure switch, which is connected in parallel over the corresponding local pressure switch, and a tell-tale associated with each light point or group of light points, such as a tell-tale lamp.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention
the aim is to provide a lighting installation
couples that are combined with a very effective alarm system.
To this end, the low voltage circuit, in parallel across some local pressure switches and the corresponding additional pressure switches, expediently exhibits an alarm circuit in which appropriate detection, control or indicator elements, such as break switches, are provided.
In a preferred embodiment of the lighting installation according to the invention, a common switch is provided in the operating circuit, which switches on the one hand at least the contacts of some of the remote switches mutually in parallel and, on the other hand, the contacts of the remote switches thus connected in parallel in series. with an alarm switch, such that. when this common switch and the alarm switch are closed, the by
the low-voltage circuit operated supply circuit is at least partially energized, depending on the number of contacts of remote switches connected in parallel.
Advantageously, the alarm switch is also in series with a siren, bell or the like.
Other particularities and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a particular embodiment of the invention; this description is given by way of example only and does not limit the invention; the reference numbers used relate to the figures added thereto.
Figure 1 represents a schematic diagram of a special embodiment of an electrical lighting installation according to the invention. Figure 2 is a front view of a control panel of <EMI ID = 1.1> Figure 3 is a schematic representation of a practical wiring of an electrical lighting installation according to the invention.
In the various figures, the same reference numbers refer to the same or analogous elements.
Figure 1 shows a lighting installation that can possibly be used in a home.
This installation comprises a power supply circuit 1 for the light points 2, 3 and 4, which in 5 connects to the normal mains voltage of
220 volt alternating current is connected. This supply circuit 1 mainly consists of a common conductor 6 for the various light points 2, 3 and 4 and a second common conductor 7 from which three separate conductors 8, 9 and 10 depart in parallel to the corresponding light points. This circuit is protected in the classic way, for example, by fuses not proposed of, for example, 6 amperes, which are usually located in the
<EMI ID = 2.1>
By means of electromagnetic remote switches 11, 12 and
13, known under the name "teleruptors", for each light point to be operated, the power supply circuit 1 is electromagnetically coupled to a low voltage circuit 14 which has a local pressure switch 15, 16 and 17 for each light point in the corresponding room of the house for operating these light points 2, 3 and 4.
This low voltage circuit 14 is powered by a safety transformer 220 V / 24 V 18 from the power supply circuit
1 for the lighting points.
According to the invention a central control panel is provided which is schematically represented in figure 1 by the rectangle 19 and on which an additional switch per light point.
or group of light points, which are connected in parallel across the corresponding local pressure switches, and also further provided a tell-tale lamp associated with each light point or group of light points.
In Figure 1 these additional switches are represented by the references 20, 21 and 22 while the corresponding associated indicator lamps have the references 23, 24
and carry 25.
These indicator lamps are connected in parallel in the power supply circuit 1 across the corresponding light points 2, 3 and 4 and thus light up when the corresponding light point is on. Thanks to the switches 20, 21 and 22, these light points can be operated from the control panel 19.
Figure 2 represents a practical embodiment of such a control panel 19.
The latter thus comprises in a row the various indicator lamps and the corresponding additional switches which are designed in the form of push buttons. Between a particular indicator lamp and the corresponding push-button
provide a space for indicating the room where the light point or group of light points to which the relevant lamp and push button relate is located. Thus
you have a complete overview of the switched on and off light points of the entire home.
The electrical lighting installation proposed in Figure 1 further comprises an alarm circuit which has been schematically represented and indicated by the reference number 26.
<EMI ID = 3.1>
over the local switches 15, 16 and 17 and over the push buttons 20, 21 and 22 of the control panel 19. This has the consequence that when one of these switches 27, 28 or 29 is closed, the corresponding light point lights up.
These break switches can be used in all kinds of ways
ways. For example, it can be made to cooperate with a roller shutter, a window or the like, such
that when opening a window or when pushing up
a roller shutter automatically lights up in the room where this window
whether the roller shutter is provided, illuminates.
Means must of course be provided to allow the residents to disable these break switches. Such means were not presented in Figure 1.
This part of the installation according to the invention can be referred to as a shock installation because it allows, for example, when burglars penetrate into the room along the window, to switch on the light automatically, which usually has the result that the burglar flees. At the same time, the lighting is indicated by the corresponding indicator lamp on the control panel 19, so that when the occupants are at home, they can immediately identify the place where a possible burglary is committed.
Furthermore, the lighting installation according to the invention preferably also contains an actual alarm system
built-in that protects a building against burglary or
such, in the absence of the residents for example
To this end, a common switch, in particular a lockable slide switch 30, is provided in the operating circuit 14, which switch allows all desired light points to be connected in parallel. This slide switch is then connected in series
<EMI ID = 4.1> both switches 30 and 31, at least: some of the light points are lit, depending on the number of remote switches that are connected in parallel as teleruptors.
<EMI ID = 5.1>
tower 11 to 13 and consequently the corresponding light points 2, 3 and 4 are brought into parallel by the slide switch 30.
This alarm switch 31 is advantageous
built into the door lock of the main entrance in such a way that when this main entrance is closed, the alarm circuit is automatically
<EMI ID = 6.1>
mounted in parallel over the alarm switch 31, which is housed in a previously hidden place and can be operated, for example, by means of the same key as that of the door lock.
Furthermore, the alarm switch 31 is placed in series with a siren, bell or the like 33.
In addition to the low-voltage circuit 14 which is coupled to the power supply circuit 1 by means of the transformer 18, an independent direct-voltage circuit 34 is provided which is connected to batteries not shown. By means of a changeover switch 35 it is possible to switch the low voltage circuit 14 coupled to the supply circuit 1 to the direct voltage or battery circuit 34.
On the part of the siren control circuit,
<EMI ID = 7.1>
of which the electromagnetic coil 37 acts on a first contact 38 in series between the alarm switch 31 and the siren, bell or the like 33, and on a second contact 39 in series between the battery and the electromagnetic coil 37 ..
Furthermore, a delayed relay is provided, the electromagnetic coil 40 of which is connected in parallel with the siren, bell or the like 33 and the contact operated by this coil forms an interrupter 41 which is connected before the remote switches 11, 12 and 13 on such that the power to them is interrupted when the coil 40 is energized.
Finally, another alarm cutout switch 42
placed in a hidden place in series with the siren, bell or the like 33.
The setting and operation of the alarm system thus described takes place as follows.
By means of the changeover switch 35, the operating
[deg.] circuit 14, which is supplied for example on 24 volt alternating current,
<EMI ID = 8.1>
voltage, switched to, for example, 12 volts direct current from a battery.
With the lockable slide switch 30, the lighting points 2, 3 and 4 are switched in parallel and when the main entrance is closed, the alarm circuit is closed and the alarm system is thus set.
When a contact is closed in any way whatsoever, the relay 36 switches on, with the result that the siren, bell or the like 33 is activated. Furthermore, the contact 38 of the relay 36 bridges the coil 37 and the siren is therefore connected directly to the battery, such that the circuit to the siren can no longer be broken.
Since now all remote switches 11, 12 and 13 have been switched in parallel by the slide switch 30, all light points in the building and, if desired, also outside the building go on. In the meantime, the coil 40 of the delayed relay is energized and the contact 41 interrupts the power supply to the remote switches 11, 12 and 13, so that they do not remain unintentionally current, but moreover cannot be switched off and thus the power supply circuit 1 for the light points.
Keep 2, 3 and 4 closed. In order to be able to switch back to the normal lighting installation, the concealed alarm interrupt switch must be operated and the slide switch 30 must be returned to its normally open position.
As can be seen, this is a very simple and effective alarm system with the highest reliability; vibrations, flashes of light and the like cannot, for example, initiate the alarm system by themselves. Moreover, this is a very flexible system that allows all combinations, depending on the specific case of the required security; this is therefore not a so-called prefabricated alarm system, but a security that allows all possible variants in such a way that it cannot be fathomed in practice even by the uninitiated.
Provided that the addition of a limited number of components to a lighting installation known per se, the invention makes it possible to obtain a fully protective alarm system without the cost price of
increase the lighting installation. This is mainly <EMI ID = 9.1>
is switched on in the alarm system and must therefore be regarded as an essential part of the latter.
Figure 3 shows a practical implementation diagram
of the electric lighting installation according to the invention proposed for a simple house.
A total of ten light points a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, are provided, which are fed by the circuit 1 and operated by the low-voltage circuit 14 in which the corresponding
<EMI ID = 10.1>
and switching off the corresponding light points. In addition to this switch, sockets can also be installed in some rooms
<EMI ID = 11.1>
power supply circuit 14 are switched and indistinguishable from ordinary power outlets. It is thus possible to set up any detector or the like at any place. Furthermore, from these sockets or switches, lines a3, b3, c3 etc. can be extended to non-shown break switches, which can be placed in various ways. These switches can, for example, be provided in such a way that when a window, door or roller shutter is opened, a contact is made so that the light point in the relevant room lights up. These break switches
<EMI ID = 12.1>
should not be switched on. These lines with the relevant switches are thus part of the alarm circuit described above.
It goes without saying that the invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and that several changes can be envisaged within the framework of the patent application.
For example, the alarm system can be limited to lighting the light points and the siren can, for example, be replaced by a flashing light or the like.
