<EMI ID=1.1>
<EMI ID=2.1>
<EMI ID=3.1>

"Prefabricated electrical installation and its manufacturing process".
The present invention relates to a prefabricated installation for premises. The term “premises” designates both private and public buildings and in particular homes, schools, offices and industrial halls.
The object of the present invention is to rationalize the assembly of electrical installations, by reducing in situ operations to a minimum.
For this purpose. The object of the invention is a prefabricated electrical installation which is characterized in that it comprises at least one set of electrical cables each having the length corresponding to the length after installation, intended, after installation, to be connected to electrical appliances of 'respective use or operation, depending on the same power supply circuit, each of the cables being connected, at one of its ends, to a single connection box for the whole, intended to be made integral with a wall of the local and presenting two series of terminals in contact in pairs.
acting as contact and distribution, in accordance with an electrical connection diagram on which the conductors of the cables are identified by their color and by a number which is transferred during assembly to at least one end of the cable.
The installation according to the invention is intended to be mounted in the room as soon as the structural work of the building is finished. Preferably, according to the invention, the installation comprises all of the circuits depending on a distribution and protection panel, and the panel and the cables
connection between the switchboard and the junction boxes are part of the prefabricated installation.
The invention also relates to a method
of manufacturing the prefabricated installation, the first subject of the invention. In accordance with this process, for assembly in the workshop, electrical diagrams are prepared for the assembly worker on which the terminals of the boxes
connections are identified by colors which correspond to the colors of the cable conductors to be connected, the terminals being one single-colored, the other two-colored, the former receiving the connection conductors respectively to the power supply and to the earth, the others corresponding to the connection connections, and the fitter is given the instruction that when a cable is to be connected to a pair of terminals of which only one is single-colored, it is the conductor having the same color as the one-color terminal which must be connected to this one-color terminal.
Other details and features of the invention will emerge from the description given below, without limitation, of an embodiment of the invention, with reference to the drawings in which:
Figure 1 shows a plan of a room and its lighting circuits. FIG. 2 represents an electrical circuit diagram of one of the circuits of FIG. 1.
In the figures, the same reference numerals designate identical or equivalent elements.
To achieve the prefabricated electrical installation according to the invention, the plane (s) are given to the technician)
of the room in at least two copies, in order to draw the general electrical diagram of the lighting circuits on the one hand, and of the socket circuits on the other.
FIG. 1 represents the plan of a living room, on which the lighting circuits have been drawn, in accordance with the invention.
These, three in number, each comprise a set of electric cables, connected at one of their ends, some to a user device such as a lamp 6, 7,
8, 12, 14, 15, for circuit I; 19, 20, 22, 23, 25 for circuit II; 30, 31, 32, 36, 37, 38 for circuit III; the others to an operating device such as a switch 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 13 for circuit I; 17, 18, 24, 26 for circuit II; 28, 29, 33, 34, 35, 39, 40 for circuit III, and at the other of their ends to a single connection box for the set respectively BI, BII, Bill. In addition, from each connection box leaves a
cable 1, 16, 27 for connection with a distribution and protection panel 41. From this plan, the technician draws up diagrams such as the one shown in Figure 2 for circuit II for assembly workers.
The connection boxes BI, BII, BIII ... comprise, in a known manner, two series of terminals, identified by circles in the drawing, terminals which are in mutual electrical contact in pairs; contact pairs are numbered
<EMI ID = 1.1>
the number of terminals will depend on the number of cables in the circuit.
The technician distributes the connections of the conductors of the circuit according to the rules of the art, with this particularity that he colors on the diagrams the terminals of the connection box in order to give an indication to the fitter on which of the conductors of each cable. '' it must be connected to one of the two or three terminals (in the case of a three-core cable) present.
Each cable is referenced in the diagram by a number
(16, 17, 19, 18, 22 on one side, 21, 24, 23, 26, 25 on the other side), which corresponds to the reference of the device for use or operation of the diagram of the figure 1, except for the cable 16 which is the current supply cable. According to the standards in force, cables with two conductors have a black conductor (used in principle for the phase connection and a blue conductor (used in
<EMI ID = 2.1>
terminals 1, 2 will be black and blue respectively. As regards the other terminals, they are half (A) colored blue and half (B) colored black; these are terminals for through connections. The editor
<EMI ID = 3.1>
a connection to two terminals (cable 17 for example), one of which (terminal 1) is single-colored (black) and the other
(terminal 3) two-color, it must first connect the conductor C of the same color as the one-color terminal to this one-color terminal 1 and then the remaining conductor D to the two-color terminal
3.
In addition to diagrams such as the one in Figure 2, the technician draws up lists of the laying lengths of each cable for the assembly worker.
The manufacture of the prefabricated electrical installation then proceeds as follows
The worker assembler having received the diagrams such as that of figure 2, for the three circuits of the installation considered in figure 1, as well as the lists of the lengths of the cables, he realizes the diagrams by stripping the free ends of the cables .
In addition, he sticks the reference number of the cable (16, 17 ...) to each end of each cable, for later checking. When all the circuits connected to a distribution and protection panel have been completed and panel 41 has been connected, everything is checked by injecting low voltage current, for example at 24V, into the input contacts of Table 41.
The prefabricated installation is ready for shipment to the place of assembly. It will be assembled as soon as the building shell is finished, by laying the connection boxes flat in the separation structure. Between floors
(ceiling, floor), either before the concrete is poured, or before the plastering and by leading the cables to the location of the respective use and operating devices as shown on the plan in figure 1.
It is clear that the prefabricated installation according to the invention makes it possible to achieve a serious saving in specialized labor both at the location of the installation of the installation and in the workshop where the actual assembly operations are carried out by unskilled workers and even the disabled.
It should be understood that the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and that many variations can be made to it without departing from the scope of the present patent.
