<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

Method of assembly and disassembly of formwork and profile for its application.
The present invention relates to a method allowing the easy assembly and disassembly of concrete wall formwork and a profile for its application.
Formwork, usually used, is made up of metal or wooden panels or shutters. These are held in place and aligned by a system of spacers combined with a system of tightening nuts or formwork ties and, in some cases, with a system of clamps. These partitions are still supported by props placed against their exterior faces.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
To prevent damage to the poured concrete walls and to facilitate the dismantling of the shuttering panels, they are maintained at a certain height from the ground by means of angles fixed at their end.
The production of these forms requires many operations involving a significant mobilization of manpower and tools, in particular for the installation of the nuts, the tightening links, and for their removal.
On the other hand, the spacers necessarily placed at different heights between the panels to maintain their spacing can interfere with the possible placement of a metal frame embedded in the mass of poured concrete.
The method according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks.
To this end, during the assembly of the shuttering panels are introduced obliquely the angles fixed to the ends of 'these panels, in grooves provided for this purpose on a number of profiles which have been aligned by known means and fixed, by for example by nailing, at suitable distances from each other so that the panels returned to the vertical are placed and are maintained in the desired malignment.
The dismantling of these panels is done just as easily thanks to the reverse process.
The profile coni'orme to the invention comprises, on its base, a protruding middle part intended to replace the spacers.
.Each side of the foot of this protruding part is provided with a groove which is intended to receive the angle of a panel. The lateral face of this groove backing onto the middle part is advantageously concave so as to facilitate the introduction and removal of the angles of the shuttering panels. In fact, it is thus possible to rotate the angle iron in the concave groove and to introduce or remove the panels by tilting them relative to the vertical.
