La présente invention concerne les intallation Sanitaires et plu- spécialement les robinets dits mélan- geurs d'eau chaude et d'eau froide pour l'alimentation en eau soit d'une baignoire, soit d'une douche portative.
On connaît déjà de'5 robinet mélangeurs de ce genre. Généralement, la douche portative repose ur une fourche indépendante de tout robinet ou de manette, soit horizontalement, soit verticalement. Dans ce genre de

fabrication, on peut toujours ouvrir les robinets d'eau chaude et ou d'eau froide et actionner la manette de direction du mélange pour le diriger vers la baignoire ou vers la douche portative.
Ceci présente l'inconvénient que si la douche portative ne se trouve pas à son emplacement de report et pendu, par exemple, hors de la baignoire, la manoeuvre de la manette de direction peut avoir pour résultat de projeter l'eau en dehors de la baignoire et de provoquer ainsi un début d'inondation.
La présente invention a pour but de remédier à cet inconvénient et de procurer un robinet mélangeur pouvant diriger l'eau vers la baignoire ou vers la dou- che, qui ne puisse être manoeuvré pour l'alimentation de la douche portative que lorsque celle-ci se trouve en main de l'usager'et sous son. contrôle.
Dans ce but, le robinet mélangeur, objet de l'in- vention, est caractérisé en ce que sa manette de direc- tion sert de support à la douche portative dans la posi- tion de fermeture de l'écoulement de l'eau mélangée vers cette douche.
Dans la réalisation pratique de l'invention, la manette de direction porte une fourche à son extrémité qui ne peut recevoir la douche portative que dans la position de fermeture du courant vers cette douche et non en position d'ouverture.
Afin de¯bien faire comprendre l'invention, on en donnera ci-après un exemple de réalisation.

Comme le montrent ces figures' le robinet mélan- geur est constitué comme d'habitude d'un corps creux 1 aux extrémités duquel se trouvent les robinets d'eau froide 2 et chaude 3 amenée par les canalisations 4 et 5. Le corps creux 1 est pourvu d'autre part de deux ori- fices de sorties l'un 6 sous forme de bec pour alimenter la baignoire, l'autre 7 raccordé par un flexible 8 à une douche portative 9.
Le robinet mélangeur comporte également comme dhabitude une manette de direction 10 pour orienter le mélange d'eau chaude et d'eau froide soit vers le bec 6 alimentant la baignoire, soit verq l'orifice de Sortie 7 fournissant l'eau à la douche portative 9 par le flexible 8.
Conformément à l'invention, la manette de direc- tion 10 présente à son extrémité une fourche 11 qui Sert de support à la douche portative dans la position de fermeture de l'écoulement de l'eau mélangée vers cette douche et montrée au dessin annexé.
Cette fourche est établie de manière que dans son autre position extrême tournée vars la gauche, on ne puisse y disposer la douche portative.
Dans ces conditions, il faut que la manette 10 soit orientée vers la droite (fermeture de la douche) pour recevoir la douche portative.
Cette disposition évite toute manoeuvre intempes- tive et incontrôlée de la manette, car pour avoir l'eau

mélangée à la douche portative, il faut d'abord prendre celle-ci en main et ensuite seulement orienter la manett 10 vers la gauche pour permettre à l'eau de s'écouler par cette douche 9.
Dans la position des parties du mélangeur telle que représentée aux figurer la manoeuvre des robinet 2 et 3 ne permet l'écoulement de l'eau.due vers la bai- gnoire par le bec 6.
On évite ainsi que par inadvertance on manoeuvre, la manette 10 pour alimenter la douche puisque pour cette manoeuvre il faut absolument avoir en main la douche portative, ce qui attire en principe son attention sur la manoeuvre.
