On connaît des récipients à double parois dans lesquels le récipient intérieur est solidement réuni au récipient externe ou dans lesquels le récipient interne est placé libre ou pendu dans le récipient externe. Dans ce second type il est très difficile de sortir le récipient intérieur qui devient chaud lors de'la cuisson c'est-à-dire que la vapeur chaude de la cuisson attaque les mains lors- qu'on retire le récipient interne. Les solutions actuellement proposées pour supprimer ces ennuis consistent en des crochets ou leviers qui prennent dans des trous, des bourrelets ou des bords en saillie pour lever le récipient interne. Il existe aussi une solution dans laquelle on pousse le récipient interne hors du récipient externe au moyen d'un levier ayant une saillie.

Cependant toutes ces solutions présentent l'inconvénient d'obliger à travailler dans la vapeur chaude en ayant les mains non protégées. De plus, lors de la levée avec un levier ou un crochet le récipient à lever peut facilement glisser. De plus, dans le cas d'un levier recourbé il est difficile de faire pénétrer le bec recourbé dans les trous correspondants du fond percé.
La présente invention supprime ces inconvénients en constituant un récipient à deux parois au moyen d'un récipient interne placé dans un récipient externe et réunis amoviblement l'un à l'autre par un anneau d'assem- blage amovible, à plusieurs gradins, dont le supérieur se termine par un bord présentant des poignées de préhension.
Une forme préférentielle de réalisation consiste en un anneau à deux gradins ; entrele gradin inférieur horizontal auquel est suspendu le bord supérieur du récipient interne et le gradin supérieur horizontal pouvant porter un autre récipient à double parois est situé un racco-rd pourvu de trous pour le passage de la vapeur. En saisissant les poignées externes de l'anneau d'assemblage le récipien interne libre sur celui-ci peut être soulevé hors du récipient externe et séparé de l'anneau.

Ainsi qu'il apparaît sur la figure 1, sur le bord supérieur 2 d'un récipient externe 3 est placé un anneau d'assemblage amovible, à deux gradins horizontaux 5a et 5b.
Le gradin supérieur 5b se termine par un bord 5c ayant des poignées de préhension 6. Entre 5a et 5b se situe une partie conique de raccord 5d dans laquelle sont ménagés des trous 7 pour le passage de la vapeur vers le haut.
Sur le gradin inférieur 5a le récipient 8 est librement pendu par son bord 8a tandis que sur le gradin supérieur vient se poser éventuellement,un récipient à deux parois comme celui qui est présentement décrit.
Dans un ensemble tel que celui-ci,si l'on saisit les deux poignées 6 on peut soulever le récipient interne 8 et le sortir*hors du récipient externe 3 sans avoir les mains en contact avec la vapeur ; récipient 8 et l'anneau 5 (figure 2) peuvent être alors aisément séparés en déposant le tout par exemple sur une table.
La nourriture peut alors être prise directement hors du récipient interne et déposée sur une assiette comme c'est le cas si ce dit récipient interne est en verre ou matière semblable résistant à la chaleur; ainsi il n'est pas nécessaire d'utiliser un plat.

As shown in Figure 1, on the upper edge 2 of an outer container 3 is placed a removable assembly ring, with two horizontal steps 5a and 5b.
