DISPOSITIF DE REPLIEMENT DE PATTES DE FERMETURE POUR OBTURATION ET
RENFORCEMENT DE BOITAGEo
Sur les dessins annexés, donnés à titre d'exemple non limitatif et plutôt schématique d'une des formes de réalisation de l'objet de l'invention;

Les repliements latéraux 6 et 7 seront alors pris sous le recouvrement 10 contre-coudé et liés sans solution de continuité alors que la surface 2 sera également encollée au point 17. La patte 3 recouvrant l'ensemble;

FOLDING DEVICE FOR CLOSING LEGS FOR CLOSING AND
BOITAGE REINFORCEMENT
The boxes or packages intended to contain powdery, granular products or any other texture, generally consist of a folding of cardboard with cutting of closing tabs taken from the surfaces extending the walls of the emoallages.
These legs fold symmetrically two by two so as to obtain by their folding a seal maintained by gluing.
However, these kinds of rooting have certain drawbacks.
Indeed if one proceeds to the gluing of 1-'one of the transverse legs or even of several surfaces the weight of the goods contained tends to separate this assembly. The deflection resulting from the force results of bending, twisting, pulling or compressing, causes interstices through which the contained product escapes.
The object of the invention consists precisely in the production of a form of cutout making it possible to obtain, by folding down the end of one of the transverse tabs, a folding back or against bending partially enclosing the lateral tabs.
It is essentially characterized by the means described giving the possibility of homogenizing the sealing of the packaging, the folding
on the other hand, bending constituting not only a reinforcing rib tending and increasing the rigidity of the assembly, but also a device ensuring the tightness as well as the hermeticity of the sealing surfaces.
In the accompanying drawings, given by way of nonlimiting and rather schematic example of one of the embodiments of the subject of the invention;

Fig. 2 shows, seen in perspective and on a different scale, the assembly of the box.
Figs. 3 and 4 show the application of the device under the same conditions.

Cardboard or substance used for making the box

your, with folding surfaces of the transverse legs 2, 3, 4 and 5 and the folding surfaces of the side legs 6, 7, 8 and 9.
The transverse tabs with a large sealing surface 2 and 4 comprise an extension 10 and 11 taken from the substance itself, but with a fold line 12 and 13.
The side tabs 6 to 9 have an appropriate cutout to allow the surfaces 3 and 5 to adhere during gluing on all the sealing parts.
When assembling the box, fig. 2, the transverse tab 2 will have up to the fold line 12 a surface area equal to the tab 3, that is to say completely closing off the opening 14.

parallel to the tab 3 on the horizontal plane. The legs 6 and 7 being folded then come to level the fold line 12 by their edges 15 and 16.
It is then sufficient to glue the surfaces 16 and 3 and to fold them over the tabs 6, 7 and 2, fig. 4.
The lateral folds 6 and 7 will then be taken under the overlapping cover 10 and linked without any break in continuity while the surface 2 will also be glued at point 17. The tab 3 covering the assembly;
<EMI ID = 4.1>
numbers 6 and 7 by the own folding of the surface 2.
This assembly can be carried out on corresponding or opposite parts and the folding can be provided either on the legs 2 and 4, or on the legs 2 and 5 in order to constitute an inversion which may in certain cases have an advantage depending on the nature of the products to be used. .
Each bottom will then have a double coating sector distributed

killing a reinforcing reinforcement making it able to withstand shocks and to resist the resultants of forces liable to cause deformation which generates deformation.
The folds being in contact with the binder, it will be obtained a perfectly homogeneous boxing and marketable presentation pushing the use of current gluing machines, coating with binder only one leg or several legs.
With a significant reduction in the cost price, the uses of these packaging: can be extended to all kinds of powdery or other products, without the use of sachets. The horizontal parts supporting the weight will no longer be subjected to deformation under the effects of bending separating the junction points of the drawdowns.
However, the shapes, dimensions and arrangements of the folds may vary as the materials used for their manufacture.

be described and the applications of which extend to all forms of cut-out of folding tabs.
