RECIPIENT DISTRIBUTEUR DE PRODUITS EN VRAC OU FACONNES EN PILULES, DRAGEES OU AUTRES FORMES CALIBREES ANALOGUES.
La présente invention concerne un récipient destiné à distribuer, en quantités mesurées, des produits en vrac, p.ex. pulvérulents ou granulés,, ou façonnés en pilules, dragées, comprimés, pastilles, tablettes ou autres formes calibrées analogues, ce récipient étant constitué avantageusement? mais pas nécessairement, comme boite plate avec couvercle à serrage, pour pouvoir être logé commodément dans la poche d'un vêtement ou dans un accessoire d'habillement, tel un sac à main.
Par souci de simplification de la description, un récipient de cette espèce sera désigne, ci-après, comme distributeur (de poche)
Le distributeur, objet de l'invention, servant à la conservation et au transport de produits., médicamenteux ou autres, dont un usager peut fréquemment avoir besoin, par petites quantités, même au cours de ses dépla- cements journaliers, a pour but de permettre le prélèvement du produit, contenu dans le récipient, par quantités déterminées ou, unité par unité? dans le cas de produits faconnés.
A cet effet, le récipient est divisé en deux compartiments contigus, de dimensions inégales, le plus grand., pour constituer magasin pour le produit à contenir et le plus petit, de contour cylindrique, pour contenir le dispositif distributeur proprement dit. Les deux compartiments sent disposés de telle façon, l'un vis-à-vis de l'autre, que le plus petit forme enclave à la périphérie du plus grand et communique avec lui par une ouverture suffisamment grande pour permettre le passage des particules les plus grosses du contenu du récipient, une ouverture correspondante étant aménagée dans la paroi latérale extérieure ou dans le couvercle ou le fond de la partie du récipient, occupée par le petit compartiment.
Dans le petit compartiment circulaire et, épousant le centour de celui-ci, est inséré le dispositif distributeur proprement dit, constitué par une pièce cylindrique,en forme de barillet, pivotant autour de son axe et munie d'une ou plusieurs encoches radiales, l'ouverture desquelles a les mêmes dimensions que l'ouverture de passage, de l'un à l'autre,

des deux compartiments du récipient.
En faisant coïncider l'ouverture de l'encoche unique ou d'une des encoches multiples de ce barillet avec L'ou- verture de passage entre les deux compartiments, en y laissant tomber, par inclinaison du récipient, ou en y faisant glisser une fraction du contenu du magasin,et en tournant le barillet autour de son axe jusqu'à juxtaposer l'encoche ayant reçu une charge de produit, avec l'ouverture extérieure du récipient, on peut faire tomber ou glisser hors du distributeur la fraction effectivement nécessitée du contenu du récipient.
Le barillet peut être simplement encastré dans son réceptacle en y étant maintenu par serrage du couvercle ou être fixé au fond ou au couvercle du récipient par un pivot central. Les parties de la paroi de séparation entre le compartiment magasin et l'espace occupé par le compartiment distributeur et les angles morts dont celui-ci est éventuellement flanqué, sont avantageusement dispos ées-jen convergence vers l'ouverture de passage entre les deux compartiments , pour faciliter l'extraction de la totalité du contenu du récipient à travers le barillet.
Afin que le produit à distribuer ne rencontre pas d'obstacle à son passage du compartiment magasin vers le compartiment distributeur, le fond de ce dernier peut avantageusement se trouver à un niveau suffisamment plus bas que le fond du magasin, pour que le fond de-l'encoche ou des encoches du barillet se situe au niveau du fond du magasin. Dans le cas, par contre, où le fond du maga- sin et du réceptacle du barillet sont au même niveau,le fond du magasin peut être façonnée à partir d'une certaine distance du compartiment distributeur, en légère pente vers ce dernier, pour y atteindre le niveau plus élevé du fond de l'encoche ou des encoches du barillet. La circonférence de la base du barillet peut avantageusement être guillochée, pour offrir au doigt plus de prise pour la rotation.
Afin d'éviter, par contre, la rotation folle du barillet, ce qui exposerait la boite à se vider spontanément, en partie ou en totalité, le dispositif distributeur est opportunément muni d'un système de blocage du barillet.
A cet effet,le fond du réceptacle du barillet comporte une petite cheville qui, dans certaines positions, lors de la rotation du barillet, s'encastre dans une ou plusieurs fossettes disposées dans la base de ce dernier, lequel est ainsi maintenu dans une position fixe, le blocage du barillet pouvant évidemment être réalisé par tout autre dispositif approprié, comportant p. ex. des surfaces ou parties de surfaces rugueuses de la base du barillet et du fond de son réceptacle, ces surfaces agissant par frottement. Le barillet peut utilement être muni d'un ressort ou autre dispositif analogue, ayant pour but de le faire revenir automatiquement dans sa position de blocage après chaque prélèvement.
La boite distributrice elle-même peut avoir les formes les plus diverses et être p.ex. rectangulaire, carrée, ronde, ovale ou triangulaire etc. et être exécutée en métal, carton, matières plastiques diverses, opportunément transparentes, etc.
Dans les modèles carrés ou rectangulaires, le compartiment renfermant le barillet peut être situé dans un coin ou contre une des parois latérales et dans les modèles de n'importe quelle forme géométrique, il peut être situé à l'intérieur du contour normal ou y former saillie.
Les figures annexées illustrent à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, quelques possibilités d'exécution du distributeur de poche décrit.

For this purpose, the container is divided into two contiguous compartments, of unequal dimensions, the largest., To constitute a store for the product to be contained and the smaller one, of cylindrical outline, to contain the dispensing device itself. By making the opening of the single notch or of one of the multiple notches of this barrel coincide with the passage opening between the two compartments, by letting it fall, by tilting the container, or by sliding a fraction of the contents of the magazine, and by turning the barrel around its axis until the notch having received a load of product is juxtaposed with the external opening of the container, the fraction actually required can be dropped or slid out of the dispenser of the contents of the container.
The barrel can simply be embedded in its receptacle while being held there by tightening the cover or be fixed to the bottom or to the cover of the receptacle by a central pivot. In the case, on the other hand, where the bottom of the magazine and of the receptacle of the barrel are at the same level, the bottom of the magazine can be shaped from a certain distance from the dispenser compartment, sloping slightly towards the latter, to reach there the higher level of the bottom of the notch or the notches of the barrel. The circumference of the base of the barrel can advantageously be guilloche, to offer the finger more grip for rotation.
In order to avoid, on the other hand, the crazy rotation of the barrel, which would expose the box to spontaneously emptying, in part or in whole, the dispensing device is suitably provided with a locking system for the barrel.
To this end, the bottom of the receptacle of the barrel comprises a small pin which, in certain positions, during the rotation of the barrel, fits into one or more dimples arranged in the base of the latter, which is thus maintained in a position fixed, the locking of the barrel can obviously be achieved by any other suitable device, comprising p. ex. surfaces or parts of rough surfaces of the base of the barrel and of the bottom of its receptacle, these surfaces acting by friction. In square or rectangular models the compartment containing the barrel can be located in a corner or against one of the side walls and in models of any geometric shape it can be located inside or form the normal contour. protrusion.
