SACHETS ET POCHETTES A COMPARTIMENTS MULTIPLES.
La présente invention concerne la fabrication de sachets,pochettes et similaires en papier, papier métallisé, matières plastiques et analogues.
On sait qu'il est parfois nécessaire, pour obtenir un produit fi- nal, d'utiliser au moins deux substances, pulvérulentes par exemple, mélangées immédiatement avant l'emploi, ce qui impose la nécessité de vendre ces sub- stances dans des sachets, sacs ou pochettes distincts.
On connaît également les propriétés d'adhérence sous l'effet de la chaleur de certains produits thermo-collants, tels par exemple que des cires microcristallines ou polysobutyléniques, ou des chlorures de vinyle.
La présente invention a pour but de réaliser un emballage unique de fabrication simple et économique, susceptible de contenir sans les mélanger au moins' deux substances distinctes, en utilisant l'un ou l'autre des procé- dés connus de collage à froid ou à chaud.
A cet effet elle a pour objet un sac, sachet ou pochette caracté- risé en ce qu'il comporte au moins deux compartiments juxtaposés ayant la mê- me forme, sensiblement la même dimension et comportant au moins une paroi commune constituée par un volet auxiliaire collé par trois de ses bords sur la bande constitutive du sachet pourvue d'un rabat agencé pour fermer les com- partiments du sachet.
Selon un mode préféré de réalisation le volet auxiliaire est col- lé préalablement avant le façonnage de la découpe de la bande de matière con- stitutive, pour constituer la paroi commune d'un sachet à deux compartiments.
Selon un autre mode de réalisation, une pluralité de volets de hauteur dégressive pourvus d'un enduit thermo-collant, sur leurs bords ou, par simplification de l'opération, sur leurs surfaces, sont empilés et collés sur leurs bords à chaud, le volant extrême de l'empilage de plus grande hau- teur comportant un rabat destiné à obturer simultanément tous les compartiments

Suivant le mode de réalisation représenté aux fig. 1 et 2, le sa- chet est formé au moyen d'une découpe 1. Celle-ci a été représentée avant et après pliage, les parties soumises au pliage étant délimitées par des traits mixtes . Sur la bande de papier ou analogue utilisée on a placé une bande 2, de même axe longitudinal et de largeur plus réduite, de façon à empiéter légèrement sur les rabats 3, 4. On colle les parties débordantes sur lesdits rabats et le sachet est confectionné ensuite comme un sachet ordinaire. La bande 2 constitue une paroi commune formant, avec les deux faces définies res- pectivement par la partie centrale de la découpe et les rabats 3 et 4 collés l'un sur l'autre, deux compartiments adjacents.
En se reportant au dessin annexé, 5 et 6 représentent deux volants, rectangulaires dans l'exemple, de même largeur mais de hauteurs différentes, h2 étant légèrement supérieure à h1. Le volant 5 comporte au verso, au moins sur la zone marginale 5.La de trois de ses côtés et, de préférence, sur sa sur- face totale, dans le but de simplifier l'opération, un enduit thermo-collant, par exemple à base de cires microcristallines.
Le volant 7 de même largeur que les précédents mais de hauteur h3 supérieure à h2 comporte un bord en saillie 8 destiné former le rabat du sachet. Il est enduit au recto, au moins sur sa zone marginale 7a, d'un produit thermo-collant.
Les trois volants 5, 6, 7 étant superposés dans l'ordre indiqué à la Fig. 6 et dans la position représentée aux figures précédentes de telle sorte que leurs trois bords latéraux et inférieurs coïncident, le collage à chaud des zones marginales assure l'obtention du sachet à deux compartiments représenté à la Fig. 7. On remarquera que le volant 6 joue le rôle de paroi commune aux deux compartiments et que son bord est en saillie par rapport au bord du volant 5; il pourra également comporter un enduit thermo-collant sur l'une au moins de ses faces.
La hauteur dégressive des volets permet de réaliser des comparti- ments de hauteur également dégressive, pour en faciliter le remplissage.
L'invention n'est, bien entendu, pas limitée à deux compartiments, non plus qu'à la forme rectangulaire représentée au dessin annexé, tous les volants à l'exception du volant extrême comportant le rabat pouvant ou non avoir des hauteurs différentes.
REVENDICATIONS
1 - Sac,sachet ou pochette en papier métallisé ou matière plasti- que caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par au moins deux compartiments, juxtaposés de même forme et de sensiblement mêmes dimensions, mais de hauteur légèrement différente et présentant au moins une paroi commune constituée par un volet auxiliaire collé par trois de ses bords sur la bande constituti- ve du sachet pourvue d'un rabat agencé pour fermer les compartiments du sachet.
