ET ANALOGUES.
La présente invention est relative à un bac permettant de transpor- ter de la crème glacée ou analogues tout en maintenant celle-ci à l'état con- gelé.
Ce bac est caractérisé en ce que;, dans une chambre extérieure for- mant compartiment isolant,' est logé un récipient en tôle destiné à contenir la solution eutectique,, ce récipient étant destiné à recevoir le bidon de crème glacée.
Conformément à 1-'invention, le récipient contenant la solution eu- tectique pourra être de section circulaire ou carrée ; le cas de section circulaire, le récipient sera constitué par deux ou plusieurs éléments analo- gues disposés jointivement.
Dans le cas de son application aux véhicules destinés au débit de crème glacée sur la voie publique, le bac en question sera disposé sous.la planche d'étalage, le bidon à crème glacée traversant seul cette planche pour être fermé par le chapeau en forme de dôme habituel.
Le dessin annexée ce mémoire montre, à titre d'exemple uniquement, deux formes d'exécution de l'invention.
Dans ce dessin:
Fig. 1 est une coupe en élévation du bac par I-I de-Fig. 2 ; Fige 2 est une coupe en plan par II-II de Fig. 1;
Fige 3 est une-coupe correspondant à celle de Fig. 1 dans le cas d'application du bac à la vente de crème glacée sur la voie publique.
Dans la forme d'exécution représentée au dessin., le bac comprend une enveloppe extérieume en tôle 1, dans laquelle on introduit une cuve 2 en tôle également, en laissant entre ces deux corps un espace suffisant pour y emmagasiner un produit isolant 3.

L'ensemble ainsi formé sert de logement à une "plaque" constituée par un récipient en tôle 4 de section annulaire percé d'ouvertures 5 pour recevoir la solution eutectique 6. Le récipient 4 est ouvert à ses extrémi- tés supérieure et inférieure pour recevoir un bidon 7 contenant la crême con- gelée, le dit bidon reposant ainsi directement sur le fond de la cuve 2.
Un couvercle 8 de construction également isolante recouvre le bac.
Dans le cas présenta le récipient 4 est formé de trois éléments annulaires 4a, 4b, 4c, comme le montre la Fig. 2, ceci afin de faciliter l'in- troduction dans le bac à saumure. Mais, on pourrait également donner au réci- pient 4 une forme carrée ou polygonale dans le cas où le bidon à crème glacée 7 aurait cette forme.
L'enveloppe extérieur 1 est pourvue de poignées 9 en vue de faci- liter les manutentions.
Comme le montre la Fig. 3, le bac faisant l'objet de l'invention peut être utilisé avantageusement pour la vente de crême glacée sur la voie publique, par exemple au moyen des véhicules connus. Dans ce cas, le bac se dispose sous la planche d'étalage 10, laquelle est percée d'un trou 11 livrant passage au bidon 7 contenant la 'crème. Ce bidon sera fermé comme de manière habituelle par un couvercle 12 en forme de dôme, le couvercle 8 du bac étant de forme horizontale et percé centralement pour le passage du bidon 7.
Grâce à cette disposition, il suffira au débiteur de crème glacée de soulever la planche 10 pour pouvoir remplacer la ou les plaques 4 conte- nant la solution eutectique.
Il est bien entendu que les dimensions des divers constituants du bac seront adaptées à celles du bidon à crème glacée.
REVENDICATIONS.
1. Bac pour le transport et le maintien à l'état congelé de crème glacée ou analogue, caractérisé en ce que, dans une chambre extérieure for- mant compartiment isolant, est logé un récipient en tôle destiné à contenir une solution eutectique et à recevoir intérieurement le bidon de crême glacée, le dit récipient étant constitué par un ou plusieurs éléments de forme annu- laire ou polygonale suivant la section du dit bidon à crème.

The assembly thus formed serves as a housing for a "plate" constituted by a sheet metal container 4 of annular section pierced with openings 5 to receive the eutectic solution 6. The container 4 is open at its upper and lower ends to receive a container 7 containing the frozen cream, the said container thus resting directly on the bottom of the tank 2.
A cover 8 of also insulating construction covers the tank.
In the present case, the container 4 is formed of three annular elements 4a, 4b, 4c, as shown in FIG. 2, this in order to facilitate the introduction into the brine tank. However, the container 4 could also be given a square or polygonal shape in the event that the ice cream container 7 has this shape.
The outer casing 1 is provided with handles 9 in order to facilitate handling.
