   La présente invention concerne une vanne double, principalement destinée à la régularisation de débit des fluides boueux et visqueux. 



   Dans les installations de lavage hydraulique des charbons et minerais, les très fines particules sont collectées avec   l'eau   de lavage dans des réservoirs ou bassins dont la partie inférieure est en forme de tronc de cône ou de tronc de pyramide renversée pour pousser et favoriser la concentration des dites fines partioules en vue de leur évacuation ou leur traitement spécial subséquent ( lavage, séchage, filtration, eto..). Les appareils d'évacuation à la base des dits

 réservoirs ou bassins, tels que prévus jusqu'à présent, ne satisfont pas à la fois à toutes les conditions requises, à savoir résister à la pression, assurer une ouverture et une fermeture rapides, donner un débit régulier du produit boueux concentré en faisant varier ce débit à volonté. 



   La présente invention a pour but de créer une vanne double satisfaisant simultanément à toutes ces conditions et assurant l'écoulement continu en veine fluide mince, à débit variable à volonté. 



   A cet effet, dans la vanne double selon l'invention est prévue la combinaison d'un disque obturateur avec un dispositif de vidange à deux ou plusieurs orifices d'écoulement interchangeables, de sections différentes et/ou variables. 



   La description ci-dessous d'un mode d'exécution d'une vanne double selon l'invention, avec référence aux figures du dessin annexé, illustre, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, les caractéristiques principales de l'invention. 



   La figure 1 est une coupe longitudinale d'une vanne double selon l'invention. 



   La figure 2 est une vue de coté de la vanne double présentée à la figure 1. 



   La figure 3 est une coupe transversale selon la ligne III - III de la figure 1. 



   A est la première partie du corps double de vanne dont la bride 1 est reliée à la base du réservoir ou bassin de concentration. Dans l'embase 2 s'intercale l'élément obturateur, à effacement rapide, sous la forme du disque 3, pivotant en 5 par le levier 4. 



   B est la seconde partie du corps double de vanne dont la bride inférieure est fermée par une paroi mince 6, perforée d'un trou circulaire 7. Sur cette paroi est assujetti un disque 11, pivotant en 10 par un levier 9, disque muni

 d'une série de perforations 13 - 14 - 15 - 16 et 17, de diamètres différents, chacune de ces perforations recevant une bague amovible 12, en porcelaine, de forme appropriée pour un passage   tronconique.   



   La manoeuvre du disque 3 a pour effet d'ouvrir et d'obturer le passage par action rapide, tout en permettant également l'ouverture partielle à tous degrés. La manoeuvre du disque 11 permet de placer en regard du passage circulaire 7 une des bagues 12 assurant, selon les circonstances, le débit désiré sous une forme régulière. 



   REVENDICATIONS. 



   1. ) Vanne double, principalement destinée à la régularisation de débit des fluides boueux et visqueux, oaractérisée par la combinaison d'un disque obturateur avec un dispositif de vidange, à deux ou plusieurs orifices d'écoulement interchangeables, de sections différentes et/ou variables.

   For this purpose, the double valve according to the invention is provided for the combination of a shutter disc with an emptying device with two or more interchangeable flow orifices, of different and / or variable sections.



   The description below of an embodiment of a double valve according to the invention, with reference to the figures of the appended drawing, illustrates, by way of non-limiting example, the main characteristics of the invention.

   A is the first part of the double valve body, the flange 1 of which is connected to the base of the reservoir or concentration basin. In the base 2 is inserted the fast-erasing shutter element in the form of the disc 3, pivoting at 5 by the lever 4.
