   Rouleau convenant pour appareil de manutention . 



   L'invention a pour but de réaliser un rouleau à roulement à billes , solide , facile à démonter pour assurer le graissage du roulement , d'un réglage aisé et précis et coutant bon marché. 



   Dans ce but l'invention prévoit que l'une des cuvettes du roulement à billes susdit est montée à frottement doux sur l'axe du rouleau et immobilisée en rotation ainsi que ce dernier , dans les longerons des supports , par exemple , au moyen de méplats ménagés dans la cuvette etl'axe , tandis que la seconde cuvette solidarisée du tube constituant le rouleau , par exemple à la presse , est pourvue d'un épanouissement venant buter contre le bord du tube susdit , de manière à limiter la course de placement de cette cuvette . 



   Les dessins annexés indiquent à titre d'exemple non limitatif un mode d'exécution de l'invention . Celle-ci s'étend aux diverses particularités originales que comporte la disposition représentée . 



   La   fig.l   est une vue en coupe du rouleau suivant l'invention.

   Suivant la fig.l , le tube 2 constituant le rouleau suivant l'invention est coupé perpendiculairement à son axe et exactement

 à la dimension requise . Cela fait, la cuvette cémentée 3 du roulement à billes est forcée dans le tube 2 , par exemple à froid , et au moyen d'une presse suffisante pour éviter tout sertissage ultérieur de nature à déformer le susdit tube . La cuvette 3 est munie d'un rebord 4 qui en venant en contact avec le tube 2 limite exactement à la valeur désirée la course d'enfoncement de cette cuvette . La seconde cuvette 5 est calée à la presse sur la buselure 6 qui est rivée légèrement après mise en place de la cuvette 5. 



   Cette disposition de roulement à billes peut être complétée à volonté par une cuvette obturatrice formant cache-poussière et se plaçant aux deux bouts du tube . 



   La buselure 6 est montée à frottement doux sur l'axe 7 du rouleau et pour éviter sa rotation ainsi que celle du dit axe , l'invention prévoit (voir fig.2) de ménager dans les deux organes susdits des méplats tels que 8 à l'endroit où l'ensemble axe-buselure est monté dans la fente du longeron des supports 9. Une goupille 10 traversant l'axe et la buselure complète l'assemblage du système . 



   Il ressort donc de ce qui précède que le démontage du rouleau en vue de réaliser le graissage ou le remplacement d'une pièce est aisé , que l'axe du rouleau n'est nullement déforcé et de plus que les buselures sont maintenues à un écartement constant et tel que le réglage des cuvettes est définitif lors du montage .

   According to fig.l, the tube 2 constituting the roller according to the invention is cut perpendicular to its axis and exactly

   This ball bearing arrangement can be supplemented at will by a shutter cup forming a dust cover and being placed at both ends of the tube.



   The nozzle 6 is mounted with gentle friction on the axis 7 of the roller and to prevent its rotation as well as that of the said axis, the invention provides (see fig. 2) to provide in the two aforementioned members flats such as 8 to where the pin-bushing assembly is mounted in the slot in the carrier spar 9. A pin 10 passing through the shaft and bushing completes assembly of the system.



   It therefore emerges from the foregoing that the dismantling of the roller in order to carry out the lubrication or the replacement of a part is easy, that the axis of the roller is in no way deforced and moreover that the nozzles are kept at a spacing. constant and such that the adjustment of the cuvettes is final during assembly.
