Description
Stabilisatiesysteem om vervorming van last-, aanhang- en/of vrachtwagens te voorkomen Technisch veldStabilization system to prevent deformation of load, trailer and / or trucks. Technical field
The present invention relates to the technical field of reinforcement materials and in particular of tarpaulin materials for preventing deformation of load wagons and / or trailers and the like.
A lot of accidents have already happened with load and / or trailers, especially with roof covers and tarps in the side walls. Since in a bend the centrifugal force starts to push the load against the side, the top frame more or less deforms into a banana shape, especially with a sliding roof canvas. This can lead to the collapse of the structure. The tarps on the side can also fail, resulting in a loss of cargo. During banana formation, both the upper girder on the loaded side and the upper girder on the other side deform because they are connected to each other by girders. According to DIN standards, this deviation or deviation at the worst location may not exceed 300 mm. There are already patents or patent applications from, among others, Kögel and Edscha to solve the problem. These are based on the use of steel cables, which connect the two longitudinal top beams together. As these loose hanging cables can be a problem when handling the goods, they can also be glued to the roof.
SamenvattingSummary
The present invention relates to a tarpaulin that serves as a stabilizer and can at least partially prevent deformation of load, trailer and / or trucks. The tarpaulin is for this purpose characterized in that it is provided with reinforcement wires, which reinforcement wires are provided at least in the bias direction, this being at an angle different from 90 °, and / or in the longitudinal direction, this being at an angle of 0 °.
The term "bias" refers to a direction that runs diagonally through the material, and preferably in a direction at an angle different from 90 ° to the length or width direction of the material. In the present invention, this angle can be understood to be between 1 and 89 °, and may be, for example, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 or 80 °.

With the insight to better show the characteristics of the invention, a few preferred embodiments are described below as an example without any limiting character.
Gedetailleerde beschrijvingDetailed description
The innovation according to the present invention consists in providing the reinforcement or fastening elements directly in the tarpaulin as used in the anti-vandalism tarpaulin described in WO 2005/023537, which patent application is incorporated herein by reference. Due to the fact that the bi-axial wires connect the two upper beams of the frame directly or indirectly to each other and preferably also to the head and the rear of the frame, the forces are better absorbed and distributed. The current material in which an angle of 60 ° of the bias wires with respect to the longitudinal direction is provided will hereby suffice to at least partially prevent deformation problems.
For example, mono steel wires from e.g. 0.22 mm diameter with 6 wires per inch in both directions (bias) already meet. It goes without saying that materials other than steel can also be used in pure or in mixed form. The elongation at break will preferably be as low as possible, and preferably lower than 10% and even more preferably lower than 3%, otherwise the wires must be over-dimensioned to have sufficient resistance to elongation at a given load. A construction with longitudinal wires will also help, especially if they connect the front frame to the rear panel and especially if the elongation of these wires is not higher than the elongation of the top beams.

A: Ketting: 0° nietsThe following examples illustrate some constructions of tarpaulins according to the invention.
