Abstract

This system allows the detection of the final position setting for a floating swimming pool shield which has its winding mechanism immersed in the pool. The final position setting is controlled easily in a casing located above the water level. The accuracy of the system does not depend on the lateral clearance of the cable drum. The system is based on a flexible element (cable) allowing the linear motion resulting from a rotary motion conversion to be sent back by means of a screw/nut device.

  DESCRIPTION Svstème de détection de fin de course pour un enrouleur de volet de piscine. 



  Ce système permet la détection de fin de course d'un volet flottant de piscine dont le mécanisme d'enroulement peut être immergé dans la piscine. Le réglage des fin de course se réalise aisément dans un boiter situé au-dessus du niveau de l'eau
La précision du système ne dépend pas du jeu latéral du cylindre enrouleur. 



   Le cylindre d'enroulement (C fil) entraîne par 2 tiges, une vis (V figl) Cette vis entraîne un câble souple coulissant dans un tuyau qui le guide Le câble est solidaire d'un taquet retenu par des ressorts Le taquet (T fig sollicite 2 détecteurs (D figl) de fin de course judicieusement disposés sur sa course Le taquet, les détecteurs ainsi que les ressorts, se situent dans le boîtier situé audessus du niveau d'eau
