Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

   DESCRIPTION Réceptacle à ordures ménagères

La figure 1 est une vue en élévation du récipient en position ouverte (couvercle vertical) ;

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

La figure 2 représente une coupe selon M de la figure 1 ;

 <Desc/Clms Page number 3>

   DESCRIPTION Household waste receptacle
The invention relates to receptacles arranged as a support for bags intended to receive household waste.

   It is known to use one or more cylindrical or rectangular containers as storage means for household waste.

   The invention aims to improve this known technique by proposing a set of parts to be assembled according to personal needs, but offers the advantage of a reduced bulk, of easy storage while being able to serve as storage means for other objects.

   To this end, the invention proposes a set of means as defined in claim 1.

   Other features of the invention are set out in the dependent claims.

   The invention will be better understood by referring to the various drawings attached, in which:
Figure 1 is an elevational view of the container in the open position (vertical cover);

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

2 shows a section along M of Figure 1;
FIG. 3 is a section along BB of FIG. 1.

   As shown in Figure 1, the container 1 consists of a wall 2 forming a substantially rectangular box whose corners are rounded. On its upper part, the wall 2 ends in a projection in the shape of a "U" so as to form a gutter 3. The gutter 3 is arranged in an eccentric manner towards the outside relative to the wall 2.

  Downwards, the container 1 is closed by a bottom panel 4. One of the longitudinal sides of the gutter 3 has hinges 5.

   The longitudinal sides of the wall 2 of the container 1 include on their inner faces slides 6 which extend over the entire length of the wall. Each slide 6 on one side corresponds with a slide 6 mounted on the opposite side. Each pair of slides 6 (opposite) can thus accept a transverse partition 7 whose thickness is less than the space provided in the slides 6.

  Like the wall 2, the transverse partition 7 carries a gutter 8 on its upper part. Unlike the gutter 3, the gutter 8 is centered relative to the partition which supports it.

   Similar slides 9 are arranged on the transverse sides of the wall 2 and on both sides of the transverse partition 7 which makes it possible to add other movable partitions 10 this time in the longitudinal direction. The movable partition 10 is also provided with a gutter 11 centered on the upper edge of the movable partition 10.

   Recesses 12 are provided in the gutter 3 at the locations provided for the movable partitions 7 and 10 to extend with the gutter of these partitions the peripheral gutter 3. For the same purpose recesses 13 are provided in the gutter 8 of the transverse wall 7 The recesses 12 and 13 make it possible to fold the bag in each compartment on the four contiguous internal edges of the continuous gutter 3 formed by a part of the wall 2, a part of the partition 7 and the partition 10 delimiting said compartment.

   Profiles 14, or equivalent clamping means, can be easily slid over the inner edge of the gutters 3, 8 and 11.

   Their function is to hold the bags in position inside the container 1 by tightening the edge of the bag between the gutters 3,8 and 11 and the profile 14.

 <Desc / Clms Page number 3>

   The cover 15 of rectangular shape consists of two symmetrical parts. On the rear side of the cover 15, tabs 16 are provided which are intended to enter into cooperation with the hinges 5 of the container 1. The inner surface of the cover 15 comprises a rib 17 which, by closing the cover, is received in the gutters 3 and 8 of container 1.

   Other embodiments of the invention can be envisaged such as for example a container as described above on which casters have been mounted to facilitate its movement.

   According to another variant, the transverse partition 7 can be mounted fixed and so as to permanently divide the container into two identical compartments.

   The invention is therefore not limited to the embodiment which has just been described.
