On connaît diverses unités de commercialisation d'aliments congelés. De telles unités comportent généralement un compartiment réfrigéré doté d'une ouverture d'accès par le sommet grâce à laquelle l'utilisateur parvient aux aliments exposés dans le compartiment. Ces unités traditionnelles de commercialisation posent un certain nombre de problèmes. Le plus sérieux réside dans le fait que la configuration de l'ouverture d'accès n'offre au client qu'une possibilité de vue limitée des aliments exposés dans le compartiment.
En outre, si l'on connaît divers types de fermetures applicables aux ouvertures d'accès, ces fermetures ont généralement un effet défavorable sur la visibilité des produits exposés dans le compartiment et restent le plus souvent ouvertes durant les heures d'exploitation commerciale, au cours desquelles l'unité de commercialisation fonctionne, d'où une consommation d'énergie élevée. e La présente invention vise à fournir une unité améliorée de commercialisation d'aliments congelés qui surmonte au moins quelques-uns de ces problèmes.
Suivant la présente invention, on fournit une unité de commercialisation d'aliments congelés comprenant un compartiment réfrigéré doté d'une base et d'un dispositif de parois

latérales terminé par une ouverture d'accès par le sommet avec un couvercle composé d'un unique panneau incurvé de matière transparente et d'un encadrement qui l'entoure et est fixé d e manière articulée sur le compartiment, un dispositif à ressort étant prévu pour contrôler le mouvement du couvercle entre les positions d'ouverture et de fermeture.
Dans une réalisation de la présente invention, le ressort est fixé dans un bâti de ressort et l'encadrement, sur une patte de fixation de ressort attachée de manière articulée au bâti de ressort.
Dans une disposition préférentielle, la patte de fixation de ressort comporte une pièce de base et une paire de rabats latéraux qui partent de la pièce de base et sont fixés de manière articulée sur le bâti de ressort.
L'encadrement comprend de préférence des raccords d'angle qui s'étendent entre les pièces adjacentes d'encadrement longitudinales et transversales, la paire postérieure de raccords d'angle comportant des dispositifs de fixation pour la patte de fixation de charnière concernée. Dans une réalisation de la présente invention, la pièce de base est attachée à un appendice postérieur d'un raccord d'angle postérieur de l'encadrement du couvercle.
Dans une réalisation particulièrement privilégiée de la présente invention. la patte de fixation de charnière comprend un bras d'extension qui est attaché à un bras correspondant du raccord d'angle correspondant de l'encadrement.
Il est tout à fait préférable que l'unité de commercialisation comporte également un dispositif de guidage entre la patte de fixation de charnière et le bâti de charnière afin de guider le mouvement du couvercle entre les positions d'ouverture et de fermeture. Le dispositif de guidage comporte de préférence des rainures de guidage sur l'un des rabats latéraux de la patte ou bâti de ressort et une cheville de guidage correspondante sur l'autre des rabats latéraux de la patte de charnière ou parois latérales de bâti

de ressort. Il est caractéristique que des rainures de guidage soient prévues dans les parois latérales du bâti de ressort et que la cheville de guidage soit entraînée par les rabats latéraux de la patte de charnière.
Il est tout à fait préférable qu'une extrémité du ressort soit reliée à la cheville de guidage mobile et qu'une autre extrémité du ressort soit attachée à une fixation dans le bâti de ressort.
Dans une disposition privilégiée, le ressort se compose d'un ressort à boudin monté dans le bâti à ressort.
Il est préférable que le bâti de ressort comporte une couverture externe comprenant une pièce de couverture de sommet et une pièce de couverture latérale enfermant le ressort.
Dans une réalisation de la présente invention, le couvercle est de forme convexe en élévation latérale et s'étend d'une corniche postérieure élevée à l'arrière de l'unité de commercialisation à une corniche antérieure basse à l'avant de l'unité de commercialisation.
La matière du panneau est constituée de préférence par du verre.

ID e L'unité de commercialisation 1 comporte un compartiment réfrigérant 2 doté d'une base 3 et de dispositifs de parois latérales 3 comprenant une paroi postérieure 4, une paroi antérieure 5 et une paire de parois d'extrémités 6,7. L'encadrement 17 comprend des pièces d'encadrement longitudinal antérieur et postérieur 18 et des pièces d'encadrement transversal 19 qui s'étendent entre les pièces d'encadrement longitudinal antérieur et postérieur 18. On notera que les pièces d'encadrement latéral 19 sont de forme curviligne pour s'adapter au panneau 16 translucide incurvé. Des raccords d'angle 23 (illustrés par des lignes interrompues sur la fig. 5) sont disposés à chaque angle d e l'encadrement.
Chaque raccord d'angle 23 a une forme générique en L, avec deux bras 23a et 23b pour le raccord avec les pièces d'encadrement 18 et 19 adjacentes. Les raccords d'angle 23 situés entre la pièce d'encadrement longitudinal postérieur 18 et la pièce d'encadrement latéral 19 adjacente comportent pour leur part également un appendice 25 qui s'étend vers l'arrière (voir en particulier la fig. 10).
Un des bras 23a de chacun des raccords d'angle postérieurs 23 est attaché à un bras 30 d'extension correspondant d'une patte de fixation de charnière 31. La patte 31 comprend une section de base plate 32 et une paire de rabats latéraux 33 qui s'étendent à partir de la section de base 32. L'appendice 25 du raccord d'angle correspondant 23 est attaché à la section de base 32. Les rabats latéraux 33 sont montés dans un assemblage de bâti de charnière à ressort 35 qui comporte d'une part un bâti externe, avec une pièce de couverture postérieure 36 et une pièce de couverture du sommet 37 (voir fig. 9), et, d'autre part, un bâti interne avec une structure de conduit, comprenant une paire de parois latérales 38 s'étendant à partir d'une base 39. La base 39 est fixée à la paroi postérieure 4 de l'unité de commercialisation 1.
Une cheville de charnière principale 40 s'étend entre les parois latérales 38 de chaque bâti interne et les rabats latéraux 33 d e chaque patte de fixation de charnière 31.

à la fig. 7a, une tige 60 traverse le coeur du ressort 50 et est monté de manière coulissante par une extrémité dans un trou d'une plaque de fixation 61 qui s'étend entre les parois latérales 38.
L'extrémité supérieure de la tige 60 est munie d'une fourche de fixation 62 qui s'articule avec une cheville mobile 54. La cheville 54 s'étend entre des fentes incurvées 55 pratiquées dans les parois latérales 38 du bâti 35 et fournissant un dispositif de guidage du mouvement du couvercle. L'extrémité inférieure du ressort est fixe par rapport à la plaque de fixation 61 et le ressort est monté à l'extrémité supérieure de la tige 60. L'ouverture et la fermeture du couvercle 15 sont contrôlées par le ressort 50 qui entrave le mouvement du couvercle 15 à mesure que les chevilles de fixation 54 se déplacent dans les fentes incurvées 55.
La présente invention fournit une unité de commercialisation d'une structure relativement simple, avec un couvercle facile à manoeuvrer. En comparaison de ce qui était possible jusqu'à présent, la nature et la forme du couvercle et de l'ouverture d'accès au compartiment réfrigéré aboutissent à un accroissement substantiel de la visibilité des aliments congelés qui sont entreposés dans le compartiment de commercialisation. L'assemblage de l'encadrement est d'une structure particulièrement robuste et facilite la fixation à un montage avec charnière soumise à l'action d'un ressort. qui permet une ouverture et une fermeture aisées d u couvercle.

The upper end of the rod 60 is provided with a fixing fork 62 which is articulated with a movable dowel 54. The dowel 54 extends between curved slots 55 formed in the side walls 38 of the frame 35 and providing a device for guiding the movement of the cover. The lower end of the spring is fixed relative to the fixing plate 61 and the spring is mounted at the upper end of the rod 60. The opening and closing of the cover 15 are controlled by the spring 50 which hinders the movement of the cover 15 as the fixing pins 54 move in the curved slots 55.
The present invention provides a marketing unit of a relatively simple structure, with an easy to maneuver cover. Compared to what has hitherto been possible, the nature and shape of the lid and the access opening to the refrigerated compartment result in a substantial increase in the visibility of frozen food which is stored in the marketing compartment. The frame assembly is of a particularly robust structure and facilitates attachment to a hinge assembly subjected to the action of a spring. which allows easy opening and closing of the cover.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which can be modified in their structure as in their details.
