  "JONCTION-FIXATION LONGITUDINALE, POUR PANNEAUX URBAINS" 
La présente invention concerne une solution de jonction/ fixation longitudinale, pour panneaux préfabriqués, en particulier pour des panneaux urbains. 



   Les panneaux sont constitués de deux plaques, généralement métalliques, entre lesquelles s'intercale une matière de remplissage, avec des caractéristiques isolantes thermiques et acoustiques. 



   L'idée de réaliser des panneaux de ce type se retrouve dans   lebrevetESn 313. 883, pionnier   dans ce domaine et où apparaissent des panneaux de la conception décrite ci-dessus. 



   Actuellement, il existe des panneaux de ce type qui permettent la construction des couches formant celui-ci totalement liées ou avec des conformations générales définies par une ligne brisée qui présente des entrées et sorties successives opposées suivant des trapèzes isocèles de faible hauteur, ce qui accroît considérablement les possibilités d'application de celui-ci. 



   Ce type de panneaux est utilisé dans des constructions légères. 



   Ces panneaux se disposent juxtaposés c'est pourquoi, lorsqu'apparaissent de nouveaux panneaux pour des applications urbaines et de nouvelles formes de montage ou d'accouplement, apparaît également la nécessité de nouvelles solutions de jonction/ fixation. 



   La présente invention traite d'une nouvelle solution de jonction-fixation longitudinale, pour panneaux urbains constitués de deux plaques entre lesquelles est disposé un remplissage de matière isolante, caractérisée en ce que, en section longitudinale, elle comprend :

 a) un profilé d'assemblage de section en"U"avec des coudes aux extrémités des ailes et une seconde âme transversale qui les relie par leur zone médiane, profilé contre lequel sont mis bout à bout les panneaux urbains à réunir, qui sont guidés et fixés entre l'aile correspondante, les coudes et la structure de support. b) des moyens pour fixer le profilé d'assemblage à la structure de support, ces moyens étant des vis qui sont insérées dans les âmes du profilé d'assemblage et dans la structure de support ;

   c) des moyens d'étanchéité entre les panneaux à assembler et le profilé d'assemblage ainsi que le profilé de la structure de support, ces moyens étant des bourrelets, comprimés entre ces profilés et/ou entre un d'eux et le panneau correspondant ; d) un joint de fermeture à   configuration en"U"avec   des moyens pour le monter dans le profilé d'assemblage lui-même et qui sert à cacher et étancher à l'extérieur les vis de fixation. 



   Elle se caractérise également en ce que les moyens de montage entre le joint de fermeture et le profilé d'assemblage sont des petites griffes unidirectionnelles formées dans l'une des pièces et qui se verrouillent sur les griffes unidirectionnelles conjuguées, formées sur l'autre pièce. 



   Elle se caractérise également en ce que le joint de fermeture a son âme coplanaire extérieurement avec les coudes du profilé d'assemblage. 



   En variante, le joint de fermeture a son âme rentrée par rapport aux coudes du profilé d'assemblage, sans modifier pour cela l'essence du modèle. 



   La figure 1 représente une vue en plan des deux panneaux urbains (1) réunis en employant la solution préconisée. 



   La figure 2 représente une section en élévation, suivant indication A : A de la figure 1.

   La figure 3 représente une section en élévation suivant indication A : A de la figure 1, ou le joint de fermeture (3) présente une configuration en variante et une disposition rentrée par rapport au profilé d'assemblage (2). 



   La présente invention traite d'une jonction/fixation longitudinale, pour panneaux urbains. 



   Les panneaux urbains (1) sont constitués de plaques (11), (12) entre lesquelles est disposé un remplissage (13) en matière isolante, comme du polyuréthane ou similaire. 



   La jonction/fixation, selon l'invention comprend également : - un profilé d'assemblage   (2) ;   - un couvre-joint   (3) ;   - des moyens de fixation-vis (4) ; - des moyens d'étanchéité-bourrelets (5). 



   Conformément à l'invention et selon la réalisation représentée :
Le profilé d'assemblage (2) présente une section en"U" avec des coudes (23) aux extrémités de ses ailes (22) et une seconde âme (24), qui relie entre elles ces ailes (22) par leur zone médiane. 



   Les âmes (20), (24) présentent, avec un écartement, des orifices (201), (241) pour y insérer les vis (4) par lesquels se fixe le profilé (2) à la structure de support (E). Avec cette fixation, les panneaux (1) à assembler, mis bout à bout contre l'aile correspondante (22), sont prisonniers entre le coude correspondant (23) et la structure de support (E). 



   L'herméticité de la jonction est assurée par l'interposition préalable de bourrelets (5) sur les joints-entre le panneau (1) et le coude (23) correspondant et entre le profilé (2) et la structure de support (E). 



   Le joint de fermeture (3) est monté sur le profilé (2) et cache de l'extérieur les vis   (4).

   Selon la réalisation représentée, le joint (3) a une section en"U"avec des moyens pour le monter dans le profilé (2), ces moyens étant des griffes unidirectionnelles (31) disposées sur les ailes (30) du joint (3) et elles se verrouillent sur les griffes unidirectionnelles (21) conjuguées prévues sur le profilé (2). 



   Dans une réalisation pratique-représentée à la figure   2 - l'âme   (32) du joint (3) est extérieurement coplanaire avec les coudes (23) du profilé (2). 



   Dans une réalisation en variante-représentée à la figure   3 - l'âme   (32) du joint (3) est rentrée par rapport aux coudes (23) du profilé (2).

  "LONGITUDINAL JUNCTION-FIXATION, FOR URBAN PANELS"
The present invention relates to a longitudinal joining / fixing solution for prefabricated panels, in particular for urban panels.



   The panels consist of two plates, generally metallic, between which a filling material is interposed, with thermal and acoustic insulating characteristics.



   The idea of making panels of this type is found in lebrevetESn 313. 883, a pioneer in this field and where panels of the design described above appear.



   Currently, there are panels of this type which allow the construction of the layers forming the latter totally linked or with general conformations defined by a broken line which has opposite successive inlets and outlets following isosceles trapezoids of low height, which increases considerably the possibilities of application of it.



   This type of panel is used in light constructions.



   These panels are arranged side by side which is why, when new panels appear for urban applications and new forms of mounting or coupling, the need also arises for new joining / fixing solutions.



   The present invention deals with a new longitudinal joining-fixing solution, for urban panels consisting of two plates between which a filling of insulating material is disposed, characterized in that, in longitudinal section, it comprises:

 a) an assembly profile of "U" section with elbows at the ends of the wings and a second transverse web which connects them by their median zone, a profile against which the urban panels to be joined are placed end to end, which are guided and fixed between the corresponding wing, the elbows and the support structure. b) means for fixing the assembly profile to the support structure, these means being screws which are inserted in the cores of the assembly profile and in the support structure;

   c) sealing means between the panels to be assembled and the assembly profile as well as the profile of the support structure, these means being beads, compressed between these profiles and / or between one of them and the corresponding panel ; d) a "U" shaped closure joint with means for mounting it in the assembly profile itself and which serves to hide and seal the fixing screws on the outside.



   It is also characterized in that the mounting means between the closure joint and the assembly profile are small unidirectional prongs formed in one of the parts and which lock on the conjugated unidirectional prongs formed on the other part .



   It is also characterized in that the closure joint has its core coplanar externally with the elbows of the assembly profile.



   As a variant, the closure joint has its core retracted with respect to the elbows of the assembly profile, without thereby modifying the essence of the model.



   FIG. 1 represents a plan view of the two urban panels (1) joined together using the recommended solution.

   FIG. 3 represents a section in elevation according to indication A: A of FIG. 1, where the closure joint (3) has an alternative configuration and an arrangement retracted with respect to the assembly profile (2).



   The present invention deals with a longitudinal junction / fixing, for urban panels.



   The urban panels (1) consist of plates (11), (12) between which is disposed a filling (13) of insulating material, such as polyurethane or the like.



   The junction / fixing according to the invention also comprises: - an assembly profile (2); - a joint cover (3); - screw fixing means (4); - sealing means-beads (5).



   According to the invention and according to the embodiment shown:
The assembly profile (2) has a "U" section with elbows (23) at the ends of its wings (22) and a second core (24), which connects these wings (22) by their middle zone .



   The cores (20), (24) have, with a spacing, orifices (201), (241) for inserting the screws (4) by which the profile (2) is fixed to the support structure (E). With this attachment, the panels (1) to be assembled, placed end to end against the corresponding wing (22), are trapped between the corresponding elbow (23) and the support structure (E).



   The tightness of the junction is ensured by the prior interposition of beads (5) on the joints-between the panel (1) and the corresponding elbow (23) and between the profile (2) and the support structure (E) .



   The closing gasket (3) is mounted on the profile (2) and hides the screws (4) from the outside.

   According to the embodiment shown, the seal (3) has a "U" section with means for mounting it in the profile (2), these means being unidirectional claws (31) arranged on the wings (30) of the seal (3 ) and they lock onto the unidirectional claws (21) provided on the profile (2).



   In a practical embodiment-shown in Figure 2 - the core (32) of the seal (3) is externally coplanar with the elbows (23) of the profile (2).



   In an alternative embodiment-shown in Figure 3 - the core (32) of the seal (3) is returned relative to the elbows (23) of the profile (2).
