Abstract

A frame with a coupling system depending on the mobile apparatus, consistingof two parts, namely the side for the mobile machine (1) and the side for theobject to be weighed (2). The two parts of the frame are fixed together withsteel leaf springs (5, 6) that absorb horizontal forces; the lower leafsprings (6) are placed at right angles to the incident forces. The upper leafsprings are placed parallel to the horizontal forces. The slope of the upperleaf spring can be set using the adjusting plates (7) and the angle and pointof incidence of the forces to be measured (3, 4, 9) can be compensated. Thisallows a perpendicular positioning of the weighing unit to be achieved withthe help of a plumb-line sensor, giving the correct vertical pressure on theforce transducers (10, 11). The force transducers transform the force appliedproportionally into a voltage that is connected to a display unit.

  Mobiele weegeenheid Mobiele weegeenheid berustend op het principe van twee starre frames verbonden door elastische bladveren, waardoor het bekende parallellogram   ontstaat.   



  Het ene frame is verbonden door een   koppel (snelkoppel) systeem   met het voertuig. 



    Het andere frame is verbondendooreenkoppel (snelkoppel) systeemmethet te wegen geheeL   De elastische bladveren zijn zo geplaatst en ingesteld dat de horizontale krachten elkaar opheffen en het geheel uiterst stevig aan elkaar verbonden is. Tussen beide frames zijn   één   of meerdere krachtopnemers geplaatst die de resterende verticale kracht   omzetten   in evenredig electrische spanning waarmede een electronisch   uitlecsapparaat   verbonden is. 



    GeliJkaardige   systemen bestaan reeds, doch met deze verschillen : EP-C 0181034 - Maakt gebruik van "dikke" starre verbindingen tussen de vaste   frames die op tweeplaatsen"ingesneden"zijn waardoor deze aan de drukdie ontstaat    aan de onderzijde van het parallellogram kunnen weerstaan. Het nadeel is dat de stalen verbindingen plaatselijk zeer sterk belast worden door vervorming. 



   EP 0   222230   230-Maakt gebruik van het "omkeren" van de onderste stalen verbinding   waardoordeze niet belast is op druk zoals in EP-C 0181034, maarwel op trek endus    niet   moet "verdikt" worden.

The disadvantage is that the steel connections are very heavily loaded locally by deformation.



   EP 0 222230 230-Uses the "reversing" of the lower steel connection so that it is not subject to pressure as in EP-C 0181034, but does not need to be "thickened" on tension.
