Abstract
A washing and sweeping vehicle having a sewage recycling device, comprising a vehicle body. A garbage bin (5) and a clear water tank (6) are mounted on the vehicle body. A water inlet of a water pump (10) is connected to the clear water tank (6) by means of a connecting pipe IV (9), and a water outlet of the water pump (10) is connected to a washing device by means of a connecting pipe VI (12). A step-by-step filtering device is connected to the bottom of the garbage bin (5), and the step-by-step filtering device is connected to the water inlet of the water pump (10) by means of a connecting pipe III (4). A tubular membrane (1) is further connected to the water outlet of the water pump (10) by means of a connecting pipe V (11). A clear water outlet of the tubular membrane (1) is connected to the clear water tank (6) by means of a water producing pipe (13). A return water outlet of the tubular membrane (1) is connected to the clear water tank (6) by means of a connecting pipe I (2), and the return water outlet of the tubular membrane (1) is further connected to the connecting pipe III (4) by means of a connecting pipe II (3). In the washing and sweeping operation process of the washing and sweeping vehicle, sewage can be recycled and reused, thereby prolonging the operation time after each water addition, increasing the utilization rate of water resources, and reducing the waste of water resources; moreover, automatic daily cleaning and chemical cleaning can be achieved, so that the maintenance is simple, and the reliability is high; and the power for both sewage circulation and low-pressure washing is provided by the water pump, so that the part utilization rate is increased.
Description
The present invention relates to the technical field of sanitation equipment, particularly to a
washing and sweeping truck with a wastewater recycling device and a cleaning method.
With the development of urban construction, people not only have higher requirements for
the degree and efficiency of road cleanliness but also have higher requirements for the utilization
rate of water resources, the operation time after water is fully added every time, the discharge of
wastewater, and so on. Moreover, with the construction of an urban viaduct, it is inconvenient to
add water on some roads, and it takes a long time to add water by site transition in the cleaning
process, so a washing and sweeping truck with longer endurance mileage is needed, and a
wastewater recycling device can be configured to solve the above problems effectively.
To improve the water use efficiency of the washing and sweeping truck and prolong the
operation time after water is fully added every time, the present invention provides a washing and
sweeping truck with a wastewater recycling device and a cleaning method.
Z_ 0 The present invention is realized by the following technical solutions: A washing and
sweeping truck with a wastewater recycling device that includes a truck body is provided. A
garbage bin and a clean water tank are installed on the truck body. A water inlet of a water pump
is connected to the clean water tank through a connection pipe IV, and a water outlet of the water
pump is connected to a washing device through a connection pipe VI. A step-by-step filtering
device is connected to the bottom of the garbage bin, and the step-by-step filtering device is
connected to the water inlet of the water pump through a connection pipe III. The water outlet of
the water pump is further connected to a tubular membrane through a connection pipe V. A clean
water outlet of the tubular membrane is connected to the clean water tank through a water
production pipe. A returning water outlet of the tubular membrane is connected to the clean water
tank through a connection pipe I, and the returning water outlet of the tubular membrane is further connected to the connection pipe III through a connection pipe II.
Further: A switch III is installed on the connection pipe III. A switch IV is installed on the
connection pipe IV. A switch V is installed on the connection pipe V. A switch VI is installed on
the connection pipe VI.
A flow switch is installed in the water production pipe of the tubular membrane.
An agent tank is fixed on a side of the clean water tank, and a water outlet of the agent tank
is connected to the clean water tank. A solenoid valve is installed in a pipeline from the water
outlet of the agent tank to the clean water tank.
The tubular membrane is installed above the garbage bin.
A cleaning method of a washing and sweeping truck with a wastewater recycling device
includes the following steps:
During the Washing and Sweeping Operation
Wastewater entering the garbage bin enters the connection pipe III through the step-by-step
filtering device and then the tubular membrane through the water pump and the connection pipe
V. Returning water of the tubular membrane enters the connection pipe III through the connection
pipe II to continue circulation. Clean water produced by the tubular membrane enters the clean
water tank through the water production pipe for use in the washing and sweeping operation.
A liquid level switch A and a liquid level switch B are installed at the bottom of the clean
water tank.
When the liquid level of the clean water tank is decreased to the liquid level switch A during
the washing and sweeping operation, the circulation of the wastewater is stopped. At this time, an
inlet of the water pump is switched to connect to the connection pipe IV. The clean water in the
clean water tank enters the tubular membrane through the water pump and the connection pipe V
to perform a daily clean water washing until the liquid level of the clean water tank reaches the
liquid level switch B to stop the daily clean water washing.
During the Chemical Cleaning and Maintenance
A certain amount of clean water is added to the clean water tank. A chemical cleaning button
is switched on to control the solenoid valve under the agent tank to open, and a chemical agent
enters the clean water tank. The chemical agent is dissolved in the clean water and then enters the
tubular membrane through the connection pipe IV, the water pump, and the connection pipe V.
The returning water of the tubular membrane returns to the clean water tank through the connection pipe I, and the chemical cleaning is circulated; The flow switch on the water production pipe of the tubular membrane is configured to determine whether the cleaning is complete or not. When the generated water flow rate reaches a set value, the chemical cleaning is determined to be complete. During the Low-Pressure Washing The inlet of the water pump is switched to connect to the connection pipe IV, and water is supplied to the washing device through the water pump and the connection pipe VI for performing the low-pressure washing. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages: The wastewater can be recycled, treated, and reused during the washing and sweeping operation, which prolongs the operation time after water is fully added every time and improves the utilization rate of water resources, and conserves water resources. Moreover, daily cleaning and chemical cleaning can be performed automatically, which has simple maintenance and high reliability. Wastewater circulation and low-pressure washing power share a water pump, which improves the utilization rate of parts.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely below by referring to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Embodiment 1
FIGS. 1 and 2 show a washing and sweeping truck with a wastewater recycling device. The
garbage bin 5 and the clean water tank 6 are installed on the truck body. The water inlet of the
water pump 10 is connected to the clean water tank 6 through the connection pipe IV 9, and the
water outlet of the water pump 10 is connected to the washing device through the connection pipe
VI 12.
The improvements of the present embodiment are as follows:
A step-by-step filtering device is connected to the bottom of the garbage bin 5, and the step
by-step filtering device is connected to the water inlet of the water pump 10 through the connection
pipe III4. The water outlet of the water pump 10 is further connected to the tubular membrane 1
through the connection pipe V 11, and the tubular membrane 1 is installed above the garbage bin
5. The clean water outlet of the tubular membrane 1 is connected to the clean water tank 6 through
the water production pipe 13, and the flow switch 14 is installed in the water production pipe 13
of the tubular membrane 1. The returning water outlet of the tubular membrane 1 is connected to
the clean water tank 6 through the connection pipe I2, and the returning water outlet of the tubular
membrane 1 is further connected to the connection pipe III4 through the connection pipe II3. The
agent tank 8 is fixed on a side of the clean water tank 6, and the water outlet of the agent tank 8 is
connected to the clean water tank 6. The solenoid valve 7 is installed in the pipeline from the water
outlet of the agent tank 8 to the clean water tank 6.
A switch III is installed on the connection pipe 1114. A switch IV is installed on the connection
pipe IV 9. A switch V is installed on the connection pipe V 11. A switch VI is installed on the
connection pipe VI 12.
Embodiment 2
A cleaning method of a washing and sweeping truck with a wastewater recycling device is
based on the above Embodiment 1 and includes the following steps:
During a washing and sweeping operation
The wastewater entering the garbage bin 5 enters the connection pipe III4 through the step
by-step filtering device, and then enters the tubular membrane 1 through the water pump 10 and the connection pipe V 11. The returning water of the tubular membrane 1 enters the connection pipe III4 through the connection pipe II3 to continue the circulation. The clean water produced by the tubular membrane 1 enters the clean water tank 2 through the water production pipe 13 for use in the washing and sweeping operation.
A liquid level switch A and a liquid level switch B are installed at the bottom of the clean
water tank 2.
When the liquid level of the clean water tank 6 is decreased to the liquid level switch A during
the washing and sweeping operation, the circulation of the wastewater stops. At this time, the inlet
of the water pump 10 is switched to connect to the connection pipe IV 9, and the clean water in
the clean water tank 6 enters the tubular membrane 1 through the water pump 10 and the
connection pipe V 11 to perform daily clean water washing until the liquid level of the clean water
tank 6 reaches the liquid level switch B to stop the daily clean water washing.
During Chemical Cleaning and Maintenance
A certain amount of clean water is added to the clean water tank 6. The chemical cleaning
button is switched on to control the solenoid valve 7 under the agent tank 8 to open, and the
chemical agent enters the clean water tank 6. The chemical agent is dissolved in the clean water
and then enters the tubular membrane 1 through the connection pipe IV 9, the water pump 10 and
the connection pipe V 11. The returning water of the tubular membrane 1 is returned to the clean
water tank 6 through the connection pipe I2, and the chemical cleaning is circulated.
The flow switch 14 on the water production pipe 13 of the tubular membrane 1 is configured
to determine whether the cleaning is complete or not, and when a generated water flow rate reaches
a set value, the chemical cleaning is determined to be complete.
During a Low-Pressure Washing
The inlet of the water pump 10 is switched to connect to the connection pipe IV 9, and the
water is supplied to the washing device through the water pump 10 and the connection pipe VI 12
for performing the low-pressure washing.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, according to the present invention, the
wastewater can be recycled, treated, and reused during the washing and sweeping operation, which
prolongs the operation time after water is fully added every time and improves the utilization rate
of water resources, and conserves water resources. Moreover, daily cleaning and chemical cleaning can be performed automatically, which has simple maintenance and high reliability. Wastewater circulation and low-pressure washing power share a water pump, which improves the utilization rate of parts. Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, for those having ordinary skill in the art, it should be understood that a variety of changes, modifications, replacements. Variants may be made to these embodiments without departing from the principle and ideas of the present invention; the scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (6)
1. A washing and sweeping truck with a wastewater recycling device, comprising a truck body,
wherein a garbage bin (5) and a clean water tank (6) are installed on the truck body; a water inlet
of a water pump (10) is connected to the clean water tank (6) through a connection pipe IV (9),
and a water outlet of the water pump (10) is connected to a washing device through a connection
pipe VI (12);
wherein
a step-by-step filtering device is connected to a bottom of the garbage bin (5), and the step
by-step filtering device is connected to the water inlet of the water pump (10) through a connection
pipe III (4); the water outlet of the water pump (10) is further connected to a tubular membrane (1)
through a connection pipe V (11); a clean water outlet of the tubular membrane (1) is connected
to the clean water tank (6) through a water production pipe (13); a returning water outlet of the
tubular membrane (1) is connected to the clean water tank (6) through a connection pipe 1 (2), and
the returning water outlet of the tubular membrane (1) is further connected to the connection pipe
III (4) through a connection pipe11 (3).
2. The washing and sweeping truck with the wastewater recycling device according to claim
1, wherein a switch III is installed on the connection pipe III (4); a switch IV is installed on the
connection pipe IV (9); a switch V is installed on the connection pipe V (11); and a switch VI is
installed on the connection pipe VI (12).
3. The washing and sweeping truck with the wastewater recycling device according to claim
2, wherein a flow switch (14) is installed in the water production pipe (13) of the tubular membrane
(1).
4. The washing and sweeping truck with the wastewater recycling device according to claim
3, wherein an agent tank (8) is fixed on a side of the clean water tank (6), and a water outlet of the
agent tank (8) is connected to the clean water tank (6); and a solenoid valve (7) is installed in a
pipeline from the water outlet of the agent tank (8) to the clean water tank (6).
5. The washing and sweeping truck with the wastewater recycling device according to claim 4, wherein the tubular membrane (1) is installed above the garbage bin (5).

A cleaning method of a washing and sweeping truck with a wastewater recycling device, employing the washing and sweeping truck with the wastewater recycling device according to claim 4 or 5, and comprising the following steps: during a washing and sweeping operation, allowing a wastewater entering the garbage bin (5) to enter the connection pipe III (4) through the step-by-step filtering device and then enter the tubular membrane (1) through the water pump (10) and the connection pipe V (11); allowing a returning water of the tubular membrane (1) to enter the connection pipe III (4) through the connection pipe 11 (3) to continue a circulation; allowing a clean water produced by the tubular membrane (1) to enter the clean water tank (2) through the water production pipe (13) for use in the washing and sweeping operation; installing a liquid level switch A and a liquid level switch B at a bottom of the clean water tank (2); when a liquid level of the clean water tank (6) is decreased to the liquid level switch A during the washing and sweeping operation, stopping the circulation of the wastewater; at this time, switching an inlet of the water pump (10) to connect to the connection pipe IV (9), and allowing the clean water in the clean water tank (6) to enter the tubular membrane (1) through the water pump (10) and the connection pipe V (11) to perform a daily clean water washing until the liquid level of the clean water tank (6) reaches the liquid level switch B to stop the daily clean water washing; during a chemical cleaning and maintenance, adding a certain amount of clean water to the clean water tank (6), switching on a chemical cleaning button to control the solenoid valve (7) under the agent tank (8) to open, and allowing a chemical agent to enter the clean water tank (6); allowing the chemical agent to be dissolved in the clean water and then enter the tubular membrane (1) through the connection pipe IV (9), the water pump (10) and the connection pipe V (11); returning the returning water of the tubular membrane (1) to the clean water tank (6) through the connection pipe I (2), and circulating the chemical cleaning; configuring the flow switch (14) on the water production pipe (13) of the tubular membrane (1) to determine whether the cleaning is complete or not, and when a generated water flow rate reaches a set value, determining the chemical cleaning to be complete; during a low-pressure washing, switching the inlet of the water pump (10) to connect to the connection pipe IV (9), and supplying water to the washing device through the water pump (10) and the connection pipe VI (12) for performing the low-pressure washing.
