Nephrology Enema Equipment
The application relates to the technical field of enteroclysis in nephrology, particularly to
a nephrology enema equipment.
Enema is a method of filling a certain amount of liquid into the colon from anus and
rectum to help patients clean the intestines, defecate, exhaust or supply drugs from the
intestines. The method can help patients relieve constipation and flatulence, prepare for
gastrointestinal surgery and digestive endoscopy. It can also dilute and remove harmful
substances in intestinal tract for poisoned patients, and alleviate poisoning, etc. It is a
common clinical basic nursing operation.
At present, both retention enema and cleaning enema use an enemator composed of an
enema bag and an anal canal. For patients who need multiple cleaning enemas, using the
existing enemator will undoubtedly increase the intubation times, and at the same time
increase the pain of patients and the probability of intestinal mucosa damage. It has been
reported in the literature that this situation can be improved by self-made intravenous tee
or by using the method of changing the tail of sputum suction tube into tee. However, the
manufacturing process is too complicated, and there are some shortcomings in the joint,
such as loose sealing and thin lumen, which can not be popularized in clinic.
In the clinical practice of hospitals around the country, there is only one nursing staff to
carry out this operation, so it is inconvenient to take down the enema and reduce its
height. Because the perfusion speed is too fast, the patient can not use the toilet in time and pollute the bed sheets, which not only causes the discomfort of the patient, but also increases the workload of the nursing staff invisibly.
The purpose of this application is to provide a nephrology enema equipment department
to solve the above problems.
To achieve the above purpose, the application provides the following scheme.
A nephrology enema equipment comprises an enema bag, a catheter with one end
communicated with the lower end of the enema bag, and a three-lumen tube
communicated with the other end of the catheter. A connecting piece is detachably
connected between the three-lumen tube and the catheter.
The three-lumen tube comprises a first lumen tube, a second lumen tube and a third
lumen tube. One end of the first lumen tube penetrates through the three-lumen tube, and
the other end of the first lumen tube is communicated with a drainage tube. One end of
the second lumen tube is provided with a through hole, and the other end is
communicated with the catheter through the connecting piece. The out side wall of the
third lumen tube is communicated with an air bag and an inflation tube, and a governor is
arranged on the catheter.
Preferably, the first lumen tube is located in the center of the three-lumen tube, the
second lumen tube is circumferentially located outside the first lumen tube, and the third
lumen tube is circumferentially located outside the second lumen tube.
Preferably, the connecting piece comprises a connector shell communicated with the
catheter, an inner stud is fixedly connected in the connector shell, a communication
cavity is arranged between the connector shell and the inner stud, the communication
cavity communicates with the second lumen tube and the catheter. An annular protrusion
is arranged on one side of the connector shell close to the second lumen tube, the annular
protrusion is inserted into the inner side wall of the second lumen tube, and the inner stud
is in threaded connection with the third lumen tube.
Preferably, the governor comprises a governor upper shell, a governor lower shell is
clamped below the governor upper shell, a liquid inlet pipe is communicated with the top
edge of the governor upper shell, and a liquid outlet pipe is communicated with the
bottom edge of the governor lower shell. The liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe
have the same axial center and the same inner diameter. A speed regulating part is
arranged in contact between the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe. The speed
regulating part is rotationally connected with the top center of the governor upper shell.
The liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe are communicated with the catheter.
Preferably, the speed regulating part comprises a knob rotatably connected to the center
of the governor upper shell, the knob is axially connected with a speed regulating
turntable, a plurality of liquid via holes with different diameters are formed on the speed
regulating turntable, and the upper and lower surfaces of the speed regulating turntable
are respectively contacted with the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe.
Preferably, the centers of several liquid via holes are arranged at equal intervals along the
center of the speed regulating turntable. The liquid via holes coincide with the axes of the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe. The inner diameters of a plurality of liquid via holes increase along the counterclockwise direction, and the inner diameter of the last liquid via hole is the same as that of the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe.
Preferably, the top surface of the governor upper shell is provided with a plurality of
indicating points which are arranged at equal intervals along the center of the governor
upper shell, and the projected areas of the indicating points increase counterclockwise.
Preferably, the top surface of the knob is provided with an indication score line.
The application has the following technical effects.
In this application, the three-lumen tube is used for insertion enema, which can be
prevented from falling off after insertion by arranging the airbag on the three-lumen tube.
The three-lumen tube is set into three lumens, one of which is used for communicating
the inflator with the inflation tube, charging the air in the inflation tube into the airbag,
and the other lumen is communicated with the drainage tube, which is convenient for the
patient to drain through the drainage tube, thus avoiding the situation that the patient can
not use the toilet in time to pollute the bed sheets. The remaining lumen of the three
lumen tube is used to transport enema. Through the independent design of three lumens,
each function is operated independently, which is convenient for nursing staff to carry out
enema nursing for patients.
The three-lumen tube is detachably connected with the catheter through the connecting
piece, and the catheter can be removed through the connecting piece after one-time
enema nursing, and a new enema bag and catheter can be reconnected with the three
lumen tube during the next enema, thus avoiding the intestinal mucosa injury caused by repeated insertion enema by patients. The application has simple structure, good clinical adaptability and wide application prospect.

comprises an enema bag 1, a catheter 2 with one end communicated with the lower end of
the enema bag 1, and a three-lumen tube 3 communicated with the other end of the
catheter 2. A connecting piece is detachably connected between the three-lumen tube 3
and the catheter 2.
The three-lumen tube 3 includes a first lumen tube 301, a second lumen tube 302 and a
third lumen tube 303. One end of the first lumen tube 301 penetrates through the three
lumen tube 3, and the other end of the first lumen tube 301 is connected with a drainage
tube 8. One end of the second lumen tube 302 is provided with a through hole, and the
other end of the second lumen tube 302 is connected with the catheter 2 through the connecting piece. The outer side wall of the third lumen tube 303 is connected with an air bag 4 and an inflation tube 5, and the catheter 2 is provided with a governor.
In a further optimization scheme, the first lumen tube 301 is located at the center of the
three-lumen tube 3, the second lumen tube 302 is circumferentially located outside the
first lumen tube 301 and the third lumen tube 303 is circumferentially located outside the
second lumen tube 302.
In a further optimization scheme, the connecting piece comprises a connector shell 6
communicating with the catheter 2. An inner stud 601 is fixedly connected in the
connector shell 6, a communication cavity 602 is arranged between the connector shell 6
and the inner stud 601, the communication cavity 602 communicates with the second
lumen tube 302 and the catheter 2, and an annular protrusion 603 is arranged on one side
of the connector shell 6 near the second lumen tube 302. The annular protrusion 603 is
inserted into the inner side wall of the second lumen tube 302, and the inner stud 601 is
threadedly connected with the three-lumen tube 3.
In a further optimization scheme, the governor comprises a governor upper shell 7. A
governor lower shell 701 is clamped below the governor upper shell 7, a liquid inlet pipe
702 is communicated with the top edge of the governor upper shell 7, and a liquid outlet
pipe 703 is communicated with the bottom edge of the governor lower shell 701, wherein
the liquid inlet pipe 702 and the liquid outlet pipe 703 have the same axial center and the
same inner diameter. A speed regulating part is arranged in contact between the liquid
inlet pipe 702 and the liquid outlet pipe 703. The speed regulating part is rotatably connected to the top center of the governor upper shell 7, and the liquid inlet pipe 702 and the liquid outlet pipe 703 are communicated with the catheter 2.

and the liquid outlet pipe 703.
In a further optimization scheme, the centers of several liquid via holes 704 are arranged
at equal intervals along the center of the speed regulating turntable 706. The centers of
several liquid via holes 704 coincide with the axes of the liquid inlet pipe 702 and the
liquid outlet pipe 703, and the inner diameters of several liquid via holes 704 increase
counterclockwise, with the last liquid via hole 704 having the same inner diameter as that
of the liquid inlet pipe 702 and the liquid outlet pipe 703.
In a further optimization scheme, the top surface of the governor upper shell 7 is provided
with a plurality of indicating points 707, which are arranged at equal intervals along the

increase counterclockwise.
In a further optimization scheme, the top surface of the knob 705 is provided with an
indication score line.
By turning the knob 705, the knob 705 drives the speed regulating turntable 706 to rotate,
so that liquid via holes 704 with different diameters on the speed regulating turntable 706 can pass through the liquid inlet pipe 702 and the liquid outlet pipe 703. Since the liquid via holes 704 have different diameters, the function of controlling the flow rate can be realized, and the purpose of observing the flow rate adjustment can be realized by cooperating with the indicator marks 707.
The application method is as follows.
Insert the three-lumen tube 3 into the anus of the patient, inflate the inflation tube 5
through inflation equipment. Gas is inflated into the airbag 4 through the inflation tube 5
and the third lumen tube 303. When the air bag 4 swells, the three-lumen tube 3 can be
sealed with the patient's intestinal tract. The liquid medicine in the enema bag 1 enters the
catheter 2, and the liquid medicine in the catheter 2 is sent to the second lumen tube 302
through the communication cavity 602, and then enters the patient's intestinal tract
through the through holes. A valve can be set on the drainage tube 8. When the patient
needs to drain, the drainage tube 8 can be drained through a lumen 301 by opening the
valve on the drainage tube 8.
The catheter 2 is fixedly connected with the three-lumen tube 3 through the inner stud
601, and the annular protrusion 603 is inserted into the second lumen tube 302 to realize
the sealed communication between the communication cavity 602 and the second lumen
tube 302. The three-lumen tube 3 and the catheter 2 can be detached by setting the
connecting piece, and the catheter 2 can be detached by the connecting piece after one
time enema nursing. When the next enema is performed, a new enema bag 1, the catheter
2 and the three-lumen tube 3 can be reconnected, thus preventing the patient from
repeatedly inserting enema to damage the intestinal mucosa.
