Abstract

A bearing-connected paint roller frame is provided, which includes a handle, a support rod, and a roller rack. An end of the support rod is longitudinally connected to the handle, and another end of the support rod form a cross rod for laterally installing the roller rack, the roller rack is rotatably sleeved on the cross rod with the cross rod being an axis, and the roller rack is used to assembling a paint brush. A bearing is fixed in an axial installing hole of the roller rack, and the cross rod extends through the bearing and is fixedly engaged with an inner ring of the bearing. The present disclosure can greatly improve the flexibility and smoothness of the rotation of the roller rack around the cross rod, the friction and the noise is decreased. Moreover, it is particularly labor-saving to use, which improves the working efficiency of using the paint roller frame, and the electroplated layer of the support rod will not be damaged and generate black water, ensuring that the roller paint brush can be used without problems for a long time. 1/3 3 2a 21 FIG. 1

BEARING-CONNECTED PAINT ROLLER FRAME TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of decoration tools and equipment, and in particular to a bearing-connected paint roller frame.
BACKGROUND
[0002] A Roller paint brushes are widely used in buildings and home furnishings. Considering the cost of use, generally the conventional paint rollers have same inner diameters, and a paint brush can be sleeved on the roller frame during use.
[0003] The roller frame of a conventional roller brush frame is usually sleeved on the support rod. Specifically, the diameter of the axial installing hole of the roller rack is larger than the diameter of the support rod, the roller rack can be sleeved on the support rod, and the roller rack can freely rotate around the support rod. Additionally, the roller rack can be clamped on the support rod by a fastener, finally the paint brush can be sleeved on the roller rack such that the user can use the brush. Also, a rubber ring can be fixed in the installing hole of the roller rack so as to decrease the friction between the roller rack and the support rod while use. Though the above-mentioned structure is simple, the contact between the rubber ring and the support rod not only cause a stiff and noisy rotation of the roller rack, but also make the roller rack hard to be cleaned. Also, the rubber ring in the axial installing hole of the roller rack directly contacts with the support rod and rub with each other while the roller rack sleeved with the paint brush is rotating around the support rod, such that the electroplated layer of the support rod could be damaged after a certain time, leading the support rod to be rusted. Additionally, the rusted part may be contained with the paint and produce black water, which will affect the used of the roller paint brush. Accordingly, the problem that affects the use of the roller paint brush needs to be solved urgently.

[0005] In view of the shortcomings of the prior art described above, the purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a bearing-connected paint roller frame, so as to solve the technical problem that the contact between the rubber ring and the support rod cause a stiff and noisy rotation of the roller rack, make the roller rack hard to be cleaned, and the damage the electroplated layer of the support rod, leads the support rod to be rusted and generate black water. The present disclosure can greatly improve the flexibility and smoothness of the rotation of the roller rack around the cross rod, the friction and the noise is decreased. Moreover, it is particularly labor-saving to use, which improves the working efficiency of using the paint roller frame, and the electroplated layer of the support rod will not be damaged and generate black water, ensuring that the roller paint brush can be used without problems for a long time.

[0007] A bearing-connected paint roller frame is provided, which includes a handle, a support rod, and a roller rack. An end of the support rod is longitudinally connected to the handle, and another end of the support rod form a cross rod for laterally installing the roller rack, the roller rack is rotatably sleeved on the cross rod with the cross rod being an axis, and the roller rack is used to assembling a paint brush. A bearing is fixed in an axial installing hole of the roller rack, and the cross rod extends through the bearing and is fixedly engaged with an inner ring of the bearing.
[0008] Preferably, the bearing is a ball bearing, and the ball bearing can maximally improve the flexibility and smoothness of the rotation of the roller rack around the cross rod, and improve the work efficiency of the paint roller frame.
[0009] Preferably, the handle is cylindrical, and a groove for anti-skid holding is defined on a surface of the handle. It can improve the convenience and comfort of the operation of the paint roller frame, and the anti-skid effect of the paint roller holder can be achieved when the paint roller frame is hold by hand.
[0010] Preferably, the surface of the support rod is electroplated with a chromium plating layer. Which can prevent the supper rod from being rusted, thereby prevent generating the black water.
[0011] Preferably, the roller rack is made of a rigid plastic material. Which can reduce the weight of the paint roller frame, increasing the work efficiency of holding and working with the paint roller frame.
[0012] Preferably, a channel for assembling the paint brush is located on the roller rack, and the outer circumference of the channel has a pressing assembly for pressing or loosening the paint brush. The paint brush can be easily pressed in or be loosen, such that the brush can be assembled or detached rapidly, improving the practicability of the paint roller frame.

[0014] By fixing a bearing in the installing hole of the roller rack, the roller rack and the cross rod are relatively rotated about the bearing, that is, the roller rack rotates around the cross bar through the bearing, which can greatly improve the flexibility and smoothness of the rotation of the roller rack around the cross rod, and the friction and the noise is decreased. Moreover, it is particularly labor-saving to use, which improves the working efficiency of using the paint roller frame. Additionally, the cross bar is fixedly clamped in the bearing, such that the cross bar has no direct friction with any part, thereby ensuring the electroplated layer of the support rod will not be damaged, such the no black water will be generated, ensuring that the roller paint brush can be used without problems for a long time.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0020] The present disclosure will be further described in detail below with reference to the drawings. A preferred embodiment is described in the drawings. However, the present disclosure can be implemented in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided to provide a thorough understanding of the present disclosure.

[0022] As shown in FIG. 1, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a bearing-connected paint roller frame, and FIG. 2 is a front view of the FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 2 along the line A-A. The paint roller frame includes a handle 1, a support rod 2, and a roller rack 3. The handle 1 is cylindrical, and grooves for anti-skid holding is defined on the surface of the handle 1. An end of the support rod 2 is longitudinally connected to the handle 1, and another end of the support rod 2 form a cross rod 2a being capable of laterally installing the roller rack 3. The surface of the support rod 2 is electroplated with a chromium plating layer, and the roller rack 3 is made of rigid plastic material. The roller rack 3 is rotatably sleeved on the cross rod 2a with the cross rod 2a being an axis, and the roller rack 3 is capable of assembling a paint brush. A ball bearing 4 is fixed in an axial installing hole of the roller rack 3, and the cross rod 2a extends through the ball bearing 4 and is fixedly engaged with the inner ring of the ball bearing 4.
[0023] By fixing the ball bearing 4 in the installing hole of the roller rack 3, the roller rack 3 and the cross rod 2a are relatively rotated about the ball bearing 4, that is, the roller rack 3 rotates around the cross bar 2a through the ball bearing 4, which can greatly improve the flexibility and smoothness of the rotation of the roller rack 3 around the cross rod 2a, and the friction and the noise is decreased. Moreover, it is particularly labor-saving to use, which improves the working efficiency of using the paint roller frame. Additionally, the cross bar 2a is fixedly clamped in the ball bearing 4, such that the cross bar 2a has no direct friction with any part, thereby ensuring the electroplated layer of the support rod 2 will not be damaged, such the no black water will be generated, ensuring that the roller paint brush can be used without problems for a long time.
[0024] Preferably, the channel for assembling the paint brush is located on the roller rack 3, and the outer circumference of the channel has a pressing assembly for pressing or loosening the paint brush. Thus the paint brush can be easily pressed in or be loosen, such that the brush can be assembled or detached rapidly, improving the practicability of the paint roller frame.

CLAIMS:
1. A bearing-connected paint roller frame, comprising a handle, a support rod, and a roller rack, an end of the support rod is longitudinally connected to the handle, and another end of the support rod form a cross rod being capable of laterally installing the roller rack, the roller rack is rotatably sleeved on the cross rod with the cross rod being an axis, and the roller rack is capable of assembling a paint brush wherein a bearing is fixed in an axial installing hole of the roller rack, and the cross rod extends through the bearing and is fixedly engaged with an inner ring of the bearing.
2. The bearing-connected paint roller frame according to claim 1, wherein the bearing is a ball bearing.
3. The bearing-connected paint roller frame according to claim 1, wherein the handle is cylindrical, and a groove for anti-skid holding is defined on a surface of the handle.
4. The bearing-connected paint roller frame according to claim 1, wherein a surface of the support rod is electroplated with a chromium plating layer.
5. The bearing-connected paint roller frame according to claim 1, wherein a channel capable of assembling the paint brush is defined on the roller rack, and an outer circumference of the channel is provided with a pressing assembly capable of pressing or loosening the paint brush.
