The vertical feed mixer for beef cattle breeding comprises a body and a placement box; the placement box is provided above the body; a driving motor and a charging hopper are successively fixedly provided at a top of the placement box; a driving wheel positioned within the placement box is fixedly provided at an output shaft of the driving motor; a driven wheel is drive-connected to the driving wheel through a driving belt; and a rotating shaft is fixedly provided at a surface of the driven wheel. In the vertical feed mixer for beef cattle breeding, by providing a driving motor and using a rotating shaft, a mixing rod, and a mixing holder in a cooperating manner, a driving wheel, a driving belt, and a driven wheel are rotated by the driving of the driving motor, which in turn drives the mixing rod and the mixing holder to rotate, thereby mixing feeds within the body. VERTICAL FEED MIXER FOR BEEF CATTLE BREEDING
Technical field
The application relates to the technical field of feed processing equipment,
and in particular to a vertical feed mixer for beef cattle breeding.
Background technique
Breeding refers to the cultivation and reproduction of animals and plants.
Breeding comprises livestock breeding, poultry breeding, aquaculture breeding,
and special breeding, etc. The existing beef cattle breeding process often
requires uniformly mixing a variety of feeds to improve the utilization efficiency
of the feeds. In the process of mixing the feeds, there is a need to use a mixer in
a cooperating manner.
In the process of using the existing feed mixer, the mixing effect of the
feeds is average, and the uniformity of the feeds cannot be ensured. Meanwhile,
it is not convenient to oven-dry the feeds in the process of mixing the feeds, and
it is not convenient to discharge the uniformly mixed feeds in time, thus
reducing the processing efficiency and quality of feeds. To this end, we propose
a vertical feed mixer for beef cattle breeding to solve the above problems.
Summary
The application provides a vertical feed mixer for beef cattle breeding,
which has advantages such as effective mixing, easy oven-drying of feeds in a
mixing process, and easy timely discharging of uniformly mixed feeds, so as to
solve the problem that the using effect of existing mixers is average.
In order to achieve the purposes of effective mixing, easy oven-drying of feeds in a mixing process, and easy timely discharging of uniformly mixed feeds, the application provides the following technical solution: a vertical feed mixer for beef cattle breeding, comprising a body and a placement box, wherein the placement box is provided above the body; a driving motor and a charging hopper are successively fixedly provided at a top of the placement box; a driving wheel positioned within the placement box is fixedly provided at an output shaft of the driving motor; a driven wheel is drive-connected to the driving wheel through a driving belt; a rotating shaft is fixedly provided at a surface of the driven wheel; a bottom end of the rotating shaft extends into the body; a post is fixedly provided at a bottom of the placement box on one side of the body; a heating box is fixedly provided on one side of the post away from the body; a discharging box positioned directly under the body is fixedly provided at a bottom of the post; a bottom of the charging hopper passes through the placement box and extends into the body; two sides of the rotating shaft positioned in the body are both movably provided with mixing rods through connecting members; a mixing holder positioned within the body is fixedly provided at a bottom end of the rotating shaft; an air extractor is fixedly provided on one side of an inner wall of the heating box; a heating wire is fixedly provided within the heating box on one side of the air extractor; a discharging hopper is fixedly provided at the bottom of the body, and a bottom of the discharging hopper extends into the discharging box; a servo motor is fixedly provided within the discharging box; and a discharging roller positioned within the discharging box is fixedly provided at an output shaft of the servo motor.
As one preferred technical solution of the application, a surface of the
connecting member is connected with the mixing rod through bolts and threads.
As one preferred technical solution of the application, placement plates are
fixedly provided on both sides of the discharging hopper; a cavity is provided
within the two placement plates; electric push rods are fixedly provided on one
side of an inner wall of the cavity; and both output ends of the two electric push
rods pass through the placement plates and extend into the discharging hopper,
and are fixedly provided with baffles .
As one preferred technical solution of the application, opposite surfaces of
the two baffles are movably overlapped; and the baffles are movably provided
within the discharging hopper.
As one preferred technical solution of the application, a discharging pipe is
fixedly provided on one side of the discharging box.
As one preferred technical solution of the application, a filter screen is
provided on one side of the heating box close to the body, a through hole I is
opened on one side of the inner wall of the heating box; and a via is provided on
one side of the body close to the heating box.
Compared with the prior art, the application provides a vertical feed mixer
for beef cattle breeding, which has the following beneficial effects:
1. In the vertical feed mixer for beef cattle breeding, by providing a driving
motor and using a rotating shaft, a mixing rod, and a mixing holder in a
cooperating manner, a driving wheel, a driving belt, and a driven wheel are
rotated by the driving of the driving motor, which in turn drives the mixing rod
and the mixing holder to rotate, thereby mixing feeds within the body. This further improves the uniformity of the feeds during mixing, such that the processing quality of the feeds is ensured, and thus the processing efficiency of the vertical feed mixer for beef cattle breeding is further improved.
2. In the vertical feed mixer for beef cattle breeding, by providing a heating
box and using an air extractor, a heating wire, and the filter screen in a
cooperating manner, it is convenient to heat the feeds in time while mixing the
feeds, so as to achieve the oven-drying effect. The processing quality of feeds is
improved. The arrangement of a discharging box, a servo motor, and a
discharging roller facilitates timely discharging of uniformly mixed feeds,
ensuring the using effect of the feed mixer.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the application will be
clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying
drawings in the embodiments of the application. It is obvious that described
embodiments are only part of rather than all of the embodiments of the
application. Based on the embodiments in the application, all other embodiments
obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative labor fall within
the protection scope of the application.
Please refer to Figures 1-4, the application discloses a vertical feed mixer
for beef cattle breeding, comprising a body 1 and a placement box 2; the
placement box 2 is provided above the body 1; a driving motor 3 and a charging
hopper 4 are successively fixedly provided at a top of the placement box 2; a
driving wheel 31 positioned within the placement box 2 is fixedly provided at an
output shaft of the driving motor 3; a driven wheel 33 is drive-connected to the
driving wheel 31 through a driving belt 32; a rotating shaft 5 is fixedly provided
at a surface of the driven wheel 33; a bottom end of the rotating shaft 5 extends
into the body 1; a post 8 is fixedly provided at a bottom of the placement box 2
on one side of the body 1; a heating box 9 is fixedly provided on one side of the
post 8 away from the body 1; a discharging box 12 positioned directly under the
body 1 is fixedly provided at a bottom of the post 8.
A bottom of the charging hopper 4 passes through the placement box 2 and
extends into the body 1; two sides of the rotating shaft 5 positioned in the body 1
are both movably provided with mixing rods 6 through connecting members 61;
a mixing holder 7 positioned within the body 1 is fixedly provided at a bottom end of the rotating shaft 5; an air extractor 91 is fixedly provided on one side of an inner wall of the heating box 9; a heating wire 93 is fixedly provided within the heating box 9 on one side of the air extractor 91; a discharging hopper 10 is fixedly provided at the bottom of the body 1, and a bottom of the discharging hopper 10 extends into the discharging box 12; a servo motor 121 is fixedly provided within the discharging box 12; a discharging roller 122 positioned within the discharging box 12 is fixedly provided at an output shaft of the servo motor 121; and a discharging pipe 123 is fixedly provided at one side of the discharging box 12.
Specifically, a surface of the connecting member 61 is connected with the
mixing rod 6 through bolts and threads.

discharging hopper 10; a cavity is provided within the two placement plates 11;
electric push rods 111 are fixedly provided on one side of an inner wall of the
cavity; both output ends of the two electric push rods 111 pass through the
placement plates 11 and extend into the discharging hopper 10, and are fixedly
provided with baffles 112; opposite surfaces of the two baffles 112 are movably
overlapped; and the baffles 112 are movably provided within the discharging
hopper 10.
In the embodiment, the electric push rods 111 and the baffles 112 are
arranged to facilitate enabling the electric push rods 111 in the using process, so
as to drive the baffles 112 to move and thus to facilitate collecting mixed feeds
from the discharging pipe 123 into the discharging box 12 in time.
Specifically, a filter screen 94 is provided on one side of the heating box 9
close to the body 1;a through hole I92 is opened on one side of the inner wall of
the heating box 9; and a via is provided on one side of the body 1 close to the
heating box 9.
In the embodiment, in the mixing process, enabling the air extractor 91 and
the heating wire 93 within the heating box 9 and using the filter screen 94 in a
cooperating manner facilitate heating the feeds in time while mixing the feeds.
The working principle and the using process of the application are as
follows: when it is used, the feeds to be mixed enter the body from the charging
hopper; the driving motor 3 is enabled, and the driving wheel 31, the driving belt
32, and the driven wheel 33 are rotated by the driving of the driving motor 3,
thereby driving the mixing rod 6 and the mixing holder 7 to rotate, so as to mix
the feeds within the body 1; in the mixing process, enabling the air extractor 91
and the heating wire 93 within the heating box 9 and using the filter screen 94 in
a cooperating manner facilitate heating the feeds in time while mixing the feeds;
the uniformly mixed feeds enter the discharging box 12 from the discharging
pipe 10; the servo motor 121 is enabled; the servo motor 121 is utilized to drive
the discharging roller 122 to move, so as to facilitate discharging the uniformly
mixed feeds from the discharging pipe 123 in time.
In summary, in the vertical feed mixer for beef cattle breeding, by
providing the driving motor 3 and using the rotating shaft 5, the mixing rod 6,
and the mixing holder 7 in a cooperating manner, the driving wheel 31, the
driving belt 32, and the driven wheel 33 are rotated by the driving of the driving
motor 3, which in turn drives the mixing rod 6 and the mixing holder 7 to rotate, thereby mixing feeds within the body 1. This further improves the uniformity of the feeds during mixing, such that the processing quality of the feeds is ensured, and thus the processing efficiency of the vertical feed mixer for beef cattle breeding is further improved. By providing the heating box 9 and using the air extractor 91, the heating wire 93, and the filter screen 94 in a cooperating manner, it is convenient to heat the feeds in time while mixing the feeds, so as to achieve the oven-drying effect. The processing quality of feeds is improved. The arrangement of the discharging box 12, the servo motor 121, and the discharging roller 122 facilitates timely discharging of uniformly mixed feeds, ensuring the using effect of the feed mixer.

Claims (5)

1. A vertical feed mixer for beef cattle breeding, comprising a body (1)
and a placement box (2), wherein the placement box (2) is provided above the
body (1); a driving motor (3) and a charging hopper (4) are successively fixedly
provided at a top of the placement box (2); a driving wheel (31) positioned
within the placement box (2) is fixedly provided at an output shaft of the driving
motor (3); a driven wheel (33) is drive-connected to the driving wheel (31)
through a driving belt (32); a rotating shaft (5) is fixedly provided at a surface of
the driven wheel (33); a bottom end of the rotating shaft (5) extends into the
body (1); a post (8) is fixedly provided at a bottom of the placement box (2) on
one side of the body (1); a heating box (9) is fixedly provided on one side of the
post (8) away from the body (1); a discharging box (12) positioned directly
under the body (1) is fixedly provided at a bottom of the post (8);
a bottom of the charging hopper (4) passes through the placement box (2)
and extends into the body (1); two sides of the rotating shaft (5) positioned in
the body (1) are both movably provided with mixing rods (6) through
connecting members (61); a mixing holder (7) positioned within the body (1) is
fixedly provided at a bottom end of the rotating shaft (5); an air extractor (91) is
fixedly provided on one side of an inner wall of the heating box (9); a heating
wire (93) is fixedly provided within the heating box (9) on one side of the air
extractor (91); a discharging hopper (10) is fixedly provided at the bottom of the
body (1), and a bottom of the discharging hopper (10) extends into the
discharging box (12); a servo motor (121) is fixedly provided within the
discharging box (12); and a discharging roller (122) positioned within the discharging box (12) is fixedly provided at an output shaft of the servo motor
(121).
2. The vertical feed mixer for beef cattle breeding according to claim 1,
wherein a surface of the connecting member (61) is connected with the mixing
rod (6) through bolts and threads.
3. The vertical feed mixer for beef cattle breeding according to claim 1,
wherein placement plates (11) are fixedly provided on both sides of the
discharging hopper (10); a cavity is provided within the two placement plates
(11); electric push rods (111) are fixedly provided on one side of an inner wall of
the cavity; and both output ends of the two electric push rods (111) pass through
the placement plates (11) and extend into the discharging hopper (10), and are
fixedly provided with baffles (112).
4. The vertical feed mixer for beef cattle breeding according to claim 3,
wherein opposite surfaces of the two baffles (112) are movably overlapped; and
the baffles (112) are movably provided within the discharging hopper (10).
5. The vertical feed mixer for beef cattle breeding according to claim 1,
wherein a discharging pipe (123) is fixedly provided on one side of the
discharging box (12);
wherein a filter screen (94) is provided on one side of the heating box (9)
close to the body (1), a through hole 1 (92) is opened on one side of the inner
wall of the heating box (9); and a via is provided on one side of the body (1)
close to the heating box (9).
