Background: The four-jaw chuck is generally used to clamp the transmission when turning the inner hole of the transmission on a lathe. When clamping, the four-jaw chuck is easy to deform the transmission and affect the later machining accuracy of the transmission.

According to the technical proposal adopted by the invention, a transmission inner hole tooling comprises a mounting plate, a counterweight, a supporting block, a positioning rod, a supporting rod, a pressing plate and a pressing block, wherein the counterweight and the supporting block are fixedly connected to one end face of the mounting plate, the positioning rod is rotatably connected to the supporting block, and the supporting rod is fixedly connected to the supporting block. Further, the end of the pressing plate is provided with a clamping groove, and the positioning rod is clamped in the clamping groove. Further, the pressing block is provided with a V-shaped positioning groove. Detailed Description: of the Embodiments: The present invention will be further explained with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in the Figure 1, the transmission inner hole tooling of the present invention comprises a mounting plate 1, a counterweight 2, a supporting block 3, a positioning rod 4, a supporting rod 5, a pressing plate 6 and a pressing block 7, wherein both counterweight 2 and the supporting block 3 are fixedly connected to one end face of the mounting plate 1, bottom end of the positioning rod 4 is rotatably connected to the supporting block 3. One end of the pressing plate 6 is hinged to the top end of the supporting rod 5, and the other end is clamped to the positioning rod 4. Top end of the positioning rod 4 is screwed with a nut, which locks the pressing plate 6 to the positioning rod 4, and the pressing block 7 is fixed on the pressing plate 6.
Specifications A clamping groove 61 is formed at the end of the pressing plate 6, and the positioning rod 4 is clamped in the clamping groove 61. A V-shaped positioning groove 71 is provided on the pressing block 7. The V-shaped positioning groove 71 can better fit the box wall of the transmission and compress the transmission. The supporting block 3 has a right-angle structure, the vertical edge of which is fixedly connected to the mounting plate 1, and the horizontal edge of the supporting block 3 is provided with a hinging block 31, and the top end of the positioning rod 4 is hinged to the hinging block 31 by bolts. To fix the supporting rod 5 on the supporting block 3, bottom end of the supporting rod 5 is provided with a connecting threaded part which penetrates via the horizontal side of the supporting block 3, and two nuts are screwed on the connecting threaded part, which are respectively located at the upper and lower ends of the horizontal side, and the two nuts fasten the supporting rod 5 on the supporting block 3. The supporting rod 5 is locked and fixed by a nut, and the height of the supporting rod on the supporting block may be adjusted by loosening the nut. When in use, the mounting plate 1 is clamped on the four-jaw chuck of the lathe, and the transmission is fixed on the supporting block 3 by the pressing block 7. The counterweight 2 can balance the center of gravity and avoid the damage of the machined workpiece caused by the deviation of the center of gravity. The aforesaid is only the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it shall be expressed that for ordinary technicians in the technical field, some improvements may be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these improvements shall also be deemed as the protection scope of the present invention.

1.The transmission inner hole tooling is characterized by comprising a mounting plate (1), a counterweight block (2), a supporting block (3), a positioning rod (4), a supporting rod (5), a pressing plate (6) and a pressing block (7), wherein the counterweight block (2) and the supporting block (3) are fixedly connected with the mounting plate (1). One end of the pressing plate (6) is hinged to the top of the supporting rod (5), and the other end is clamped on the positioning rod (4). The top of the positioning rod (4) is screwed with a nut, which locks the pressing plate (6) to the positioning rod (4), and the pressing block (7) is fixed on the pressing plate (6).
2.The transmission inner hole tooling according to the claim 1 is characterized in that a clamping groove is arranged at the end of the pressing plate (6), and the positioning rod (4) is clamped in the clamping groove (61) (61).
