Abstract

The present invention relates to a ruler capable of drawing lines, and belongs to the stationery technical field. The present invention provides a lineation device including a ruler plate and a lineation device set separately, the ruler plate having several hollow grooves parallel to a length thereof; the lineation device including a lineation pen holder which has several lineation pens, the number and arrangement of the lineation pens fitting in the hollow grooves and the pen nibs of the lineation pens being able to pass through the hollow grooves. The present invention is able to use a lineation device set separately to perform lineation on a hollow ruler plate conveniently and efficiently, which is efficient and convenient for using. Meanwhile, it is possible to perform lineation with ink, lineation with traces only or lineation with ink traces that can disappear by cooperation with different nibs. Technical Field

The present invention relates to a ruler capable of drawing lines, and belongs to the

stationery technical field.

Background

Grids can only be drawn line by line along an edge of a ruler with the existing ruler, while

for some situations where a multi-line grid needs to be drawn, the efficiency is low. For

example, when writing articles on a board or white paper or taking an exam, it is easy to write

crookedly and untidily if a multi-line grid is not drawn. The same is true of drawing five-line

staves or English grids. However, there is no convenient lineation ruler available in the prior art.

Although the Chinese patent Lineation Ruler for English Teaching with application No.

2017110020908 discloses a lineation ruler, it is used for drawing lines on blackboard and its

structure is complex.

Summary

In order to overcome the disadvantages of the above existing technologies, the present

invention provides a lineation ruler including a ruler plate and a lineation device set separately,

which is convenient for performing multi-line lineation with high efficiency and simple

structure.

The present invention is implemented through the following technical solution: a lineation

ruler including a ruler plate and a lineation device set separately, the ruler plate having several

hollow grooves parallel to a length thereof; and the lineation device including a lineation pen

holder which has several lineation pens, the number and arrangement of the lineation pens

fitting in the hollow grooves, and pen nibs of the lineation pens being able to pass through the hollow grooves.

The lineation device further has a handle.

The lineation pens are fixed on the lineation pen holder.

The lineation pens are mounted on the lineation pen holder movably.

The lineation pen holder has several lineation pen mounting holes, the lineation pen

mounting holes are clamping holes, and ends of the lineation pens are clamped on the lineation

pen mounting holes.

The lineation pen holder has several lineation pen mounting holes, the lineation pen

mounting holes are threaded holes, and the ends of the lineation pens are connected with the

o lineation pen mounting holes in a screw type.

The lineation pen holder is a detachable box body.

The lineation pen holder further has a pen cap covering all the lineation pens, and an end

of the lineation pen holders has a pen cap step fitting in the pen cap.

The lineation pen has a cartridge therein which is filled with ink that can automatically

disappear.

The lineation pen has no cartridge therein, and the pen tip is disposed as a smooth tip

capable of drawing traces on a paper surface.

The present invention has following advantageous effects: the present invention is able to

use a lineation device set separately to draw lines on a hollow ruler plate conveniently and

efficiently, which is efficient and convenient for using. Meanwhile, it is possible to perform

lineation with ink, lineation with traces only or lineation with ink traces that can disappear by

cooperation with different pen nibs. The present invention can be applied to different situations

and convenient for promotion and implementation.

Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of them. A lineation ruler as shown in FIG. 1, includes a ruler plate 1 and a lineation device 3 set separately, the ruler plate 1 has several hollow grooves 2 parallel to a length thereof; the lineation device 3 includes lineation pen holder 3-1 which has several lineation pens 3-2, the number and arrangement of the lineation pens 3-2 fit in the hollow grooves 2, and pen nibs

3-2-1 of the lineation pens 3-2 can pass through the hollow grooves 2.

The lineation device 3 further has a handle 3-3.

The lineation pen 3-2 can be fixed on the lineation pen holder 3-1.

The lineation pen 3-2 is mounted on the lineation pen holder 3-1 movably.

The lineation pen holder 3-1 has several lineation pen mounting holes 3-1-1, the lineation

pen mounting holes 3-1-1 are clamping holes, and ends 3-2-2 of the lineation pens are clamped

on the lineation pen mounting holes 3-1-1.

The lineation pen holder 3-1 has several lineation pen mounting holes 3-1-1, the lineation

pen mounting holes 3-1-1 are threaded holes, and the ends 3-2-2 of the lineation pens are

connected with the lineation mounting holes 3-1-1 in a screw type.

The lineation pen holder 3-1 is a detachable box body.

The lineation pen holder 3-1 has pen cap 3-4 covering all the lineation pens 3-2, and an

The lineation pen 3-2 has a cartridge therein which is filled with ink that can automatically

disappear. For instance, grids will disappear leaving only neat handwriting after writing an

essay or answering an exam.

The lineation pen 3-2 has no cartridge therein, and a pen tip is disposed as a smooth tip

capable of drawing traces on a paper surface. Only the traces are left without ink.

When it is used, the pen nib 3-2-1 is inserted into the hollow groove 2, the lineation device

3 moves along the hollow groove 2 to perform lineation, and multiple evenly spaced lines can

be drawn at the same time. When it is not used, the lineation device 3 can be put away and

covered with the pen cap 3-4 for storage. The pen nibs can be removed and replaced, and the

cartridges can be replaced. It is possible to perform lineation with ink, lineation with traces only

or lineation with ink traces that can disappear by cooperation with different nibs, and the nib can be pencil, pen, ballpoint pen, ink pen, chalk, crayon and marking pen, etc., and can also be hard pen nib without ink leaving only traces. The lineation device can be applied to different situations and convenient for promotion and implementation.

Claims What is claimed is:

1. A lineation ruler, characterized in comprising a ruler plate (1) and a lineation device (3) set separately, the ruler plate (1) having several hollow grooves (2) parallel to a length thereof; the lineation device (3) comprising a lineation pen holder (3-1) which has several lineation pens (3-2), the number and arrangement of the lineation pens (3-2) fitting in the hollow grooves (2), and pen nibs (3-2-1) of the lineation pens (3-2) being able to pass through the hollow grooves (2).

2. The lineation ruler according to claim 1, characterized in that the lineation device (3) further has a handle (3-3).

3. The lineation ruler according to claim 1, characterized in that the lineation pens (3-2) are fixed on the lineation pen holder (3-1).

4. The lineation ruler according to claim 1, characterized in that the lineation pens (3-2) are mounted on the lineation pen holder (3-1) movably.

The lineation ruler according to claim 4, characterized in that the lineation pen holder (3-1) has several lineation pen mounting holes (3-1-1), the lineation mounting holes (3-1-1) are clamping holes, and ends (3-2-2) of the lineation pens are clamped on the lineation pen mounting holes (3-1-1).

The lineation ruler according to claim 4, characterized in that the lineation pen holder (3-1) has several lineation pen mounting holes (3-1-1), the lineation pen mounting holes (3-1-1) are threaded holes, and the ends (3-2-2) of the lineation pens are connect with the lineation pen mounting holes (3-1-1) in a screw type.

7. The lineation ruler according to claim 1, characterized in that the lineation pen holder (3-1) is

a detachable box body.

8. The lineation ruler according to claim 1 or 7, characterized in that the lineation pen holder

(3-1) further has a pen cap (3-4) covering all the lineation pens (3-2), and an end of the

lineation pen holder (3-1) is provided with a pen cap step (3-1-2) fitting in the pen cap (3-4).

9. The lineation ruler according to claim 1, characterized in that the lineation pen (3-2) has a

cartridge therein which is filled with ink that can automatically disappear.

10. The lineation ruler according to claim 1, characterized in that the lineation pen (3-2) has no

cartridge therein, and the pen tip is disposed as a smooth tip capable of drawing traces on a

paper surface.
