Description

[DESCRIPTION] [Title of Invention] PACKING CONTAINER AND SHEET MATERIAL FOR PACKING CONTAINER [Technical Field] [0001]
The present invention relates to a packing container and a sheet material for packing container. [Background Art] [0002]
Conventionally, in the case of packing a panel member, such as a decorative panel of a ceiling-embedded air conditioner, by a packing container, the panel member that is an item to be packed is generally packed by a combination of a tray-like lower box and an upper lid placed on the lower box. [Citation List] [Patent Literature] [0003] [PTL 1] Japanese Unexamined Patent Application, Publication No. 2003-246317 [Summary of Invention] [Technical Problem] [0004]
In the case where a design surface side of a decorative panel of a ceiling-embedded air conditioner is not merely a flat plate surface, and an inclined surface is formed from a
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 central portion toward each side, when the decorative panel is stored in a packing container, a gap is formed between the container inner surface and the design surface of the decorative panel. Therefore, in order to prevent inclining and positional misalignment of the decorative panel in the packing box, or prevent deformation of packing materials when a plurality of packing containers each storing an item to be packed are loaded, a buffer material such as styrene foam is placed between the container inner surface and the design surface of the decorative panel.
[0005]
In this case, since a buffer material such as styrene foam is needed other than a plate material such as cardboard composing a packaging container, there are disadvantages that materials to be used are increased, and the number of steps of packing an item to be packed is increased. In the above PTL 1, it is disclosed the invention for eliminating separation of a cardboard box and filling in the case of discarding a packing material, by forming filling different from the cardboard box by corrugated paper.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide a packing container and a sheet material for packing container, capable of reliably fixing an item to be packed,
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 the item to be packed being formed with an inclined surface from a central portion toward each side, and capable of preventing deformation during loading, while reducing the number of parts and materials to be used.
[Solution to Problem] [0007]
A packing container according to a first aspect of the present invention comprises: a bottom surface portion;
a first inclined surface portion connected to the bottom surface portion through a first fold line, and placed to be inclined with respect to the bottom surface portion; and a first side surface portion connected to the first inclined surface portion through a second fold line parallel to the first fold line, the packing container comprising:
a first cut formed vertical to an end of the first fold line and the second fold line, and formed to connect the end of the first fold line and an end of the second fold line, separate the bottom surface portion and the first inclined surface portion, and separate the first side surface portion and the first inclined surface portion; and a second cut formed parallel to the first fold line and the second fold line, and formed to connect an end of the first side surface portion or an end of the bottom surface portion and a middle portion of the first cut, and separate the bottom surface portion and the first side surface portion
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 wherein the first inclined surface portion and the first side surface portion are provided on at least a pair of facing two sides of the bottom surface portion. [0008]
According to this configuration, the first inclined surface portion is connected to the bottom surface portion through the first fold line, is connected to the first side surface portion through the second fold line, and is placed to be inclined with respect to the bottom surface portion. The first cut is formed to connect the end of the first fold line and the end of the second fold line, separates the bottom surface portion and the first inclined surface portion, and separates the first side surface portion and the first inclined surface portion. The second cut is formed to connect the end of the first side surface portion or the end of the bottom surface portion and the middle portion of the first cut, and separates the bottom surface portion and the first side surface portion. The first inclined surface portion is not formed between the end of the first side surface portion or the end of the bottom surface portion and the middle portion of the first cut by the second cut, so that the first side surface portion is upright with respect to the bottom surface portion. The first inclined surface portion is foldable with respect to the bottom surface portion on the
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 first fold line by the first cut, so that the first inclined surface portion is inclined with respect to the bottom surface portion. The first inclined surface portion is foldable with respect to the first side surface portion on the second fold line by the first cut, so that the first inclined surface portion is inclined with respect to the first side surface portion .
In the state in which the first side surface portion is upright with respect to the bottom surface portion, a portion where the first side surface portion and the first inclined surface portion are separated in the first cut is equivalent to the height of the first inclined surface portion. [0009]
In the above first aspect, the packing container may further include a second side surface portion connected to the bottom surface portion through a third fold line, and adjacent to the first side surface portion, and may include: a main body part formed of a sheet material, having the bottom surface portion, the first side surface portion, the first inclined surface portion and the second side surface portion; and a spacer formed of a different sheet material from the main body part, having a height substantially equal to an internal measurement of the second side surface portion, and placed along an inner surface of the second side surface portion which is in an upright state with respect to the
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 bottom surface portion. [0010]
According to this configuration, in the packing container, the main body part is formed of a sheet material including the bottom surface portion, the first side surface portion, the first inclined surface portion and the second side surface portion, and the spacer is further provided separately from the main body part. The spacer is formed of the sheet material, and has the height substantially equal to the internal measurement of the second side surface portion. Consequently, in a state in which the second side surface portion of the main body part is upright with respect to the bottom surface portion, the spacer is placed along the inner surface of the second side surface portion, so that it is possible to support a load in the height direction of the main body part, thereby improving the strength of the packing container .
[0011]
In the above first aspect, the spacer may include: a first reinforcing portion placed along the inner surface of the second side surface portion; a second reinforcing portion connected to the first reinforcing portion through a fourth fold line parallel to a height direction of the spacer, and placed along an inner surface of the first side surface portion; and a second inclined surface portion connected to
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 the first reinforcing portion through a fifth fold line parallel to a horizontal direction, and placed to be inclined with respect to the bottom surface portion, and may have two third cuts formed parallel to the height direction of the spacer, and formed to separate the first reinforcing portion and the second inclined surface portion at an end of the first reinforcing portion.
[0012]
According to this configuration, in the spacer having the first reinforcing portion and the second reinforcing portion, the first reinforcing portion is placed along the second side surface portion, and the second reinforcing portion is connected to the first reinforcing portion through the fourth fold line. The second inclined surface portion is connected to the first reinforcing portion through the fifth fold line, and is placed to be inclined with respect to the bottom surface portion. The first reinforcing portion and the second reinforcing portion are foldable on the fourth fold line, and the spacer has an L-shape. The two third cuts are formed parallel to the height direction of the spacer at the end of the first reinforcing portion, and separates the first reinforcing portion and the second inclined surface portion. The second inclined surface portion is foldable with respect to the first reinforcing portion on the fifth fold line by the third cuts, so that the second inclined surface portion is
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 inclined with respect to the bottom surface portion.
In a state in which the first reinforcing portion of the spacer is upright with respect to the bottom surface portion, a cut portion of each third cut is equivalent to the height of the second inclined surface portion. [0013]
In the above first aspect, the packing container may further include a connection portion connected to the second side surface portion through a sixth fold line, and placed along the inner surface of the first side surface portion which is in an upright state with respect to the bottom surface portion. [0014]
According to this configuration, the connection portion is connected to the second side surface portion through the sixth fold line, and the connection portion is foldable with respect to the second side surface portion on the third fold line, and the second side surface portion and the connection portion have an L-shape. In a state in which the second side surface portion is upright with respect to the bottom surface portion, the connection portion is placed along the inner surface of the first side surface portion, so that the first side surface portion and the connection portion can be connected.

[Description of Embodiment] [0018]
Hereinafter, a packing container 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The packing container 1 according to the present embodiment is formed of a sheet material (plate material), and is for storing a panel member 60 such as a decorative panel of a ceiling-embedded air conditioner as shown, for example, in FIG. 12. The panel member 60 is, for example, quadrangular in shape in a plan view, and has a shape with a lower height relative to the width and depth of a plate surface of the panel member 60. In the case where the packing container 1 according to this embodiment has an inclined surface formed
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 from a central portion toward each side in a plate surface on a design surface side of the panel member 60, the panel member 60 can be suitably packed by the sheet material without using a buffer material such as styrene foam other than a plate material such as cardboard.
Here, the sheet material is also called a blank, and is a flat cardboard made of paper. The sheet material is folded along fold lines and assembled into the box-like packing container 1. The sheet material is not limited to cardboard made of paper, and may be plastic cardboard or thick paper other than cardboard as long as suitable for packing. [0019]
As shown in FIG. 3, the packing container 1 includes: a main body part 2 including a bottom surface portion 5, first side surface portions 6, second side surface portions 7 and a first inclined surface portion 8; spacers 3 placed along the inner surfaces of the first side surface portions 6 and the second side surface portions 7 of the main body part 2; and a lid part 4 that covers the main body part 2. When the panel member 60 is stored in the main body part 2, the lid part 4 covers the stored panel member 60. [0020]
As shown in FIG. 1, the main body part 2 is a container which is formed by assembling one blank sheet and has a shape of a relatively shallow tray when assembled, and further has
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 flaps 9 that can further cover four sides of the lid part 4 from the upper surface of the lid part 4.
[0021]
The bottom surface portion 5 of the main body part 2 has a shape conforming to the planar shape of the panel member 60 to be stored, and, for example, when the panel member 60 has a square shape, the bottom surface portion 5 also has a square shape. When the bottom surface portion 5 has a quadrangular shape, the first side surface portions 6 and the first inclined surface portions 8 are provided on a pair of two sides facing each other among the four sides of the bottom surface portion 5. Moreover, the second side surface portions are provided on another pair of two sides facing each other among the four sides of the bottom surface portion 5.
[0022]
The first inclined surface portion 8 is provided continuously to the bottom surface portion 5 through a first fold line 11 at a middle portion of one side of the bottom surface portion 5. The first inclined surface portion 8 is placed to be inclined with respect to the bottom surface portion 5 when assembled. The first inclined surface portion has a rectangular shape, and the longitudinal direction is parallel to the one side of the bottom surface portion 5 provided with the first inclined surface portion 8. The length in the longitudinal direction of the first inclined
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 surface portion 8 is shorter than the length of the one side of the bottom surface portion 5 provided with the first inclined surface portion 8 (length from one corner to another corner).
[0023]
The first side surface portion 6 is provided continuously to the first inclined surface portion 8 through a second fold line 12. The first side surface portion 6 is placed vertically to the bottom surface portion 5 when assembled. The first side surface portion 6 has a substantially rectangular shape, and the longitudinal direction is parallel to one side of the bottom surface portion 5 located adjacent to the first side surface portion 6. The longitudinal direction of the first side surface portion 6 has a length equal to one side of the bottom surface portion 5 located adjacent to the first side surface portion 6. [0024]
On the bottom surface portion 5, the first fold line 11 is formed on a side close to the center of the bottom surface portion 5 with respect to a contact line of the bottom surface portion 5 and a first side surface portion 6. The first fold line 11 is provided parallel to the one side of the bottom surface portion 5 on the middle portion of the one side of the bottom surface portion 5.
[0025]
2020100313 04 Mar 2020
On the first side surface portion 6, a second fold line 12 is formed on a side close to the center of the first side surface portion 6 with respect to a contact line of the bottom surface portion 5 and the first side surface portion 6. The second fold line 12 is parallel to the first fold line 11, and has the same length as the first fold line 11, for example. [0026]
A first cut 13 is formed, for example, vertically to the first fold line 11 and the second fold line 12, and is formed on a virtual line connecting an end portion of the first fold line 11 and an end portion of the second fold line 12. By formation of the first cut 13, the bottom surface portion 5 and the first inclined surface portion 8 are separated, and the first side surface portion 6 and the first inclined surface portion 8 are separated. [0027]
A second cut 14 is formed along the one side of the bottom surface portion 5 and one side of the first side surface portion 6, and is formed on a virtual line connecting a corner of the bottom surface portion 5, that is, a corner of the first side surface portion 6 and a middle portion of the first cut 13. The second cut 14 is parallel to the first fold line 11 or the second fold line 12. By formation of the second cut 14, the bottom surface portion 5 and the first side surface portion 6 are separated.
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 [0028]
In an assembled state, the first inclined surface portion 8 is not formed between the corner of the first side surface portion 6 or the corner of the bottom surface portion 5 and the middle portion of the first cut 13 by the second cut 14, and the first side surface portion 6 is separated from the bottom surface portion 5, and stands vertically to the bottom surface portion 5. The bottom surface portion 5 and the first inclined surface portion 8 are separated by the first cut 13, and therefore the first inclined surface portion 8 is foldable with respect to the bottom surface portion 5 on the first fold line 11, and the first inclined surface portion 8 is inclined with respect to the bottom surface portion 5. The first side surface portion 6 and the first inclined surface portion 8 are separated by the first cut 13, and therefore the first inclined surface portion 8 is foldable with respect to the first side surface portion 6 on the second fold line 12, and the first inclined surface portion 8 is inclined with respect to the first side surface portion 6. [0029]
In a state in which the first side surface portion 6 stands vertically to the bottom surface portion 5, a portion where the first side surface portion 6 and the first inclined surface portion 8 are separated in the first cut 13 is equivalent to the height of the first inclined surface portion
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 .
[0030]
The second side surface portion 7 is provided continuously to the bottom surface portion 5 through a third fold line 15. The second side surface portion 7 is placed vertically to the bottom surface portion 5 when assembled. The second side surface portion 7 has a substantially rectangular shape, and the longitudinal direction is parallel to one side of the bottom surface portion 5 provided continuously to the second side surface portion 7. The longitudinal direction of the second side surface portion 7 has a length equal to one side of the bottom surface portion 5 provided continuously to the second side surface portion 7. [0031]
A connection portion 16 has, for example, a rectangular shape, and is connected to the second side surface portion 7 through a sixth fold line 17. The first side surface portion 6 and the connection portion 16 are separated by a cut 18 formed on an extended line of the third fold line 15. The connection portion 16 is placed along the inner surface of the first side surface portion 6 which is in an upright state with respect to the bottom surface portion 5. [0032]
The connection portion 16 has an inside plate 16A and an outside plate 16B. The inside plate 16A and the outside plate
2020100313 04 Mar 2020
16B are connected to each other through a fold line 19. The inside plate 16A is connected to the second side surface portion 7 through the sixth fold line 17. Hence, when the connection portion 16 is placed along the inner surface of the first side surface portion 6, the inside plate 16A is located on the inside, and the outside plate 16B which is folded outward on the fold line 19 is located on the outside. As a result, the connection portion 16 has a double-plate structure with a stack of the inside plate 16A and the outside plate 16B.
[0033]
According to this configuration, the connection portion 16 is connected to second side surface portion 7 through the sixth fold line 17, the connection portion 16 is foldable with respect to the second side surface portion 7 on the sixth fold line 17, and the second side surface portion 7 and the connection portion 16 have an L shape. By placing the connection portion 16 along the inner surface of the first side surface portion 6 in a state in which the second side surface portion 7 stands on the bottom surface portion 5, it is possible to support a load in the height direction of the main body part 2, thereby improving the strength of the packing container 1.
[0034]
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 connection portion 16 has a double-plate structure with the inside plate 16A and the outside plate 16B is described, but the present embodiment is not limited to this example, and it is possible to have a single plate structure without a foldedback part, or a structure with a stack of three or more plates .
[0035]
In the first side surface portion 6, a strip portion 20 having a long strip shape in one direction is formed. As shown in FIG. 2, in the strip portion 20, a base end 20a is connected to a plate surface of the first side surface portion 6, and a tip 20b side can be separated from the first side surface portion 6. The strip portion 20 extends parallel to the longitudinal direction of the first side surface portion 6.
[0036]
Formed on the inside of the plate surface of the first side surface portion 6 is a cut 21 through which the strip portion 20 except the base end 20a is pulled. With the cut 21, the strip portion 20 is formed so that the base end 20a is connected to the first side surface portion 6 and the tip 20b side is in a cantilevered state with respect to the first side surface portion 6. [0037]
As shown in FIG. 2, opening portions 22A and 22B, which
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 allow insertion of the tip 20b of the strip portion 20, are formed in the plate surfaces of the inside plate 16A and the outside plate 16B, respectively, of the connection portion 16. The two opening portions 22A and 22B of the inside plate 16A and the outside plate 16B are formed to coincide with each other in a state in which the inside plate 16A and the outside plate 16B are stacked. The first side surface portion 6 and the connection portion 16 are fixed by engagement of the strip portion 20 and the opening portions 22A, 22B.
[0038]
Cutout portions 23A and 23B, each having a recessed shape in the central portion in the height direction, are formed in an end portion of each of the inside plate 16A and the outside plate 16B of the connection portion 16. As shown in FIG. 10, the base end 20a side of the strip portion 20 can be engaged with the cutout portions 23A, 23B. Thus, since the base end 20a side of the strip portion 20 is engaged with the cutout portions 23A, 23B, positional misalignment between the strip portion 20 and the connection portion 16 is less likely to occur, and the first side surface portion 6 and the connection portion 16 are more firmly fixed to each other.
[0039]
When forming a corner of the packing container 1 by the bottom surface portion 5, the first side surface portion 6 and the second side surface portion 7, the base end 20a side of
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 the strip portion 20 is placed on the inner surface side of the connection portion 16, and, as shown in FIGS. 8, 9 and 11, the tip 20b of the strip portion 20 is inserted into the opening portions 22A, 22B from the inner surface side to the outer surface side of the connection portion 16.
Consequently, the strip portion 20 and the opening portions 22A, 22B are engaged. In this state, the connection portion 16 is sandwiched between the strip portion 20 and the first side surface portion 6, and the first side surface portion 6 and the connection portion 16 are fixed to each other. [0040]
It is desirable to set the length of the strip portion 20 so that the tip 20b of the strip portion 20 does not protrude from the outer surface of the first side surface portion 6 when the tip 20b of the strip portion 20 is inserted into the opening portions 22A, 22B from the inner surface side to the outer surface of the connection portion 16. Accordingly, in the packing container 1, since there is no member protruding from the outer surface of the first side surface portion 6, the packing container 1 has no portion to be caught and is easily transported, and can be placed without a gap on the wall surface of a container or the like which is in contact with the outer peripheral surface side of the first side surface portion 6.
[0041]
2020100313 04 Mar 2020
As shown in FIG. 3, when assembled, the spacer 3 has a substantially a square-bracket shape in a plan view and is placed along the inner surfaces of the first side surface portion 6 and the second side surface portion 7 of the main body part 2. The spacer 3 is a plate-like member, and has a height substantially equal to an internal measurement of the second side surface portion 7. In a state in which the second side surface portion 7 of the main body part 2 stands on the bottom surface portion 5, when the spacers 3 are placed along the inner surfaces of the first side surface portions 6 and the second side surface portions 7, it is possible to support a load in the height direction of the main body part 2, thereby improving the strength of the packing container 1. [0042]
The spacer 3 is formed by assembling one blank sheet different from the blank of the main body part 2. The spacer 3 has a first reinforcing portion 31, second reinforcing portions 32 and a second inclined surface portion 33.
The first reinforcing portion 31 has a substantially rectangular shape, and is placed along the inner surface of the second side surface portion 7. The second reinforcing portions 32 have a substantially rectangular shape, and are connected to both ends of the first reinforcing portion 31 through the fourth fold lines 35 parallel to the height direction of the spacer 3.
2020100313 04 Mar 2020
The second reinforcing portion 32 is placed along the inner surface of the first side surface portion 6.
The second inclined surface portion 33 is connected to the first reinforcing portion 31 through a fifth fold line 36 parallel to the horizontal direction. When the second inclined surface portion 33 is placed on the main body part 2, the second inclined surface portion 33 is placed to be inclined with respect to the bottom surface portion 5. [0043]
On a plate surface of the first reinforcing portion 31, two third cuts are formed parallel to the height direction of the spacer 3 such that the first reinforcing portion 31 and the second inclined surface portion 33 are separated. Consequently, the second inclined surface portion 33 is foldable with respect to the first reinforcing portion 31 on the fifth fold line 36, and the second inclined surface portion 33 is inclined with respect to the bottom surface portion 5.
[0044]
In a state in which the spacer 3 is placed on the main body part 2, cut portions of the third cuts are equivalent to the height of the second inclined surface portion 33 such that the first reinforcing portion 31 of the spacer 3 stands on the bottom surface portion 5.
[0045]
2020100313 04 Mar 2020
In the spacer 3, a second opening portion 37 is formed in a plate surface of the second reinforcing portion 32. The strip portion 20 provided on the inner surface side of the connection portion 16 is placed in the second opening portion 37. When the tip 20b of the strip portion 20 is inserted into the opening portions 22A, 22B of the connection portion 16 from the inner surface side to the outer surface side of the connection portion 16, since the strip portion 20 is placed on the inner surface of the connection portion 16, the tip 20b protrudes more than the inner surface of the connection portion 16. By forming the second opening portion 37 in the second reinforcing portion 32 of the spacer 3 and placing the strip portion 20 in the second opening portion 37, the connection portion 16 and the second reinforcing portion 32 can be closely attached. [0046]
As shown in FIG. 3, the lid part 4 has a shape conforming to the planar shape of the panel member 60 to be packed, and has a shape conforming to the planar shape of the panel member 60 to be stored, and, for example, when the panel member 60 has a square shape, the lid part 4 also has a substantially square shape. [0047]
In order to assemble the packing container 1 from the above-mentioned blank, first, the main body part 2 and the
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 spacers 3 are assembled individually, and the assembled spacers 3 are placed inside the assembled main body part 2. Then, the panel member 60, which is an item to be packed, is placed inside the main body part 2 and the spacers 3. Thereafter, the lid part 4 is placed on the panel member 60, and further the upper surface of the four sides of the lid part 4 is covered with the flaps 9 provided on the main body part 2. Consequently, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, the assembly of the packing container 1 is completed, and the panel member 60 is packed in the packing container 1.
[0048]
Hereinafter, the assembly of the main body part 2 will be described.
First, the first inclined surface portion 8 and the first side surface portion 6 are set upright with respect to the bottom surface portion 5 of the plate-like blank. At this time, the first inclined surface portion 8 is folded inward by the first fold line 11, the first side surface portion 6 is folded inward by the second fold line 12. When the one side of the first side surface portion 6 separated from the bottom surface portion 5 by the second cut 14 is placed on the same plane as the bottom surface portion 5, and the first side surface portion 6 is provided vertically to the bottom surface portion 5, the second fold line 12 is disposed at a higher position than the bottom surface portion 5. The portion where
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 the first side surface portion 6 and the first inclined surface portion 8 are separated in the first cut 13 becomes the height of the second fold line 12, and is equivalent to the height of the first inclined surface portion 8. Consequently, the first inclined surface portion 8 is inclined with respect to the bottom surface portion 5.
[0049]
The second side surface portion 7 is set upright with respect to the bottom surface portion 5 of the plate-like blank. At this time, the second side surface portion 7 is folded inward on the third fold line 15, and the second side surface portion 7 is set vertical to the bottom surface portion 5.
[0050]
Then, the connection portion 16 is folded inward on the sixth fold line 17 so that an angle formed between the connection portion 16 and the second side surface portion 7 is 90°, thereby making an L shape. As a result, in the state in which the second side surface portion 7 stands on the bottom surface portion 5, the connection portion 16 is placed along the inner surface of the first side surface portion 6. When the first side surface portion 6 is provided vertically to the bottom surface portion 5, the one side of the first side surface portion 6 separated from the bottom surface portion 5 by the second cut 14 is separated from the one side of the
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 bottom surface portion 5, so that a gap is formed. The sixth fold line 17 is formed such a position that the connection portion 16 is fitted into this gap, and in a state in which the second side surface portion 7 and the connection portion 16 are assembled, the connection portion 16 is fitted into the gap between the first side surface portion 6 and the bottom surface portion 5, so that the gap is closed.
[0051]
Further, when forming a corner of the packing container 1 by the bottom surface portion 5, the first side surface portion 6 and the second side surface portion 7, the connection portion 16 is placed along the inner surface of the first side surface portion 6. Consequently, the second side surface portion 7 and the connection portion 16 have an L shape. At this time, the inside plate 16A of the connection portion 16 is placed on the inner side, and the outside plate 16B which is folded outward on the fold line 19 is placed on the outer side.
[0052]
Then, the strip portion 20 is pulled through the cut 21 formed on the inner side of the plate surface of the first side surface portion 6 while leaving the base end 20a. Thus, the strip portion 20 is formed so that the base end 20a is connected to the first side surface portion 6 and the tip 20b is in a cantilevered state with respect to the first side
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 surface portion 6. [0053]
In order to engage the strip portion 20 with the opening portions 22A, 22B and connect the first side surface portion 6 and the connection portion 16, first, the base end 20a side of the strip portion 20 is fitted into the cutout portions 23A, 23B formed at the end portion of the connection portion 16. Then, the base end 20a side of the strip portion 20 is placed on the inner surface side of the connection portion 16, and the tip 20b of the strip portion 20 is inserted into the opening portions 22A, 22B from the inner surface side to the outer surface side of the connection portion 16. Consequently, the strip portion 20 and the opening portions 22A, 22B are engaged. In this state, the connection portion 16 is sandwiched between the strip portion 20 and the first side surface portion 6, and the first side surface portion 6 and the connection portion 16 are fixed to each other. [0054]
Hereinafter, assembly of the spacer 3 and placement to the main body part 2 will be described.
The second reinforcing portions 32 connected to the both ends of the first reinforcing portion 31 of the spacer 3 are bent inward by the fourth fold lines 35. Consequently, when the spacer 3 is placed on the main body part 2, an angle formed by the first reinforcing portion 31 and each second
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 reinforcing portion 32 becomes 90°, and the spacer 3 can have an L-shape.
[0055]
The second inclined surface portion 33 is bent inward between the two third cuts by the fifth fold line 36, and the second inclined surface portion 33 is inclined with respect to the first reinforcing portion 31. Consequently, when the spacer 3 is placed on the main body part 2, the first reinforcing portion 31 is placed along an inner surface of the second side surface portion 7, and the second reinforcing portions 32 are placed along an inner surface of the first side surface portions 6. The second inclined surface portion 33 is placed to be inclined with respect to the bottom surface portion 5.
[0056]
Thus, inside the main body part 2, the first inclined surface portions 8 are provided on a pair of two sides facing each other among the four sides of the bottom surface portion 5, and the second inclined surface portions 33 are provided on a pair of other two sides facing each other among the four sides of the bottom surface portion 5. The first inclined surface portions 8 each have an inclination, the height of which increases from the bottom surface portion 5 toward the first side surface portion 6, and the second inclined surface portions 33 each have an inclination, the height of which
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 increases from the bottom surface portion 5 toward the first reinforcing portion 31 and the second side surface portion 7. [0057]
In the case where the design surface side of the panel member 60 such as a decorative panel of a ceiling-embedded air conditioner is not merely a flat plate surface, and the inclined surface is formed toward each side from the central portion, the first inclined surface portions 8 and the second inclined surface portions 33 can prevent inclining and positional misalignment of the panel member 60 in the packing container 1 without separately placing any buffer material. [0058]
Next, the lid part 4, and the flap 9 formed in the main body part 2, which covers the four sides of the lid part 4, will be described.
In the main body part 2 according to this embodiment, the flap 9 is composed of first flaps 9A connected to the first side surface portions 6 through fold portions 24, and second flaps 9B connected to the second side surface portions 7 through fold portions 25. [0059]
When the packing container 1 is assembled, each first flap 9A and each second flap 9B are adjacent. At this time, a side end portion 9A-a of the first flap 9A is formed in the direction inclined (for example, 45°) with respect to the
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 longitudinal direction of the first side surface portion 6 and a side end portion 9B-a of the second flap 9B is formed in the direction inclined (for example, 45°) with respect to the longitudinal direction of the second side surface portion 7 such that the side end portion 9A-a of the first flap 9A and the side end portion 9B-a of the second flap 9B abut each other .
[0060]
The first flap 9A is foldable with respect to the first side surface portion 6 at the fold portion 24, the second flap 9B is foldable with respect to the second side surface portion 7 at the fold portion 25, and the side end portion 9A-a of the first flap 9A and the side end portion 9B-a of the second flap 9B abut each other, and thus a corner of the packing container 1 is formed by the first side surface portion 6, the second side surface portion 7, the first flap 9A and the second flap 9B.
[0061]
A fold portion 26 is formed at the side end portion 9A-a of the first flaps 9A, and a first insertion portion 27 is connected to the first flap 9A through the fold portion 26. A fold portion 28 is formed at the side end portion 9B-a of the second flaps 9B, and a second insertion portion 29 is connected to the second flaps 9B through the fold portion 28. Consequently, the first insertion portion 27 is foldable at
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 the fold portion 26 formed at the side end portion 9A-a of the first flaps 9A, and the second insertion portion 29 is foldable at the fold portion 28 formed at the side end portion 9B-a of the second flaps 9B.
[0062]
An insertion hole 41 is formed in the lid part 4, and the first insertion portion 27 and the second insertion portion 29 are inserted into the insertion hole 41. In this state, the first flap 9A and the second flap 9B are fixed to the lid part 4 . [0063]
An insertion portion 51 is connected to a central portion of a front end portion 9A-b of the first flap 9A. An insertion portion 52 is connected to a central portion of a front end portion 9B-b of the second flaps 9B. An insertion hole 42 is formed in the lid part 4, and each of the insertion portion 51 and the insertion portion 52 is inserted into the insertion hole 42. Consequently, a middle portion of the first flap 9A and a middle portion of the second flap 9B are fixed such that a gap is not formed with respect to the lid part 4 .
[0064]
The front end portion 9A-b of the first flap 9A and the front end portion 9B-b of the second flap 9B each have an arc shape. Therefore, both side tips of the front end portion 9A34
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 b of the first flap 9A, and a tip of the insertion portion 51 are disposed on the same straight line. Therefore, when the insertion portion 51 is formed, the insertion portion 51 is not formed at a protruding position, and is not formed at a position protruding from a line connecting the both side tips of the front end portion 9A-b of the first flap 9A, but is formed on the inner side with respect to this line.
Therefore, when the blank is formed, a material that becomes wasteful can be reduced.
[0065]
When a portion of one packing container 1 is overlappingly placed on another packing container 1, and thereafter the packing container 1 placed on the other packing container 1 is slid, a corner of the packing container 1 placed on the other packing container 1 moves along the front end portion 9A-b of the first flap 9A and the front end portion 9B-b of the second flap 9B. Then, the corner of the packing container 1 placed on the other packing container 1 is guided toward a center of front end portion 9A-b of the first flap 9A or a center of the front end portion 9B-b of the second flap 9B since the front end portion 9A-b of the first flap 9A and the front end portion 9B-b of the second flap 9B each have the arc shape. Since the insertion portion 51, 52 are formed at the center of the front end portion 9A-b of the first flap 9A and the center of the front end portion 9B-b of
2020100313 04 Mar 2020 the second flap 9B, respectively, the corner of the packing container 1 placed on the other packing container 1 rides over each of the insertion portions 51, 52. [0066]
Therefore, in the case of this embodiment, compared to the case where the front end portion 9A-b of the first flap 9A and the front end portion 9B-b of the second flap 9B do not have the arc shape, and are linearly formed, the packing container 1 placed on the other packing container 1 can be smoothly slid without being caught on the flaps 9A, 9B, and a plurality of the packing containers 1 can be easily overlapped. [0067]
In the above embodiment, the case where the first side surface portion 6 and the second side surface portion 7 are connected by the engagement between the strip portion 20, and the opening portions 22A, 22B formed in the connection portion 16 is described, but the present invention is not limited to this example. For example, the first side surface portion 6 and the connection portion 16 may be fixed using, for example, an adhesive, a staple or a tape, and the first side surface portion 6 and the second side surface portion 7 may be connected.
