Abstract

This invention discloses a shatter-resistant crystal jewelry, which includes a base 10, a fixing frame 18 above the base 10, a sliding frame 16 slidably disposed between the base 10 and the fixing frame 18 and a folding plastic ring 45 disposed between the sliding frame 16 and the fixing frame 18. The outer frame of the crystal jewelry of the invention is provided with a shatter-resistant device, so that when the crystal jewelry is inclined at a large angle, the action of the shatter-resistant device is triggered, and the crystal jewelry is sealed in the liquid, and thus, by using the liquid resistance, the crystal jewelry is prevent from being broken.

Description

A SHATTER-RESISTANT CRYSTAL JEWELRY TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of ornaments, in particular to a
shatter-resistant crystal jewelry.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] When the crystal jewelry is displayed, it often happens that the jewelry is damaged
due to the falling of the jewelry. The traditional jewelry is not shatter-resistant, so that the
jewelry can only be displayed by the isolation method to avoid damage, which leads to the
jewelry display is not intuitive and the effect is not good. There is an urgent need for a
shatter-resistant crystal jewelry to solve the above problems.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The purpose of the invention is to provide a shatter-resistant crystal jewelry so as to
overcome the problems existing in the prior art.
[0004] A shatter-resistant crystal jewelry of the present invention includes abase; a fixing
frame above the base; a sliding frame slidably disposed between the base and thefixing frame;
a folding plastic ring disposed between the sliding frame and the fixing frame; first sliding
holes which are vertically penetrated and formed in an end wall of the sliding frame in a
bilateral symmetrical manner; first sliding rods which extend up and down and coupled in the
first sliding holes in a sliding fit manner, wherein upper and lower ends of thefirst sliding
rods are respectively fixed on a bottom wall of the fixing frame and a top wall of the base, and
outer surfaces of the first sliding rods are surrounded by first springs located between the
fixing frame and the sliding frame; a through hole which is up-down penetrated is formed in the sliding frame, and a liquid storage cavity is disposed in the base, and a sliding plate is slidably disposed in the liquid storage cavity, and locking grooves are symmetrically disposed in both end walls of the sliding plate, and second springs of bilateral symmetry are elastically disposed between the sliding plate and a bottom wall of the liquid storage cavity, and second sliding holes of which openings are opposite are formed in both end walls of the liquid storage cavity, and second sliding rods are slidably disposed in the second sliding holes, and third springs are elastically disposed between the second sliding rods and end walls of the second sliding holes, and wedge-shaped holes are formed in the second sliding rods, and third sliding holes which are penetrated through the second sliding holes are formed in the top wall of the base in a bilateral symmetrical manner, and third sliding rods are slidably disposed in the third sliding holes, and first return devices are elastically disposed between the third sliding rods and end walls of the third sliding holes, and afixing hole communicated with an outer space is formed in a top wall of the liquid storage cavity, and afixing base is disposed in the fixing hole, and a fixing rod isfixedly connected above the fixing base, and a crystal jewelry is fixed on the fixing rod, and grooves opened outward are disposed in both end walls of the fixing base, and fourth sliding holes of which openings are opposite are formed in both end walls of the fixing hole, and fourth sliding rods are slidably disposed in the fourth sliding holes, and fourth springs are elastically disposed between the fourth sliding rods and end walls of the fourth sliding holes; whereby the sliding plate is moved up by the second springs to push liquid in the liquid storage cavity upward, thereby protecting the crystal jewelry.
[0005] Preferably, a balance cavity is disposed in the fixing frame, and a connecting rod cavity is disposed below the balance cavity, and a sliding cavity is disposed between the balance cavity and the connecting rod cavity, and a sliding block is slidably disposed in the sliding cavity, and through slots are formed in end walls of the sliding cavity, and fifth sliding holes which are penetrated through the through slots are formed in a top wall of the balance cavity, and fifth sliding rods are slidably disposed in the fifth sliding holes, and second return devices are elastically disposed between the fifth sliding rods and end walls of the fifth sliding holes, and rollers are rotatably disposed on top ends of the fifth sliding rods, andfifth springs are disposed between the sliding block and the fifth sliding rods, and a strut isfixedly disposed on a bottom wall of the balance cavity, and a ball is fixedly disposed at a top end of the strut, and a balance plate is slidably disposed on the ball, and a sixth sliding hole is formed between the connecting rod cavity and the sliding cavity, and a sixth sliding rod is slidably disposed in the sixth sliding hole, and a bottom end wall of the sixth sliding rod is hingedly connected with a hinge rod, and a seventh sliding hole is formed in an end wall of the connecting rod cavity, and seventh sliding rods hingedly connected to the hinge rod are slidably disposed in the seventh sliding hole, and third return devices are elastically disposed between the seventh sliding rods and an end wall of the seventh sliding hole, and eighth sliding holes which are penetrated through the seventh sliding hole are formed in a top wall of the fixing frame, and eighth sliding rods fixedly connected to the sliding frame are slidably disposed in the eighth sliding holes, and angled grooves are disposed in end walls of the eighth sliding rods, whereby a liquid level in the balance cavity is inclined, triggering the shatter-resistant crystal jewelry to operate to protect the jewelry from being damaged.
[0006] The benefits of the invention areas follows: the outer frame of the crystal jewelry of the invention is provided with a shatter-resistant device, so that when the crystal jewelry is inclined at a large angle, the action of the shatter-resistant device is triggered, and the crystal jewelry is sealed in the liquid, and thus, by using the liquid resistance, the crystal jewelry is prevent from being broken.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

better explanation, the orientations described hereinafter are defined as follows: directions of
up, down, left, right, front and rear in the text are identical to the directions of up, down, left,
right, front and rear of FIG.1.
[0012] As shown in Figures 1-2, a shatter-resistant crystal jewelry of the present invention
includes a base 10; a fixing frame 18 above the base 10; a sliding frame 16 slidably disposed
between the base 10 and the fixing frame 18; a folding plastic ring 45 disposed between the
sliding frame 16 and the fixing frame 18; first sliding holes 15 which are vertically penetrated
and formed in an end wall of the sliding frame 16 in a bilateral symmetrical manner; first
sliding rods 14 which extend up and down and coupled in the first sliding holes 15 in a sliding
fit manner, wherein upper and lower ends of the first sliding rods 14 are respectively fixed on
a bottom wall of the fixing frame 18 and a top wall of the base 10, and outer surfaces of the
first sliding rods 14 are surrounded by first springs 17 located between the fixing frame 18
and the sliding frame 16; a through hole 21 which is up-down penetrated is formed in the
sliding frame 16, and a liquid storage cavity 27 is disposed in the base 10, and a sliding plate
28 is slidably disposed in the liquid storage cavity 27, and locking grooves 30 are
symmetrically disposed in both end walls of the sliding plate 28, and second springs 29 of bilateral symmetry are elastically disposed between the sliding plate 28 and a bottom wall of the liquid storage cavity 27, and second sliding holes 34 of which openings are opposite are formed in both end walls of the liquid storage cavity 27, and second sliding rods 32 are slidably disposed in the second sliding holes 34, and third springs 33 are elastically disposed between the second sliding rods 32 and end walls of the second sliding holes 34, and wedge-shaped holes 31 are formed in the second sliding rods 32, and third sliding holes 36 which are penetrated through the second sliding holes 34 are formed in the top wall of the base 10 in a bilateral symmetrical manner, and third sliding rods 35 are slidably disposed in the third sliding holes 36, and first return devices 37 are elastically disposed between the third sliding rods 35 and end walls of the third sliding holes 36, and afixing hole 22 communicated with an outer space is formed in a top wall of the liquid storage cavity 27, and afixing base 11 is disposed in the fixing hole 22, and afixing rod 12 isfixedly connected above thefixing base 11, and a crystal jewelry 13 is fixed on thefixing rod 12, and grooves 23 opened outward are disposed in both end walls of the fixing base 11, and fourth sliding holes 24 of which openings are opposite are formed in both end walls of the fixing hole 22, and fourth sliding rods 26 are slidably disposed in the fourth sliding holes 24, and fourth springs 25 are elastically disposed between the fourth sliding rods 26 and end walls of the fourth sliding holes 24; whereby the sliding plate 28 is moved up by the second springs 29 to push liquid in the liquid storage cavity 27 upward, thereby protecting the crystal jewelry 13.
[0013] Advantageously, a balance cavity 19 is disposed in the fixing frame 18, and a
connecting rod cavity 43 is disposed below the balance cavity 19, and a sliding cavity 58 is
disposed between the balance cavity 19 and the connecting rod cavity 43, and a sliding block
is slidably disposed in the sliding cavity 58, and through slots 52 are formed in end walls
of the sliding cavity 58, and fifth sliding holes 55 which are penetrated through the through
slots 52 are formed in a top wall of the balance cavity 19, andfifth sliding rods 53 are slidably
disposed in the fifth sliding holes 55, and second return devices 54 are elastically disposed
between the fifth sliding rods 53 and end walls of the fifth sliding holes 55, and rollers 56 are
rotatably disposed on top ends of the fifth sliding rods 53, and fifth springs 57 are disposed between the sliding block 40 and the fifth sliding rods 53, and a strut 39 isfixedly disposed on a bottom wall of the balance cavity 19, and a ball 38 is fixedly disposed at a top end of the strut 39, and a balance plate 20 is slidably disposed on the ball 38, and a sixth sliding hole 41 is formed between the connecting rod cavity 43 and the sliding cavity 58, and a sixth sliding rod 42 is slidably disposed in the sixth sliding hole 41, and a bottom end wall of the sixth sliding rod 42 is hingedly connected with a hinge rod 44, and a seventh sliding hole 51 is formed in an end wall of the connecting rod cavity 43, and seventh sliding rods 50 hingedly connected to the hinge rod 44 are slidably disposed in the seventh sliding hole 51, and third return devices 49 are elastically disposed between the seventh sliding rods 50 and an end wall of the seventh sliding hole 51, and eighth sliding holes 48 which are penetrated through the seventh sliding hole 51 are formed in a top wall of thefixing frame 18, and eighth sliding rods 46 fixedly connected to the sliding frame 16 are slidably disposed in the eighth sliding holes 48, and angled grooves 47 are disposed in end walls of the eighth sliding rods 46, whereby a liquid level in the balance cavity 19 is inclined, triggering the shatter-resistant crystal jewelry to operate to protect the jewelry from being damaged.
[0014] In the following, the applicant will describe a using method of the shatter-resistant crystal jewelry in detail with reference to Figures 1-2 and the specific composition of the shatter-resistant crystal jewelry of the present application as described above:
[0015] The crystaljewelry 13 is fixed to a top end of the fixing rod 12; before the base 10 is fallen, the fixing frame 18 is inclined, at this time, the liquid level in the balance cavity 19 is inclined, and the balance plate 20 is inclined with the liquid level; at this time, one of the fifth sliding rods 53 under one side with a higher inclined surface of the balance plate 20 moves up, and then, the sliding block 40 moves with the fifth sliding rods 53, and the sixth sliding rod 42 moves up, so that the seventh sliding rods 50 move toward each other and out of the angled grooves 47; and the eighth sliding rods 46 are not in locking, and the sliding frame 16 moves downward under action of the first springs 17, driving the folding plastic ring 45 to move downward to lock the crystal jewelry 13 in a sealed space; at this time, the sliding frame 16 moves to be abut against the third sliding rods 35, and the third sliding rods 35 move downward to drive the second sliding rods 32 to move out of the locking grooves 30; and at this time, the sliding plate 28 moves up under action of the second springs 29, so that the liquid in the liquid storage cavity 27 is pushed upward, and further, the fixing base 11 and the crystal jewelry 13 above the fixing base 11 are pushed into the sealed space of the folding plastic ring 45, and the crystal jewelry 13 above the fixing base 11 is surrounded by the liquid, and at this time, liquid resistance prevents the crystal jewelry 13 from being broken.
[0016] It can be seen from the above detailed analysis that the outer frame of the crystal jewelry of the invention is provided with a shatter-resistant device, so that when the crystal jewelry is inclined at a large angle, the action of the shatter-resistant device is triggered, and the crystal jewelry is sealed in the liquid, and thus, by using the liquid resistance, the crystal jewelry is prevent from being broken.

1. A shatter-resistant crystal jewelry, comprising
a base;
a fixing frame above the base;
a sliding frame slidably disposed between the base and the fixing frame;
a folding plastic ring disposed between the sliding frame and the fixing frame;
first sliding holes which are vertically penetrated and formed in an end wall of the sliding
frame in a bilateral symmetrical manner;
first sliding rods which extend up and down and coupled in the first sliding holes in a sliding
fit manner,
wherein upper and lower ends of the first sliding rods are respectively fixed on a bottom wall
of the fixing frame and a top wall of the base,
and outer surfaces of the first sliding rods are surrounded by first springs located between the
fixing frame and the sliding frame;
a through hole which is up-down penetrated is formed in the sliding frame,
and a liquid storage cavity is disposed in the base,
and a sliding plate is slidably disposed in the liquid storage cavity,
and locking grooves are symmetrically disposed in both end walls of the sliding plate,
and second springs of bilateral symmetry are elastically disposed between the sliding plate
and a bottom wall of the liquid storage cavity,
and second sliding holes of which openings are opposite are formed in both end walls of the
liquid storage cavity,
and second sliding rods are slidably disposed in the second sliding holes, and third springs are
elastically disposed between the second sliding rods and end walls of the second sliding holes,
and wedge-shaped holes are formed in the second sliding rods,
and third sliding holes which are penetrated through the second sliding holes are formed in
the top wall of the base in a bilateral symmetrical manner,
and third sliding rods are slidably disposed in the third sliding holes, and first return devices are elastically disposed between the third sliding rods and end walls of the third sliding holes, and a fixing hole communicated with an outer space is formed in a top wall of the liquid storage cavity, and a fixing base is disposed in the fixing hole, and a fixing rod isfixedly connected above thefixing base, and a crystal jewelry is fixed on the fixing rod, and grooves opened outward are disposed in both end walls of the fixing base, and fourth sliding holes of which openings are opposite are formed in both end walls of the fixing hole, and fourth sliding rods are slidably disposed in the fourth sliding holes, and fourth springs are elastically disposed between the fourth sliding rods and end walls of the fourth sliding holes; whereby the sliding plate is moved up by the second springs to push liquid in the liquid storage cavity upward, thereby protecting the crystal jewelry;wherein a balance cavity is disposed in the fixing frame, and a connecting rod cavity is disposed below the balance cavity, and a sliding cavity is disposed between the balance cavity and the connecting rod cavity, and a sliding block is slidably disposed in the sliding cavity, and through slots are formed in end walls of the sliding cavity, and fifth sliding holes which are penetrated through the through slots are formed in a top wall of the balance cavity, and fifth sliding rods are slidably disposed in the fifth sliding holes, and second return devices are elastically disposed between the fifth sliding rods and end walls of the fifth sliding holes, and rollers are rotatably disposed on top ends of the fifth sliding rods, and fifth springs are disposed between the sliding block and the fifth sliding rods, and a strut is fixedly disposed on a bottom wall of the balance cavity, and a ball is fixedly disposed at a top end of the strut, and a balance plate is slidably disposed on the ball, and a sixth sliding hole is formed between the connecting rod cavity and the sliding cavity, and a sixth sliding rod is slidably disposed in the sixth sliding hole, and a bottom end wall of the sixth sliding rod is hingedly connected with a hinge rod, and a seventh sliding hole is formed in an end wall of the connecting rod cavity, and seventh sliding rods hingedly connected to the hinge rod are slidably disposed in the seventh sliding hole, and third return devices are elastically disposed between the seventh sliding rods and an end wall of the seventh sliding hole, and eighth sliding holes which are penetrated through the seventh sliding hole are formed in a top wall of the fixing frame, and eighth sliding rods fixedly connected to the sliding frame are slidably disposed in the eighth sliding holes, and angled grooves are disposed in end walls of the eighth sliding rods, whereby a liquid level in the balance cavity is inclined, triggering the shatter-resistant crystal jewelry to operate to protect the jewelry from being damaged.
