Abstract
This invention discloses a T-shirt display device, including a display box 10 and an opening
cavity 11 arranged in the display box 10. A sealing plate 13 which is transparent and has a
first and a second end respectively extending into the groove 12.An upper sliding cavity 22
with an opening to a first side is arranged in a lower side of the opening cavity 11. A lower
sliding cavity 23 with an opening to a side is arranged in a lower side of the upper sliding
cavity 22.The invention is simple in structure and convenient to operate; the upper and lower
sliding boxes are pushed out by pressing the pressure block, followed by opening of the
opening cavity, and clothing is convenient to take; and when the device is closed, it can be
intuitive to see the clothing in the sliding boxes by a person and is dust-proof.
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of daily necessities, in particular to a T-shirt display device.
[0002] When shopkeepers display T-shirts, they fold them up and stack them directly without distinguishing the different sizes of the same kind. When customers extract the T shirts from the lower side, they will mess the T-shirts up and scatter them on the platform, which will affect the beauty and increase the clerk's work. Secondly, when the clothes of different sizes are displayed in the flat-spread way, they occupy a large area and are not dustproof.
[0003] Therefore, it is necessary to further improve the display of T-shirts in the existing technology, so as to improve the convenience and dustproof performance of of T shirts.
[0004] The aim of the invention is to provide a T-shirt display device so as to overcome the problems existing in the prior art.
[0005] A T-shirt display device according to the present invention comprises a display box; an opening cavity arranged in an upper end of the display box; a groove is arranged in a first inner wall of the opening cavity in a communicating manner; a through groove is arranged between a second inner wall of the opening cavity and an external space of the display box in the communicating manner; a sealing plate which is transparent and has a first end and a second end respectively extending into the groove and the through groove is slidably disposed in the opening cavity; a chute is arranged in a back side of the opening cavity in the communicating manner; a back end of the sealing plate extends into the chute; a transmission groove is arranged in a lower side of the chute in the communicating manner; a transmission gear which is engaged with the sealing plate is rotationally disposed in the transmission groove; a transmission device is disposed in the lower side of the chute; the transmission device is fixedly connected with the transmission gear; an upper sliding cavity with an opening to a first side is arranged in a lower side of the opening cavity; a lower sliding cavity with an opening to a first side is arranged in a lower side of the upper sliding cavity; sliding boxes of identical structure which are transparent are disposed in the upper sliding cavity and the lower sliding cavity respectively; supporting blocks are symmetrically andfixedly disposed at four corners of lower end surfaces of the sliding boxes respectively; rolling wheels are rotationally disposed between the supporting blocks respectively; cavities are arranged in the sliding boxes; fixed blocks are fixedly disposed on the sliding boxes in a symmetry manner; a rotation device is disposed between the upper sliding cavity and the lower sliding cavity; the rotation device is in slidable connection with the fixed blocks; a through cavity is arranged in a middle position between the upper sliding cavity and the lower sliding cavity; a slider is slidably disposed in the through cavity; a pressure spring isfixedly disposed between the slider and the through cavity; a spline shaft whose back end is in splined connection with the rotation device is rotationally disposed in the slider; a pressure block is disposed in a front end of the spline shaft; a connection groove is arranged in a lower side of the through cavity in the communicating manner; a rotation gear which is engaged with the slider is rotationally disposed in the connection groove; a push groove is arranged in a lower side of the connection groove in the communicating manner; a rack which is engaged with the rotation gear is slidably disposed in the push groove; a locking rod is slidably disposed on a back side of the rack; the locking rod is in locked connection with the rotation device; an empty groove is arranged in the locking rod; a connection spring isfixedly connected between a back end of the rack and the empty groove; and the rotation device works through rotation of the pressure block to push the sliding boxes to be out of the display box, so that a T-shirt is convenient to take.
[0006] As further optimized technical proposal, the transmission device comprises a belt groove which is communicated with the transmission groove; pulleys which are vertically symmetric are disposed in the belt groove; a mandrel whose back end is rotationally connected with the belt groove is fixedly disposed at an axis of the upper one of the pulleys; a front end of the mandrel extends into the transmission groove and is fixedly connected with the transmission gear; the pulleys are in power connection with each other through belts; a lower side of the belt groove is communicated with the rotation device; the rotation device is fixedly connected with the lower one of the pulleys; and the rotation device works to enable the transmission gear to be rotated through the belt.
[0007] As further optimized technical proposal, the rotation device comprises a rotary cavity which is communicated with the through groove; a rotary block is rotationally disposed in the rotary cavity through a rotary shaft; a locking groove is arranged in the rotary block; a front end of the rotary shaft extends into the through groove and is in splined connection with the spline shaft; a back side of the rotary cavity is communicated with the belt groove; a back end of the rotary shaft is fixedly connected with the lower one of the pulleys; a torsional spring is fixedly disposed on the rotary shaft; a manipulation device is disposed on an outer side of the rotary cavity; the rotary block isfixedly connected with the manipulation device; and the rotary block is driven by the rotary shaft to rotate, and the sliding boxes are horizontally moved through the manipulation device.
[0008] As further optimized technical proposal, the manipulation device comprises connection cavities which are vertically symmetric and are communicated with the rotary cavity; connection rods are disposed in the connection cavities; rotary rods are fixedly disposed at front and back ends of the connection rods; rotary grooves are arranged in sides, far away from the rotary cavity, of the connection cavities in the communicating manner; ends far away from the rotary cavity, of the rotary rods extend into the rotary grooves; penetrating grooves which are penetrated from one side to an other side are arranged in the rotary rods; sliding holes of vertical symmetry are arranged between the upper one of the rotary grooves and the upper sliding cavity as well as between the lower one of the rotary grooves and the lower sliding cavity in the communicating manner; ends of the fixed blocks extend into the corresponding rotary grooves and are penetrated through the penetrating grooves; and the rotary rods are rotated to enable the sliding boxes to be horizontally moved through the fixed blocks.
[0009] The benefits of the invention are as follows: the invention is simple in structure and convenient to operate; the upper and lower sliding boxes are pushed out of the upper sliding cavity and the lower sliding cavity respectively by pressing the pressure block, followed by opening of the opening cavity, and clothing is convenient to take; when in the initial state, the T-shirt display device is in a closed state, which has effect of dust prevention to internal clothing, and can be intuitive to see the clothing in the sliding boxes by a person; and the T-shirt display device is convenient to use and facilitates storage and organization of the clothing.

[0015] Referring to Figures 1-5, a T-shirt display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a display box 10; an opening cavity 11 arranged in an upper end of the display box 10; a groove 12 is arranged in a first inner wall of the opening cavity 11 in a communicating manner; a through groove 14 is arranged between a second inner wall of the opening cavity 11 and an external space of the display box in the communicating manner; a sealing plate 13 which is transparent and has a first end and a secondend respectively extending into the groove 12 and the through groove 14 is slidably disposed in the opening cavity 11; a chute 15 is arranged in a back side of the opening cavity 11 in the communicating manner; a back end of the sealing plate 13 extends into the chute 15; a transmission groove 16 is arranged in a lower side of the chute 15 in the communicating manner; a transmission gear 17 which is engaged with the sealing plate 13 is rotationally disposed in the transmission groove 16; a transmission device 100 is disposed in the lower side of the chute 15; the transmission device 100 is fixedly connected with the transmission gear 17; an upper sliding cavity 22 with an opening to a first side is arranged in a lower side of the opening cavity 11; a lower sliding cavity 23 with an opening to a first side is arranged in a lower side of the upper sliding cavity 22; sliding boxes 24 of identical structure which are transparent are disposed in the upper sliding cavity 22 and the lower sliding cavity 23 respectively; supporting blocks 25 are symmetrically and fixedly disposed at four corners of lower end surfaces of the sliding boxes 24 respectively; rolling wheels 26 are rotationally disposed between the supporting blocks 25 respectively; cavities 27 are arranged in the sliding boxes 24; fixed blocks 30 are fixedly disposed on the sliding boxes 24 in a symmetry manner; a rotation device 200 is disposed between the upper sliding cavity 22 and the lower sliding cavity 23; the rotation device 200 is in slidable connection with the fixed blocks 30; a through cavity 39 is arranged in a middle position between the upper sliding cavity 22 and the lower sliding cavity 23; a slider 40 is slidably disposed in the through cavity 39; a pressure spring 42 is fixedly disposed between the slider 40 and the through cavity 39; a spline shaft 41 whose back end is in splined connection with the rotation device 200 is rotationally disposed in the slider 40; a pressure block 43 is disposed in a front end of the spline shaft 41; a connection groove 44 is arranged in a lower side of the through cavity 39 in the communicating manner; a rotation gear 45 which is engaged with the slider 40 is rotationally disposed in the connection groove 44; a push groove 46 is arranged in a lower side of the connection groove 44 in the communicating manner; a rack 47 which is engaged with the rotation gear 45 is slidably disposed in the push groove 46; a locking rod 48 is slidably disposed on a back side of the rack 47; the locking rod 48 is in locked connection with the rotation device 200; an empty groove 49 is arranged in the locking rod 48; a connection spring 50 is fixedly connected between a back end of the rack 47 and the empty groove 49; and the rotation device 200 works through rotation of the pressure block 43 to push the sliding boxes 24 to be out of the display box 10, so that a T-shirt is convenient to take.
[0016] Advantageously, the transmission device 100 comprises a belt groove 20 which is communicated with the transmission groove 16; pulleys 19 which are vertically symmetric are disposed in the belt groove 20; a mandrel 18 whose back end is rotationally connected with the belt groove 20 is fixedly disposed at an axis of the upper one of the pulleys 19; a front end of the mandrel 18 extends into the transmission groove 16 and isfixedly connected with the transmission gear 17; the pulleys 19 are in power connection with each other through belts 21; a lower side of the belt groove 20 is communicated with the rotation device 200; the rotation device 200 is fixedly connected with the lower one of the pulleys 19; and the rotation device 200 works to enable the transmission gear 17 to be rotated through the belt 21.
[0017] Advantageously, the rotation device 200 comprises a rotary cavity 36 which is communicated with the through groove 39; a rotary block 35 is rotationally disposed in the rotary cavity 36 through a rotary shaft 37; a locking groove 38 is arranged in the rotary block ; a front end of the rotary shaft 37 extends into the through groove 39 and is in splined connection with the spline shaft 41; a back side of the rotary cavity 36 is communicated with the belt groove 20; a back end of the rotary shaft 37 isfixedly connected with the lower one of the pulleys 19; a torsional spring 51 is fixedly disposed on the rotary shaft 37; a manipulation device 300 is disposed on an outer side of the rotary cavity 36; the rotary block is fixedly connected with the manipulation device 300; and the rotary block 35 is driven by the rotary shaft 37 to rotate, and the sliding boxes 24 are horizontally moved through the manipulation device 300.
[0018] Advantageously, the manipulation device 300 comprises connection cavities 33 which are vertically symmetric and are communicated with the rotary cavity 36; connection rods 34 are disposed in the connection cavities 33; rotary rods 31 are fixedly disposed at front and back ends of the connection rods 34; rotary grooves 29 are arranged in sides, far away from the rotary cavity 36, of the connection cavities 33 in the communicating manner; ends far away from the rotary cavity 36, of the rotary rods 31 extend into the rotary grooves 29; penetrating grooves 32 which are penetrated from one side to an other side are arranged in the rotary rods 31; sliding holes 28 of vertical symmetry are arranged between the upper one of the rotary grooves 29 and the upper sliding cavity 22 as well as between the lower one of the rotary grooves 29 and the lower sliding cavity 23 in the communicating manner; ends of the fixed blocks 30 extend into the corresponding rotary grooves 29 and are penetrated through the penetrating grooves 32; and the rotary rods 31 are rotated to enable the sliding boxes 24 to be horizontally moved through the fixed blocks 30.
[0019] When the T-shirt display device is in an initial state, the sealing plate 13 seals the opening cavity 11, and the upper one of the sliding boxs 24 is disposed in the upper sliding cavity 22, and the lower one of the sliding boxs 24 is disposed in the lower sliding cavity 23, and the torsional spring 51 is in a power storage state, and the locking rod 48 is in locked connection with the locking groove 38.
[0020] When the T-shirt display device is needed to work, the pressure block 43 is pressed, and the slider 40 is moved to one side to enable the rotation gear 45 to rotate; the rack 47 is moved to one side, so that the locking rod 48 is moved to one side to be unlocked with the locking groove 38, and the rotary block 35 is driven by the rotary shaft 37 to rotate clockwise under effect of the torsional spring 51; the rotary rods 31 are rotated clockwise through the connection rods 34, so that the upper one of the sliding boxs 24 is moved to a first side to be pushed out of the upper sliding cavity 22, and the lower one of the sliding boxs 24 is moved to a first side to be pushed out of the lower sliding cavity 23, and the T-shirt in the cavities 27 are directly taken out; in a rotation process of the rotary shaft 37, the pulleys 19 are rotated, and the transmission gear 17 is rotated clockwise, so that the sealing plate 13 is moved to a first side along the through groove 14 to open the opening cavity 11, and then a T shirt in the opening cavity 11 is taken out; when the pressure block 43 is loosened, the spline shaft 41 is moved to one side under effect of the pressure spring 42, and the rack 47 is moved to one side; as the locking rod 48 is abutted against the rotary block 35, the connection spring stores power; when the T-shirt display device is closed, the pressure block 43 is twisted anticlockwise, and the rotary block 35 is driven by the rotary shaft 37 to rotate anticlockwise; and both of the sliding boxes 24 are shrunk into the upper sliding cavity 22 and the lower sliding cavity 23 respectively through the rotary rods 31, and the sealing plate 13 is moved to a second side to return to an initial position, and at the time, the locking rod 48 is moved backward under effect of the connection spring 50 and is in locked connection with the locking groove 38.
[0021] The invention has the advantageous effects that the T-shirt display device is simple in structure and convenient to operate; the upper and lower sliding boxes are pushed out of the upper sliding cavity and the lower sliding cavity respectively by pressing the pressure block, followed by opening of the opening cavity, and clothing is convenient to take; when in the initial state, the T-shirt display device is in a closed state, which has effect of dust prevention to internal clothing, and can be intuitive to see the clothing in the sliding boxes by a person; and the T-shirt display device is convenient to use and facilitates storage and organization of the clothing.

All of them fall within the scope of protection of the present invention. The protection scheme of the invention is based on the claim attached to the invention.
Claims (1)
1. A T-shirt display device, comprising:
a display box;
an opening cavity arranged in an upper end of the display box;
a groove arranged in a first inner wall of the opening cavity in a communicating manner;
a through groove arranged between a second inner wall of the opening cavity and an external space of the display box in the communicating manner;
a sealing plate which is transparent and has a first end and a second end respectively extending into the groove and the through groove slidably disposed in the opening cavity;
a chute arranged in a back side of the opening cavity in the communicating manner;
a back end of the sealing plate which extends into the chute;
a transmission groove arranged in a lower side of the chute in the communicating manner;
a transmission gear which is engaged with the sealing plate is rotationally disposed in the transmission groove;
a transmission device disposed in the lower side of the chute;
the transmission device fixedly connected with the transmission gear;
an upper sliding cavity with an opening to a first side arranged in a lower side of the opening cavity;
a lower sliding cavity with an opening to a first side arranged in a lower side of the upper sliding cavity; sliding boxes of identical structure which are transparent disposed in the upper sliding cavity and the lower sliding cavity respectively; supporting blocks symmetrically and fixedly disposed at four corners of lower end surfaces of the sliding boxes respectively; rolling wheels rotationally disposed between the supporting blocks respectively; cavities arranged in the sliding boxes; fixed blocks fixedly disposed on the sliding boxes in a symmetry manner; a rotation device disposed between the upper sliding cavity and the lower sliding cavity; the rotation device in slidable connection with the fixed blocks; a through cavity arranged in a middle position between the upper sliding cavity and the lower sliding cavity; a slider slidably disposed in the through cavity; a pressure spring fixedly disposed between the slider and the through cavity; a spline shaft whose back end is in splined connection with the rotation device rotationally disposed in the slider; a pressure block disposed in a front end of the spline shaft; a connection groove arranged in a lower side of the through cavity in the communicating manner; a rotation gear which is engaged with the slider rotationally disposed in the connection groove; a push groove arranged in a lower side of the connection groove in the communicating manner; a rack which is engaged with the rotation gear slidably disposed in the push groove; a locking rod slidably disposed on a back side of the rack; the locking rod in locked connection with the rotation device; an empty groove arranged in the locking rod; a connection spring fixedly connected between a back end of the rack and the empty groove; whereby the rotation device works through rotation of the pressure block to push the sliding boxes to be out of the display box, so that a T-shirt is convenient to take wherein the transmission device comprises a belt groove which is communicated with the transmission groove; pulleys which are vertically symmetric are disposed in the belt groove; a mandrel whose back end is rotationally connected with the belt groove is fixedly disposed at an axis of the upper one of the pulleys; a front end of the mandrel extends into the transmission groove and isfixedly connected with the transmission gear; the pulleys are in power connection with each other through belts; a lower side of the belt groove is communicated with the rotation device; the rotation device is fixedly connected with the lower one of the pulleys; whereby the rotation device works to enable the transmission gear to be rotated through the belt; wherein the rotation device comprises a rotary cavity which is communicated with the through groove; a rotary block is rotationally disposed in the rotary cavity through a rotary shaft; a locking groove is arranged in the rotary block; a front end of the rotary shaft extends into the through groove and is in splined connection with the spline shaft; a back side of the rotary cavity is communicated with the belt groove; a back end of the rotary shaft isfixedly connected with the lower one of the pulleys; a torsional spring is fixedly disposed on the rotary shaft; a manipulation device is disposed on an outer side of the rotary cavity; the rotary block is fixedly connected with the manipulation device; whereby the rotary block is driven by the rotary shaft to rotate, and the sliding boxes are horizontally moved through the manipulation device; wherein the manipulation device comprises connection cavities which are vertically symmetric and are communicated with the rotary cavity; connection rods are disposed in the connection cavities; rotary rods are fixedly disposed at front and back ends of the connection rods; rotary grooves are arranged in sides, far away from the rotary cavity, of the connection cavities in the communicating manner; ends far away from the rotary cavity, of the rotary rods extend into the rotary grooves; penetrating grooves which are penetrated from one side to an other side are arranged in the rotary rods; sliding holes of vertical symmetry are arranged between the upper one of the rotary grooves and the upper sliding cavity as well as between the lower one of the rotary grooves and the lower sliding cavity in the communicating manner; ends of the fixed blocks extend into the corresponding rotary grooves and are penetrated through the penetrating grooves; whereby the rotary rods are rotated to enable the sliding boxes to be horizontally moved through the fixed blocks; when the T-shirt display device is in an initial state, the sealing plate seals the opening cavity, and the upper one of the sliding box is disposed in the upper sliding cavity, and the lower one of the sliding box is disposed in the lower sliding cavity, and the torsional spring is in a power storage state, and the locking rod is in locked connection with the locking groove; when the T-shirt display device is needed to work, the pressure block is pressed, and the slider is moved to one side to enable the rotation gear to rotate; the rack is moved to one side, so that the locking rod is moved to one side to be unlocked with the locking groove, and the rotary block is driven by the rotary shaft to rotate clockwise under effect of the torsional spring; the rotary rods are rotated clockwise through the connection rods, so that the upper one of the sliding box is moved to a first side to be pushed out of the upper sliding cavity, and the lower one of the sliding box is moved to a first side to be pushed out of the lower sliding cavity, and the T shirt in the cavities are directly taken out; in a rotation process of the rotary shaft, the pulleys are rotated, and the transmission gear is rotated clockwise, so that the sealing plate is moved to a first side along the through groove to open the opening cavity, and then a T-shirt in the opening cavity is taken out; when the pressure block is loosened, the spline shaft is moved to one side under effect of the pressure spring, and the rack is moved to one side; as the locking rod is abutted against the rotary block, the connection spring stores power; when the T-shirt display device is closed, the pressure block is twisted anticlockwise, and the rotary block is driven by the rotary shaft to rotate anticlockwise; and both of the sliding boxes are shrunk into the upper sliding cavity and the lower sliding cavity respectively through the rotary rods, and the sealing plate is moved to a second side to return to an initial position, and at the time, the locking rod is moved backward under effect of the connection spring and is in locked connection with the locking groove
