Abstract
This invention discloses a creative grinding cup, comprising a cup body 10, and material is
put from a feeding channel 11 and drops in a rotation cavity 18 and is cut by cutters 17 in a
dropping process, and the cut material drops into a grinding groove 28, and through rotation
of a rotary block 27, the material is extruded to a position between a grinding block 35 and
bumps 30, and then the material is ground and crushed. This invention is simple in structure,
small in size, small in occupying space and convenient to put; in addition, the material can be
ground into powder after being put in the creative grinding cup, so that hands are free from
being directly contacted with the powder.

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of cups, in particular to a creative grinding
cup.
[0002] When making dishes or something else, many spices or dried material will be used,
which need to be ground into powders. However, it is inconvenient to grind manually, also it's
tiring and inefficient, moreover, touching some material like chilli powder will lead to
physical discomfort. In addition, extra storage space is needed if select powder material.
[0003] The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a creative grinding
cup so as to overcome the problems existing in the prior art.
[0004] A creative grinding cup according to an embodiment of the present invention
comprises a cup body; a cup head is disposed on an end surface of a top of the cup body; a
base is disposed at a bottom of the cup body; a first gravity block configured to keep a center
of gravity is disposed in the base; a rotation cavity is arranged in the cup body; a feeding
channel which extending through the cup head is disposed on a top wall of the rotation cavity;
a chopping grinding component configured to cut a material into sections and grinding the
material sections into fragments is disposed in the rotation cavity, wherein the chopping
grinding component comprises a grinding groove which is communicated with the rotation cavity, wherein the grinding groove is provided with a screening groove in a downward communicating manner; a storage cavity is disposed below the screening groove; an access channel is disposed between the storage cavity and the screening groove in a communicating manner; a removing channel with an inclined upward opening is disposed on a top wall of the storage cavity; a sealing plate device, configured to seal the access channel to prevent the fragments from entering the access channel when the fragments in the storage cavity are poured out, is disposed on the top wall of the storage cavity; and an electric power component configured to provide electric power is disposed between the cup body and the cup head.

comprises fixed rods which are fixedly disposed between inner walls of the rotation cavity; a
motor shell is fixedly disposed between the fixed rods; a motor is disposed in the motor shell,
wherein an upward output shaft of the motor is connected with a first rotary shaft; cutters are
disposed on end surfaces of outer sides of the first rotary shaft respectively; a downward
output shaft of the motor is connected with a second rotary shaft, wherein an end part of the
second rotary shaft is connected with a rotary block; a grinding block is disposed on the rotary
block; a screening block is disposed at a tail end of the rotary block; wherein the grinding
block is disposed in the grinding groove, and the screening block is disposed in the screening
groove, and bumps are uniformly distributed on walls of the grinding groove;
[0006] As an optimized technical proposal, the sealing plate device comprises a groove
arranged in the top wall of the storage cavity; a connection block is fixedly disposed on a top
wall of the groove; a sealing plate is hingedly disposed at the connection block; a baffle plate
is disposed on the top wall of the storage cavity, wherein the sealing plate can be attached to
the baffle plate; a second gravity block is disposed on an end surface of a bottom of a a
second side end of the sealing plate.
[0007] As an optimized technical proposal, the electric power component comprises a battery cavity which is disposed in the cup body and has an opening facing a first side; a cover plate is fixedly disposed at the opening of the battery cavity through screws; an electric wire is connected to the motor, wherein the electric wire penetrates through the fixed rods and then enters the cup head upward, and a starting switch and a closing switch which are configured to control power on and off of the electric wire is disposed on the cup head, so that a battery can be put in the battery cavity, and the motor is started through the starting switch, and the motor is closed through the closing switch.
[0008] The benefits of the invention are as follows: the creative grinding cup is simple in
structure, small in size, small in occupying space and convenient to put; in addition, the
material can be ground into powder after being put in the creative grinding cup, so that hands
are free from being directly contacted with the powder; moreover, the creative grinding cup is
beautiful in appearance, which is suitable for home use and is worth popularizing.

present invention comprises a cup body 10; a cup head 12 is disposed on an end surface of a
top of the cup body 10; a base 33 is disposed at a bottom of the cup body 10; afirst gravity
block 34 configured to keep a center of gravity is disposed in the base 33; a rotation cavity 18
is arranged in the cup body 10; a feeding channel 11 which extending through the cup head 12 is disposed on a top wall of the rotation cavity 18; a chopping grinding component 901 configured to cut a material into sections and grinding the material sections into fragments is disposed in the rotation cavity 18, wherein the chopping grinding component 901 comprises a grinding groove 28 which is communicated with the rotation cavity 18, wherein the grinding groove 28 is provided with a screening groove 36 in a downward communicating manner; a storage cavity 32 is disposed below the screening groove 36; an access channel 40 is disposed between the storage cavity 32 and the screening groove 36 in a communicating manner; a removing channel 31 with an inclined upward opening is disposed on a top wall of the storage cavity 32; a sealing plate device 902, configured to seal the access channel 40 to prevent the fragments from entering the access channel 40 when the fragments in the storage cavity 32 are poured out, is disposed on the top wall of the storage cavity 32; and an electric power component 903 configured to provide electric power is disposed between the cup body 10 and the cup head 12.
[0013] The chopping grinding component 901 further comprises fixed rods 21 which are
fixedly disposed between inner walls of the rotation cavity 18; a motor shell 20 isfixedly
disposed between the fixed rods 21; a motor 23 is disposed in the motor shell 20, wherein an
upward output shaft of the motor 23 is connected with a first rotary shaft 22; cutters 17 are
disposed on end surfaces of outer sides of the first rotary shaft 22 respectively; a downward
output shaft of the motor 23 is connected with a second rotary shaft 26, wherein an end part of
the second rotary shaft 26 is connected with a rotary block 27; a grinding block 35 is disposed
on the rotary block 27; a screening block 37 is disposed at a tail end of the rotary block 27;
wherein the grinding block 35 is disposed in the grinding groove 28, and the screening block
37 is disposed in the screening groove 36, and bumps 30 are uniformly distributed on walls of
the grinding groove 28; after the motor 23 is started, the first rotary shaft 22 and the second
rotary shaft 26 are driven to rotate, and the cutters 17 are driven by the first rotary shaft 22 to
rotate, and the rotary block 27 is driven by the second rotary shaft 26 to rotate, and the
material is put in the creative grinding cup from the feeding channel 11 and drops in the rotation cavity 18 and is cut by the cutters 17 in a dropping process, and the cut material drops into the grinding groove 28, and through rotation of the rotary block 27, the material is extruded to a position between the grinding block 35 and the bumps 30, and then the material is ground and crushed, and the ground and crushed material enters the storage cavity 32 along a gap between the screening block 37 and the screening groove 36 after particles are small enough.
[0014] The sealing plate device 902 comprises a groove 41 arranged in the top wall of the
storage cavity 32; a connection block 42 is fixedly disposed on a top wall of the groove 41; a
sealing plate 44 is hingedly disposed at the connection block 42; a baffle plate 43 is disposed
on the top wall of the storage cavity 32, wherein the sealing plate 44 can be attached to the
baffle plate 43; a second gravity block 45 is disposed on an end surface of a bottom of a
second side end of the sealing plate 44; in general, the sealing plate 44 is attached to the baffle
plate 43 under the effect of the gravity of the second gravity block 45, and the material which
drops from the access channel 40 slides into the storage cavity 32 along a surface of the
sealing plate 44; when powder in the storage cavity 32 is poured out, the cup body 10 is
overturned, and the sealing plate 44 is gradually driven by the second gravity block 45 to
rotate along with overturning of the cup body 10; and during pouring, the sealing plate 44 is
driven by the second gravity block 45 to be attached to the top wall of the storage cavity 32,
and the access channel 40 is sealed.
[0015] The electric power component 903 comprises a battery cavity 24 which is disposed in
the cup body 10 and has an opening facing a first side; a cover plate 25 is fixedly disposed at
the opening of the battery cavity 24 through screws; an electric wire 16 is connected to the
motor 23, wherein the electric wire 16 penetrates through the fixed rods 21 and then enters the
cup head 12 upward, and a starting switch 14 and a closing switch 13 which are configured to
control power on and off of the electric wire 16 is disposed on the cup head 12, so that a
battery can be put in the battery cavity 23, and the motor 23 is started through the starting switch 14, and the motor 23 is closed through the closing switch 13.
[0016] When the creative grinding cup is used, the motor 23 is started through the starting
switch 14 to drive the first rotary shaft 22 and the second rotary shaft 26 to rotate, and the
cutters 17 are driven by the first rotary shaft 22 to rotate, and the rotary block 27 is driven by
the second rotary shaft 26 to rotate, and the material is put in the creative grinding cup from
the feeding channel 11 and drops in the rotation cavity 18 and is cut by the cutters 17 in the
dropping process, and the cut material drops into the grinding groove 28, and through rotation
of the rotary block 27, the material is extruded to a position between the grinding block 35
and the bumps 30, and then the material is ground and crushed, and the ground and crushed
material enters the access channel 40 along the gap between the screening block 37 and the
screening groove 36 after particles are small enough, and the material fragments slide into the
storage cavity 32 along the surface of the sealing plate 44; when the powder in the storage
cavity 32 is poured out, the cup body 10 is overturned, and the sealing plate 44 is gradually
driven by the second gravity block 45 to rotate along with the overturning of the cup body 10;
and during the pouring, the sealing plate 44 is driven by the second gravity block 45 to be
attached to the top wall of the storage cavity 32, and the access channel 40 is sealed.
[0017] The creative grinding cup has the advantageous effects that the creative grinding cup is
simple in structure, small in size, small in occupying space and convenient to put; in addition,
the material can be ground into powder after being put in the creative grinding cup, so that
hands are free from being directly contacted with the powder; moreover, the creative grinding
cup is beautiful in appearance, which is suitable for home use and is worth popularizing.

Claims (1)
1. A creative grinding cup, comprising
a cup body;
a cup head disposed on an end surface of a top of the cup body;
a base disposed at a bottom of the cup body;
a first gravity block configured to keep a center of gravity disposed in the base;
a rotation cavity arranged in the cup body;
a feeding channel which extending through the cup head disposed on a top wall of the rotation
cavity;
a chopping grinding component configured to cut a material into sections and grinding the
material sections into fragments disposed in the rotation cavity;
wherein the chopping grinding component comprises a grinding groove which is
communicated with the rotation cavity;
wherein the grinding groove is provided with a screening groove in a downward
communicating manner;
a storage cavity disposed below the screening groove; an access channel disposed between the storage cavity and the screening groove in a communicating manner; a removing channel with an inclined upward opening disposed on a top wall of the storage cavity; a sealing plate device, configured to seal the access channel to prevent the fragments from entering the access channel when the fragments in the storage cavity are poured out, disposed on the top wall of the storage cavity; an electric power component configured to provide electric power is disposed between the cup body and the cup head; wherein said chopping grinding component further comprises fixed rods which are fixedly disposed between inner walls of the rotation cavity; a motor shell fixedly disposed between the fixed rods; a motor disposed in the motor shell, wherein an upward output shaft of the motor is connected with a first rotary shaft; cutters disposed on end surfaces of outer sides of the first rotary shaft respectively; a second rotary shaft connected with a downward output shaft of the motor, wherein an end part of the second rotary shaft is connected with a rotary block; a grinding block disposed on the rotary block; a screening block disposed at a tail end of the rotary block; wherein the grinding block is disposed in the grinding groove, and the screening block is disposed in the screening groove; bumps are uniformly distributed on walls of the grinding groove; whereby after the motor is started, the first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft are driven to rotate, and the cutters are driven by the first rotary shaft to rotate, and the rotary block is driven by the second rotary shaft to rotate, and the material is put in the creative grinding cup from the feeding channel and drops in the rotation cavity and is cut by the cutters in a dropping process, and the cut material drops into the grinding groove, and through rotation of the rotary block, the material is extruded to a position between the grinding block and the bumps, and then the material is ground and crushed, and the ground and crushed material enters the storage cavity along a gap between the screening block and the screening groove after particles are small enough; wherein said sealing plate device comprises a groove arranged in a top wall of the storage cavity; a connection block fixedly disposed on a top wall of the groove; a sealing plate hingedly disposed at the connection block; a baffle plate disposed on the top wall of the storage cavity, wherein the sealing plate can be attached to the baffle plate; a second gravity block disposed on an end surface of a bottom of a a second side end of the sealing plate; whereby the sealing plate is attached to the baffle plate under the effect of the gravity of the second gravity block, and the material which drops from the access channel slides into the storage cavity along a surface of the sealing plate; when powder in the storage cavity is poured out, the cup body is overturned, and the sealing plate is gradually driven by the second gravity block to rotate along with overturning of the cup body; and during pouring, the sealing plate is driven by the second gravity block to be attached to the top wall of the storage cavity, and the access channel is sealed; wherein said electric power component comprises a battery cavity which is disposed in the cup body and has an opening facing a first side; a cover plate fixedly disposed at the opening of the battery cavity through screws; an electric wire connected to the motor, wherein the electric wire penetrates through the fixed rods and then enters the cup head upward; a starting switch and a closing switch which are configured to control power on and off of the electric wire disposed on the cup head, wherein a battery can be put in the battery cavity; whereby the motor is started through the starting switch, and the motor is closed through the closing switch.
