Abstract

This invention discloses a multifunctional pen, including a pen body 10, and a scale 12 is arranged arranged on an outer surface of the pen body 10. A pen core cavity 29 is arranged in the pen body 10 and is internally provided with a pen core device 100, wherein the pen core device 100 comprises a pen core 30 which can be replaced, and a pen point 13 is disposed at a lower end of the pen core 30; the present invention is simple in structure and convenient to use. The multifunctional pen can be used as the measuring scale to improve the convenience and the rapidness. A pen cap for closing can be avoided after using, so the condition that a gel-ink pen is difficult to use with the pen cap lost can be avoided, and the risk caused by swallowing the pen cap can be avoided.

Description

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of stationery, in particular to a multifunctional pen.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] After air drying, the ink of the pen tip of the neutral pen will be uneven or difficult for user to write, so it needs to be equipped with a pen cap, but the pen cap is easy to lose, and when children use it, there is a risk of swallowing because of its small size, and the traditional neutral pen has a single function. In view of the above disadvantages, this device is provided.

[0005] As an optimized technical proposal, the pen core device comprises the pen core; threads are arranged on upper side of the outer circumferential surface of the pen core; the fixing device comprises lower positioning blocks which are symmetrically and slidably disposed on inner walls of the clamping cavities; buffer grooves with opposite openings are arranged in the lower positioning blocks and the buffer grooves are internally provided with the clamping blocks in a sliding manner; an end surface of one side of each of the clamping blocks is connected with an inner wall of one side of a respective one of the buffer grooves through a respective one of first springs; lower end surfaces of the lower positioning blocks are connected with bottom walls of the clamping cavities through a second spring; an upper chute with an upward opening is arranged in the pen body and the upper chute is internally provided with the pressing block in a sliding manner; the threaded hole with a downward opening is arranged in the pressing block; a lower end surface of the pressing block is connected with a bottom wall of the upper chute through a third spring; the pen core cavity is arranged in the pen body and has a downward opening; an upper side of the pen core cavity is communicated with the upper chute; the pen core penetrates through the pen core cavity and the clamping cavities; the threads are screwed into the threaded hole; and the clamping blocks are inserted into the positioning grooves for fixing.

[0008] In conclusion, the multifunctional pen of the present invention is simple in structure and convenient to use; as the length measuring scales are arranged in the pen body, the multifunctional pen can be used as the a length measuring scale, so the convenience and the rapidness are greatly improved; meanwhile, after the device is used, a pen cap for closing can be avoided, so that the condition that a gel-ink pen is difficult to use when the pen cap is lost can be avoided, and the risk caused by swallowing the pen cap can be also avoided.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [0014] The invention will be described in detail below referring to the FIGs and embodiment. The methods of the present invention include, but are not limited to the following embodiment.
[0015] As shown in Figures 1-5, a multifunctional pen according to the invention comprises a pen body 10, and length measuring scale 12 which are able to make the multifunctional pen function as a ruler are arranged on an outer surface of the pen body 10; a pen core cavity 29 is arranged in the pen body 10 and is internally provided with a pen core device 100; wherein the pen core device 100 comprises a pen core 30 which can be replaced; a pen point 13 is disposed at a lower end of the pen core 30; positioning grooves 46 are arranged in an outer circumferential surface of the pen core 30; a fixing device 200 is disposed in the pen body 10, and the fixing device 200 which is used for fixing the pen core 30 comprises two of clamping cavities 28 arranged in the pen body 10; clamping blocks 45 are disposed in the clamping cavities 28 and can be coupled with the positioning grooves 46; the fixing device 200 futher comprises a pressing block 11; wherein a threaded hole 26 is arranged in the pressing block 11; a position holding device 300 is disposed in the pen body 10 and comprises auxiliary teeth 34 and a main tooth 36; the auxiliary teeth 34 abut against the main tooth 36 so as to realize position holding; a control rod 14 is disposed in the position holding device 300 , wherein the control rod 14 can be manually pressed to pull back the pen core 30; a pen point protection device 400 is disposed in the pen body 10, and is coupled with the position holding device 300; wherein two of rubber blocks 23 are symmetrically set in the pen point protection device 400; when the pen core 30 is pulled back, the pen point 13 is sealed by the rubber blocks 23.

2019202021 18 Apr 2019 openings are arranged in the lower positioning blocks 41 and the buffer grooves 43 are internally provided with the clamping blocks 45 in a sliding manner; an end surface of one side of each of the clamping blocks 45 is connected with an inner wall of one side of a respective one of the buffer grooves 43 through a respective one of first springs 42; lower end surfaces of the lower positioning blocks 41 are connected with bottom walls of the clamping cavities 28 through a second spring 44; an upper chute 15 with an upward opening is arranged in the pen body 10 and the upper chute 15 is internally provided with the pressing block 11 in a sliding manner; the threaded hole 26 with a downward opening is arranged in the pressing block 11; a lower end surface of the pressing block 11 is connected with a bottom wall of the upper chute 15 through a third spring 16; the pen core cavity 29 is arranged in the pen body 10 and has a downward opening; an upper side of the pen core cavity 29 is communicated with the upper chute 15; the pen core 30 penetrates through the pen core cavity 29 and the clamping cavities 28; the threads 27 are screwed into the threaded hole 26; and the clamping blocks 45 are inserted into the positioning grooves 46 for fixing.
[0017] Advantageously, the position holding device 300 comprises a control cavity arranged in the pen body 10; the control cavity 32 is communicated with the upper chute 15 and is internally provided with a main board 35 which is fixedly connected to an end surface of the pressing block 11; the main tooth 36 is fixedly disposed on an end surface of the main board 35; a spring groove 38 is arranged in a bottom wall of the control cavity 32 and is internally provided with a sliding block 37 in a sliding manner; an end surface of the sliding block 37 is connected with a wall of the spring groove 38 through a fourth spring 39; the control rod 14 is fixedly disposed at an upper end of the sliding block 37; an end of the control rod 14 extends to a side of the pen body 10; an auxiliary board 33 which is fixedly connected to an upper end surface of the control rod 14 is disposed in the control cavity 32; multiple groups of the auxiliary teeth 34 are fixedly disposed on an end surface of the auxiliary board 33; a middle chute 31 is arranged in the pen body 10; a cavity 24 is arranged in the pen body 10; a transmission rod 25 is fixedly disposed on the lower end surface of the pressing block 11 and extends downward into the cavity 24 by passing through the middle chute 31; and the upper positioning blocks 40 which are fixedly connected to the transmission rod 25 are disposed in the middle chute 31 in the sliding manner, and the upper positioning blocks 40 are disposed on the upper sides of the lower positioning blocks 41, so that when the pressing block 11 is pressed, the lower positioning blocks 41 are pressed through the upper

[0018] Advantageously, the pen point protection device 400 comprises a top block 17 which is disposed in the cavity 24 and is fixedly connected to the transmission rod 25; an intermediate shaft 19 is rotationally disposed on a wall of the cavity 24; hinge rods 18 are symmetrically and fixedly disposed on the intermediate shaft 19; a lower chute 22 is arranged in a side wall of the cavity 24; the rubber blocks 23 are symmetrically and slidably disposed in the lower chute 22; end surfaces of sides of the rubber blocks 23 are connected with an inner wall of one side of the lower chute 22 through fifth springs 21; wrapping cavities 20 is respectively arranged in the rubber blocks 23; the hinge rods 18 are hinged to the upper end surfaces of the rubber blocks 23; and when the multifunctional pen is not used, the wrapping cavities 20 perform wrapping protection on the pen point 13.
[0019] An implementation method of the multifunctional pen comprises the following steps that: Before the multifunctional pen is used, the pen core 30 penetrates through the pen core cavity 29 and the clamping cavities 28, and the threads 27 are screwed into the threaded hole 26, and the clamping blocks 45 are inserted into the positioning grooves 46 for fixing; when the multifunctional pen is used, the pressing block 11 is pressed, and the transmission rod 25 is descended to enable the top block 17 to be descended and enable the rubber blocks 23 to be far away from each other through the hinge rods 18, and then the transmission rod 25 presses the lower positioning blocks 41 down through the upper positioning blocks 40, so that the pen core 30 is descended to enable the pen point 13 to extend outside and at the time, the multifunctional pen can perform writing; and after the multifunctional pen is used, the control rod 14 is pressed, and the auxiliary board 33 drives the auxiliary teeth 34 to be detached from the main tooth 36, and the second spring 44 is returned and push the pen core 30 to move upward through the lower positioning blocks 41 for shrinkage, and the third spring 16 is returned and drives the transmission rod 25 to raise through the pressing block 11, and the transmission rod 25 drives the top block 17 to raise, and the fifth springs 21 push the rubber blocks 23 to enable the wrapping cavities 20 to perform wrapping protection on the pen point

Claims (4)

1. A multifunctional pen, comprising:
a pen body and length measuring scales which are able to make the multifunctional pen function as a ruler arranged on an outer surface of the pen body;
a pen core cavity arranged in the pen body and internally provided with a pen core device;
wherein the pen core device comprises a pen core which can be replaced;
a pen point disposed at a lower end of the pen core;
positioning grooves arranged in an outer circumferential surface of the pen core;
a fixing device disposed in the pen body, wherein the fixing device which is used for fixing the pen core comprises two of clamping cavities arranged in the pen body;
clamping blocks which are disposed in the clamping cavities and can be coupled with the positioning grooves;
the fixing device which futher comprises a pressing block, wherein a threaded hole is arranged in the pressing block;
a position holding device which is disposed in the pen body and comprises auxiliary teeth and a main tooth;
the auxiliary teeth which abut against the main tooth so as to realize position holding;
a control rod disposed in the position holding device, wherein the control rod can be manually pressed to pull back the pen core;

threads are arranged on upper side of the outer circumferential surface of the pen core;
the fixing device comprises lower positioning blocks which are symmetrically and slidably disposed on inner walls of the clamping cavities;
buffer grooves with opposite openings are arranged in the lower positioning blocks and the buffer grooves are internally provided with the clamping blocks in a sliding manner;
an end surface of one side of each of the clamping blocks is connected with an inner wall of one side of a respective one of the buffer grooves through a respective one of first springs;
lower end surfaces of the lower positioning blocks are connected with bottom walls of the clamping cavities through a second spring;
an upper chute with an upward opening is arranged in the pen body and the upper chute is internally provided with the pressing block in a sliding manner;
the threaded hole with a downward opening is arranged in the pressing block;
a lower end surface of the pressing block is connected with a bottom wall of the upper chute through a third spring;
the pen core cavity is arranged in the pen body and has a downward opening;
an upper side of the pen core cavity is communicated with the upper chute;

3. The multifunctional pen as defined in claim 1, wherein the position holding device comprises a control cavity arranged in the pen body;
the control cavity is communicated with the upper chute and is internally provided with a main board which is fixedly connected to an end surface of the pressing block;
the main tooth is fixedly disposed on an end surface of the main board;
a spring groove is arranged in a bottom wall of the control cavity and is internally provided with a sliding block in a sliding manner;
an end surface of the sliding block is connected with a wall of the spring groove through a fourth spring; the control rod is fixedly disposed at an upper end of the sliding block;
an end of the control rod extends to a side of the pen body;
an auxiliary board which is fixedly connected to an upper end surface of the control rod 14 is disposed in the control cavity;
multiple groups of the auxiliary teeth are fixedly disposed on an end surface of the auxiliary board;
a middle chute is arranged in the pen body;
a cavity is arranged in the pen body;
a transmission rod is fixedly disposed on the lower end surface of the pressing block and extends downward into the cavity by passing through the middle chute;

4. The multifunctional pen as defined in claim 1, wherein the pen point protection device comprises a top block which is disposed in the cavity and is fixedly connected to the transmission rod;
an intermediate shaft is rotationally disposed on a wall of the cavity;
hinge rods are symmetrically and fixedly disposed on the intermediate shaft;
a lower chute is arranged in a side wall of the cavity; the rubber blocks are symmetrically and slidably disposed in the lower chute;
end surfaces of sides of the rubber blocks are connected with an inner wall of one side of the lower chute through fifth springs;
wrapping cavities is respectively arranged in the rubber blocks; the hinge rods are hinged to the upper end surfaces of the rubber blocks;
whereby when the multifunctional pen is not used, the wrapping cavities perform wrapping protection on the pen point.
