Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 10, this embodiment of the present invention provides a container for containing a dry powder substance, including: a can body 1 and a cover body 2 covered on the can body 1, where the cover body 2 is detachably connected to the can body 1; a clamping piece 3 for clamping a dry powder spoon 4 is disposed on the cover body 2; the clamping piece 3 includes a first clamping portion 31 and second clamping portions 32 located on two sides of the first clamping portion 31; the dry powder spoon 4 includes a spoon head 41 and a spoon handle 42 connected to the spoon head 41; and an inner wall of the spoon head 41 is abutted against the first clamping portion 31, and an outer wall of the spoon head 41 is abutted against the second clamping portions 32.
Specifically, an internal space of the can body 1 is configured to store the dry powder substance; and the cover body 2 is covered on a top end of the can body 1, to seal the dry powder substance in the can body 1 and prevent the dry powder substance from being moisturized and deteriorated or mixing with a foreign matter, etc. The cover body 2 is detachably connected to the can body 1; and after the cover body 2 is opened, it may be appropriate to take the dry powder substance out from the can body 1. Generally, as the container for containing the dry powder substance has a large capacity and the dry powder needs to be taken for multiple times, the cover body 2 is detachably connected to the can body 1 to facilitate the opening and closing of the container.
In the prior art, a dry powder can is a cylindrical metal can generally and includes a can body and a can cover; and a powder spoon is often provided in the dry powder can. When the dry powder can is used, the can cover is opened, the powder spoon is used to take an appropriate amount of dry powder from the can body for edible use, and then the powder spoon is placed into the dry powder can. However, as the powder spoon is placed into the dry powder can, shaking or moving the dry powder can may result in that the powder spoon is buried in the dry powder and is not taken conveniently or the powder spoon is inserted into the dry powder and the powder spoon is not taken conveniently and the convenience in operation is poor, or even the dry powder is polluted when the powder spoon is taken.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the clamping piece 3 is disposed on the cover body 2 to clamp the dry powder spoon 4 conveniently. Generally, a sealing layer is disposed between a top end of the can body 1 and a bottom end of the cover body 2, and the sealing layer needs to be taken apart in use. Referring to FIG. 5, when the sealing layer is not taken apart, the dry powder spoon 4 is placed onto the sealing layer, i.e., the dry powder spoon 4 is located in a sealing space between the cover body 2 and the can body 1. When the dry powder substance in the container is for edible use, the sealing layer needs to be taken apart; and after the dry powder is taken, the dry powder spoon 4 is fixed on the clamping piece 3, so that the dry powder spoon 4 is taken by a user conveniently in next use; and thus, the use experience of the user is effectively improved, and the health hazard can be eliminated.
The clamping piece 3 includes the first clamping portion 31 and the second clamping portions 32; and two second clamping portions 32 are provided and are respectively located on two sides of the first clamping portion 31. When the dry powder spoon 4 is fixed, the inner wall of the spoon head 41 is abutted against the first clamping portion 31, and the outer wall of the spoon head 41 is abutted against the second clamping portions 32. Referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, when the dry powder spoon 4 is clamped on the clamping piece 3, an opening of the spoon head 41 is downward, so that a residual dry powder substance in the spoon head 41 is poured into the can body 1 to prevent the waste.
It is to be noted that the dry powder spoon 4 includes the spoon head 41 and the spoon handle 42 connected to the spoon head 41; and the spoon head 41 may be of a circular structure and an oval structure, which is not defined thereto. As one end, connected to the spoon head 41, of the spoon handle 42 is rough, the stability of connection between the spoon head 41 and the spoon handle 42 is increased. The spoon handle 42 may be of a shape shown in FIG. 5 to FIG. 7, and the specific shape of the spoon handle 42 is not defined by this embodiment of the present invention. Preferably, the dry powder spoon 4 is a plastic spoon, and the dry powder spoon 4 is an all-in-one piece molded integrally. Continuously referring to FIG. 5 to FIG. 7, small holes are provided on a bottom wall of the spoon head 41 of the dry powder spoon 4. When the spoon head 41 is filled with the dry substance, the small holes may exhaust the air to guarantee the amount of the dry powder substance. For example, when milk powder is drank by the infant, the milk powder and water must be blended according to a certain proportion, where the milk powder is generally measured by a flat spoon. Therefore, with the small holes on the bottom wall of the spoon head 41, the amount of the milk powder is guaranteed. The number and quality of the small holes are not defined by this embodiment of the present invention. Preferably, the small holes in a shape of a smiling face are provided on the bottom wall of the spoon head 41, so that not only may the air be exhausted, but also the appearance is original and the texture is superb.
It is to be noted that the container for containing the dry powder substance provided by this embodiment of the present invention is original in appearance, superb in texture, and practicable and portable. The container may be used for containing the dry powder and may also be used for filling a solid particle or solid powder product such as protein powder and coffee. Therefore, the container may meet the requirement on a food package.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the material and manufacturing manner of the can body 1 are not limited. The can body 1 may be made of metal or plant fiber composite paper. When the can body 1 is made of the plant fiber composite paper, the process is simple; nonetheless, a structure such as a moisture-proof film is needed to meet the sealing requirement of the container for containing the dry powder substance, and in this sense, the cost is improved. Preferably, the can body 1 is made of a metal plate. The metal plate has the advantage of high stiffness and strength, and is good in sealing property, clean and healthy, thereby being a best choice for the storage of the dry powder and other foods.
According to the container for containing the dry powder substance provided by this embodiment of the present invention, the clamping piece is disposed on the cover body, the first clamping portion is abutted against the inner wall of the spoon head, and the second clamping portions are abutted against the outer wall of the spoon head, so that the dry powder spoon is clamped to the clamping piece, the dry powder spoon is prevented from being mixed in dry powder, a user takes the dry powder spoon conveniently, the convenience in operation is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved; and furthermore, the health hazard when the user takes the dry powder spoon can be eliminated.
Further, the cover body 2 includes an upper cover 21 and a cover seat 22; the cover seat 22 is fixed on a top of the can body 1; the upper cover 21 is fixedly connected to one side of the cover seat 22 via a connection piece 23; the upper cover 21 is connected to the other side of the cover seat 22 via a clamping mechanism 24 in a clamping manner; and the clamping piece 3 is disposed on the cover seat 22.
Specifically, the cover seat 22 is fixed on the top of the can body 1, and the fixing manner is not specifically defined in this embodiment. For example, referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 9, a second clamped connection portion 2232 on the cover seat 22 is in clamped connection with a first clamped connection portion 114 on the can body 1 to fix the cover seat 22 on the top of the can body 1.
The upper cover 21 is cooperatively connected to the cover seat 22 to implement the detachable connection between the cover body 2 and the can body 1. Specifically, the upper cover 21 is connected to the cover seat 22 via the connection piece 23 and the clamping mechanism 24 in a clamping manner, and the connection piece 23 and the clamping mechanism 24 are respectively disposed on two sides of the cover body 1. The connection piece 23 may be a sheet molded by injection, may be bent repeatedly, and is configured to fixedly connect the cover seat 22 and the upper cover 21. Referring to FIG. 5, FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the clamping mechanism 24 is provided as a form having a bump and a clamping groove clamped, so that the repeated clamping between the cover seat 22 and the upper cover 21 is implemented. For example, the clamping mechanism 24 may include a buckle 241 on the upper cover 21 and a clamping groove 242 on the cover seat 22. With the repeated clamping groove between the buckle 241 and the clamping groove 242, the upper cover 21 and the cover seat are opened and closed.
For the container for containing the dry powder substance provided by this embodiment of the present invention, the use method is as follows:
Apply an acting force to the upper cover 21 to slip the buckle 241 off the clamping groove 242, so that the clamping mechanism 24 loses the clamping effect; lift the upper cover 11 upward, so that the upper cover 21 is turned over upward relative to the cover seat 22 under the action of the connection piece 23 to implement the opening of the container; remove an appropriate amount of dry powder from the inside of the can body 1 and clamp the dry powder spoon 4 onto the clamping piece 3; move the upper cover 21 downward till the upper cover 21 is abutted against the cover seat 22; and apply the acting force to clamp the buckle 241 into the clamping groove 242, so that the clamping mechanism 24 takes the clamping effect to implement the closing of the container.
In order to implement the sealed connection between the upper cover 21 and the cover seat 22, referring to FIG. 5, FIG. 6 and FIG. 10, an upper cover internal ring 211 and an upper cover external ring 212 are disposed on the upper cover 21. Furthermore, a sealing groove 213 is formed between the upper cover internal ring 211 and the upper cover external ring 212, an arc lug boss is disposed on the cover seat 22, and the annular lug boss is matched with the sealing groove 214 in a sealing manner, thus implementing the sealed connection between the upper cover 21 and the cover seat 22. In order to guarantee the structural strength of the upper cover 21 and particularly in order to prevent the deformation and damage of the upper cover internal ring 211 and the upper cover external ring 212 from affecting the sealing property, multiple reinforcing ribs 214 are disposed inside the sealing groove 213 along a circumferential direction. Certain ends of the reinforcing ribs 214 are connected to the upper cover internal ring 211, and the other ends of the reinforcing ribs 214 are connected to the upper cover external ring 212.
The clamping piece 3 for clamping the dry powder spoon 4 is disposed on the cover seat 22. Specifically, referring to FIG. 6 to FIG. 9, the cover seat 22 includes a bottom wall 221, an inner sidewall 222 extending from the bottom wall 221 to a direction far away from the top of the can body 1, and an outer sidewall 223 bending and extending from the inner sidewall 222 to a direction close to the top of the can body 1; the first clamping portion 31 is a first protrusion portion extending from the bottom wall 221 to the direction far away from the top of the can body 1; the second clamping portions 32 are second protrusion portions extending from the inner sidewall 222 to a direction close to a center of the container; and the spoon head 41 is clamped between the first protrusion portion and the second protrusion portions.
Specifically, the cover seat 22 includes the bottom wall 221, the inner sidewall 222 and the outer sidewall 223, where the bottom wall 221 is of a flat-plate structure parallel to a circumferential sidewall of the can body 1, the bottom wall 221 extends upward to form the inner sidewall 222, and the inner sidewall 222 is perpendicular to the bottom wall 221. The inner sidewall 222 bends and extends downward to form the outer sidewall 223. The outer sidewall 223 is of a bent structure, and the inner sidewall 222 and the outer sidewall 223 form an inverted U-shaped structure. It may be understood that the bend in a structure of the cover seat 22 is a rounded-corner bend. Continuously referring to FIG. 9, an abutment portion 2231 is disposed on a top end of the outer sidewall 223. The abutment portion 2231 is of a step structure. When the upper cover 21 is covered on the cover seat 22, the abutment portion 2231 is abutted against the upper cover 21. The second clamped connection portion 2232 is disposed on a bottom of the outer sidewall 223. The second clamped connection portion 2232 may be a bump toward a center of the can body 1. The second clamped connection portion 2232 is in clamped connection with the first clamped connection portion 114 on the top end of the can body 1 to implement the fixed connection between the cover seat 22 and the can body
1.
It is to be noted that the direction inner” in this embodiment of the present invention refers to the inside of the can body 1, and the direction outer” refers to the outside of the can body 1. Moreover, the directions top” and upward” refer to the top when the container is vertically placed, and the directions bottom” and downward” refer to the bottom when the container is vertically placed.
In order to guarantee the reliability in fixation of the dry powder spoon 4, a height of the first proportion portion is smaller than a depth of the spoon head 41. Furthermore, the perpendicular distance between the first protrusion portion and the second protrusion portion is smaller than or equal to a thickness of the spoon head 41. In order to better fix the dry io powder spoon 4, the first protrusion portion is of an arc structure. An arc center of the arc structure is located on a central side of the container, i.e., the arc structure is protruded toward the outside of the can body 1.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the can body 1 includes a metal cylinder 11 and a bottom cover 12 fixed on a bottom end of the metal cylinder 11, where the metal cylinder 11 and the bottom cover 12 may be an all-in-one piece molded integrally.
In the prior art, a container for containing a dry powder substance, such as a dry powder can, is a cylindrical metal can generally and includes a can body and a can cover; and after the can cover is opened, an appropriate amount of dry powder may be taken out of the can body for use. However, the cylindrical metal canned container has a large diameter and is held difficultly by a single hand. When the container is taken and placed, the can body must be held tightly by both hands and thus the convenience in operation is poor.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the metal cylinder 11 is a rectangle-like cylinder. Specifically, the metal cylinder 11 includes two first sidewalls 111 disposed oppositely at an interval along a length direction, and two second sidewalls disposed oppositely at an interval along a width direction; an arc connecting wall 113 is disposed between each first sidewall 111 and an adjacent second sidewall 112; and the arc connecting walls 113 are respectively connected to the adjacent first sidewalls 111 and second sidewalls 112. That is, the cross section of the metal cylinder 11 is similar to a rectangle. Compared with the cylindrical container for containing the dry powder substance in the prior art, the rectangle-like container provided by this embodiment of the present invention is held and controlled by a single hand and is more beneficial to the operation of a user; and therefore, the use experience of the user is effectively improved.
It may be understood that the sizes of the first sidewall 111 and the second sidewall 112 are determined according to the capacity requirement of the container. Moreover, for a length of the first sidewall 111, considerations should be given to the reliability in single-hand holding; and the first sidewall 111 should be prevented from being overlong to result in that it cannot be held by the single hand.
Further, the first sidewall 111 may be a sidewall in a flat-plate structure; and the second sidewall 112 may be a sidewall in an arc structure, where the arc structure is protruded outward.
Still further, the clamping piece 3 is corresponding to a position of one arc connection wall 113. As most users use a right hand to operate, the clamping piece 3 is disposed on the left arc connection wall 113 preferably, and the direction left refers to a left side shown in FIG. 7. For example, the clamping piece 3 is disposed on the arc connection wall 113 at the position shown in FIG. 7.
When the dry powder spoon 4 is used to spoon up the dry powder substance, the dry powder is piled to be higher than a top surface of the spoon head 41, which is disadvantageous to calculate the taking amount of the dry powder. In view of this, according to the container for containing the dry powder substance provided by this embodiment of the present invention, a scraping edge 224 is further disposed on the cover body 22, and a length of the scraping edge 224 is greater than a diameter of the spoon head 41. The scraping edge 224 is a straight-line edge. After the dry powder spoon 4 spoons up the dry powder fully, the dry powder spoon 4 is scraped slightly on the scraping edge 224 to scrape down the unnecessary dry powder, and an upper surface of the dry powder in the spoon head 41 is flush with an upper surface of the spoon head 41, thus guaranteeing the accuracy of the taking amount of the dry powder.
In order to facilitate the operation of the user, the scraping edge 224 is corresponding to the position of one arc connection wall 113, and the arc connection wall 113 corresponding to the scraping edge 224 is adjacent to the arc connection wall 113 corresponding to the clamping edge 3. The arc connection wall 113 corresponding to the scraping edge 224 and the arc connection wall 113 corresponding to the clamping edge 3 are prevented from being located at diagonal positions to bring inconvenience to the operation of the user. Preferably, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, both the scraping edge 224 and the clamping piece 3 are disposed on the left side, the scraping edge 224 is located on one side close to the connection piece 23, and the clamping piece 3 is located on one side close to the clamping mechanism 24.
At last, it should be stated that the above various embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention without limitation; and despite reference to the
2019101313 30 Oct 2019 aforementioned embodiments to make a detailed description of the present invention, those of ordinary skilled in the art should understand: the described technical solutions in above various embodiments may be modified or the part of or all technical features may be equivalently substituted; while these modifications or substitutions do not make the essence of 5 their corresponding technical solutions deviate from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
