Abstract
The present invention discloses a waterproof thermal insulation box, comprising: a thermal insulation box body; and a thermal insulation box cover disposed on top of the thermal insulation box body to cover it. The thermal insulation box body is formed by folding a box body board, and the thermal insulation box cover is formed by folding a box cover board. The box body board and the box cover board are both rectangular. Box body clipping boards are provided at and connected to two close ends of the box body board, respectively, and box body supporting boards are provided between and connected to the box body clipping boards and the box body board, respectively. Box cover clipping boards are provided at and connected to two far ends of the box cover board, respectively, and box cover supporting boards are provided between and connected to the box cover clipping boards and the box cover board, respectively. Each of the box body board, the box cover board, the box body clipping boards, the box body supporting boards and the box cover clipping boards comprises a top liner sheet, a corrugated paper sheet, a thermal insulation layer, and a bottom liner sheet which are sequentially pressed from top to bottom. A wax layer is further provided on the top liner sheet at a side deviating from the corrugated paper sheet. Figure 1

WATERPROOF THERMAL INSULATION BOX
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to the technical field of packaging boxes and in particular 5 to a waterproof thermal insulation box.
BACKGROUND
Conventional seafood packaging boxes are usually in the form of traditional cardboard boxes. There is a gap at bottom of the traditional cardboard box. When the seafood with a 10 simple packaging is put into the traditional cardboard box directly, the cardboard box will be soaked due to the water or moisture contained in the seafood. The lifespan of the cardboard box is very short and it is impossible to prevent leakage of liquid. The traditional cardboard box does not have function of keeping cold, either.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Technical problems to be solved by the present invention is to provide a waterproof thermal insulation box, in which a box body board can be folded to form a thermal insulation box body directly, a box cover board can be folded to form a thermal insulation box cover directly, and the thermal insulation box cover is disposed on top of the thermal insulation box 20 body to cover it, thus forming the waterproof thermal insulation box. Since there is no gap, liquid inside the packaging box will not leak out. Therefore, it is convenient for transportation. The box is simple in structure so as to be used easily. Thereby the shortcomings in the prior art can be overcome.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides the 25 following technical solutions.
A waterproof thermal insulation box, comprising: a thermal insulation box body; and a thermal insulation box cover disposed on top of the thermal insulation box body to cover it, wherein the thermal insulation box body is formed by folding a box body board, and the thermal insulation box cover is formed by folding a box cover board; the box body board and 30 the box cover board are both rectangular; box body clipping boards are provided at and i
connected to two close ends of the box body board, respectively, and box body supporting boards are provided between and connected to the box body clipping boards and the box body board, respectively; box cover clipping boards are provided at and connected to two far ends of the box cover board, respectively, and box cover supporting boards are provided between and connected to the box cover clipping boards and the box cover board, respectively;
each of the box body board, the box cover board, the box body clipping boards, the box body supporting boards and the box cover clipping boards comprises a top liner sheet, a corrugated paper sheet, a thermal insulation layer, and a bottom liner sheet which are sequentially pressed from top to bottom; and a wax layer is further provided on the top liner sheet at a side deviating from the corrugated paper sheet.
In the waterproof thermal insulation box, four corners of the box body board are chamfered.
In the waterproof thermal insulation box, four comers of the box cover board are right angle corners.
In the waterproof thermal insulation box, the corrugated paper sheet is a C-flute cormgated paper sheet.
The technical solutions of the waterproof thermal insulation box according to the present invention stated above have following advantageous effects. The box body board can be folded to form the thermal insulation box body directly, the box cover board can be folded to form the thermal insulation box cover directly, and the thermal insulation box cover is disposed on top of the thermal insulation box body to cover it, thus forming the waterproof thermal insulation box. Since there is no gap, the liquid inside the packaging box will not leak out. It is convenient for transportation and use, and its structure is simple.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In order to make the technical means, inventive features, goals and advantageous effects of the present invention easy to understand, the present invention is further illustrated in conjunction with the specific drawings.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a waterproof thermal insulation box is provided, in which a box body board is folded to form a thermal insulation box body directly, a box cover board is folded to form a thermal insulation box cover directly, and the thermal insulation box cover is disposed on top of the thermal insulation box body to cover it, thus forming the waterproof thermal insulation box. Since there is no gap, liquid inside the packaging box will not leak out. It is convenient for transportation and use, and its structure is simple.
As shown in Figures 1-2, a waterproof thermal insulation box comprises a thermal insulation box body 101 and a thermal insulation box cover 201 disposed on top of the thermal insulation box body 101 to cover it.
As shown in Figures 3-6, the thermal insulation box body 101 is formed by folding a box body board 301, and the thermal insulation box cover 201 is formed by folding a box cover board 401. The box body board 301 and the box cover board 401 are both rectangular. Box body clipping boards 302 are provided at and connected to two close ends of the box body board 301, respectively. Box body supporting boards 303 are provided between and connected to the box body clipping boards 302 and the box body board 301, respectively. Box cover clipping boards 402 are provided at and connected to two far ends of the box cover board 401, respectively. Box cover supporting boards 403 are provided between and connected to the box cover clipping boards 402 and the box cover board 401, respectively.
As shown in Figure 7, each of the box body board 301, the box cover board 401, the box body clipping boards 302, the box body supporting boards 303 and the box cover clipping boards 402 comprises a top liner sheet 501, a corrugated paper sheet 502, a thermal insulation layer 503, and a bottom liner sheet 504 which are sequentially pressed from top to bottom. A wax layer 505 is further provided on the top liner sheet 501 at a side deviating from the corrugated paper sheet 502.
In the waterproof thermal insulation box according to the present embodiment, four comers of the box body board 301 are chamfered.
In the waterproof thermal insulation box according to the present embodiment, four comers of the box cover board 401 are right angle comers.
The waterproof insulation box provided according to the present embodiment, the cormgated paper sheet 502 is a C-flute cormgated paper sheet.
In summary, in the waterproof thermal insulation box according to the present invention, the box body board can be folded to form the thermal insulation box body directly, the box cover board can be folded to form the thermal insulation box cover directly, and the thermal insulation box cover is disposed on the top of the thermal insulation box body to cover it, thus forming the waterproof thermal insulation box. Since there is no gap, liquid inside the packaging box will not leak out. It is convenient for transportation and use, and its structure is simple.

A waterproof thermal insulation box, comprising:a thermal insulation box body; and a thermal insulation box cover disposed on top of the thermal insulation box body to cover it, wherein the thermal insulation box body is formed by folding a box body board, and the thermal insulation box cover is formed by folding a box cover board;the box body board and the box cover board are both rectangular;box body clipping boards are provided at and connected to two close ends of the box body board, respectively, and box body supporting boards are provided between and connected to the box body clipping boards and the box body board, respectively;box cover clipping boards are provided at and connected to two far ends of the box cover board, respectively, and box cover supporting boards are provided between and connected to the box cover clipping boards and the box cover board, respectively;each of the box body board, the box cover board, the box body clipping boards, the box body supporting boards and the box cover clipping boards comprises a top liner sheet, a corrugated paper sheet, a thermal insulation layer, and a bottom liner sheet which are sequentially pressed from top to bottom; and a wax layer is further provided on the top liner sheet at a side deviating from the corrugated paper sheet.
- 2. A waterproof thermal insulation box according to claim 1, wherein four comers of the box body board are chamfered.
- 3. A waterproof thermal insulation box according to claim 1, wherein four comers of the box cover board are right angle comers.
- 4. A waterproof thermal insulation box according to claim 1, wherein the corrugated paper sheet is a C-flute cormgated paper sheet.
