Abstract

This invention discloses a biomedical grinding equipment, comprising an engine block (10), a crushing cavity (33) with an opening in the top set in the inner top of said engine block (10), a loading hopper (31) arranged on the top end surface of said engine block (10), and a main rotating shaft (34) arranged to penetrate through the crushing cavity (33) from the left side to the right side. A plurality of blades (32) are fixedly arranged on the outer surface of said main rotating shaft (34). And the right end of said main rotating shaft (34) is in power connection with a first motor (30) which is embedded in the inner wall of said engine block (10). The present invention is simple in structure and convenient to use. The medicinal materials are initially pulverized and then ground, and the grinding effect is good and the efficiency is high. A BIOMEDICAL GRINDING EQUIPMENT
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biomedical grinding, in particular to a biomedical grinding equipment.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] The pharmaceutical industry and the biomedical engineering industry are the two pillars of the modem medicine industry. The biomedical industry consists of biotechnology industry and medicine industry. The biomedical industry has the characteristics of being high in innovation cost and investment risk, long in research and development period and the like. New knowledge, new methods and new fields of industrial technology are emerging one after another. Only if relevant personnel learn from each other can they ensure timely knowledge update. The biomedical engineering is the principle and method of comprehensive application of bioscience and engineering science. From the engineering point of view, the structure, function and other life phenomena of the human body are recognized at multiple levels in molecules, cells, tissues, organs and even the whole human body system. In the pharmaceutical process of biomedicine, some raw materials need to be ground. The traditional grinding mode adopts manual mortar, which is inefficient, time and energy consuming , and insufficiently ground.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a biomedical grinding equipment, so as to overcome the problems existing in the prior art.
[0004] The following technical plan is adopted by the invention to solve the abovementioned technical problems: the invention provides a biomedical grinding equipment, comprising an engine block, a crushing cavity with an opening in the top set in the inner top of said engine block, a loading hopper arranged on the top end surface of said engine block, and a main rotating shaft arranged to penetrate through the crushing cavity from the left side to the right side. A plurality of blades are fixedly arranged on the outer surface of said main rotating shaft. And the right end of said main rotating shaft is in power connection with a first motor which is embedded in the inner wall of said engine block. A cavity opening is set in the bottom of said crushing cavity, and a through pipe is communicated with the lower portion of said cavity opening, and a blocking assembly is arranged between said cavity opening and said through pipe, with a pushing cavity set in the right side of said through pipe and a rotary disc arranged in said pushing cavity. The center of the rear end surface of said rotary disc is fixedly connected with a power output shaft of a rotating motor, and the edge of front end surface of said rotary disc is fixedly provided with a fixed cylinder. A pushing rod which leftwards extends into said through pipe is hingedly coupled to said fixed cylinder. And a pushing plate is fixedly connected to the left end of said pushing rod. Said pushing plate is in sliding fit connection with said through pipe. A cavity is set in the left side of said through pipe, and a grinding box which extends onwards beyond the front end surface of said engine block is arranged below said cavity. A second motor is fixedly arranged on the left side of the outer top wall of said cavity. A lifting threaded rod is connected to the bottom of said second motor in a power matching mode. A lifting threaded block is set in said lifting threaded rod in threaded fit connection. A grinding motor is embedded in the right end surface of said lifting threaded block. And a rotating shaft is connected to the bottom surface of said grinding motor in a power matching mode, and the bottom surface of said rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a grinding head.
[0005] As an optimized technical proposal, said blocking assembly comprises a sliding cavity which is communicated with said through pipe, arranged on the right side of said through pipe. A driving motor is fixedly disposed on the outer wall of the right side of said sliding cavity, and the left end surface of said driving motor is in a power matching connection with a driving threaded rod. Said driving threaded rod is in threaded fit with a driving blocking plate which is in sliding connection with said sliding cavity. A rubber pad is fixedly arranged at the left end of said driving blocking plate.

The driving threaded rod drives the driving blocking plate to slide rightwards, and the through pipe is opened, controlling the driving motor to stop running, and the medicinal materials fall into the through pipe from the cavity opening, so that preliminary crushing on the medicinal materials is carried out.

The lifting threaded rod drives the lifting threaded block to move downwards until the grinding head touches the surface of the medicinal materials, and the second motor is controlled to stop rotating. And then the grinding motor is controlled to operate and drive the rotating shaft and the grinding head to rotate and grind. In the grinding process, the height of the grinding head can be adjusted through the second motor depending on the circumstance, so that a good grinding effect is achieved.

Next, said second motor 42 is controlled to rotate and drive said lifting threaded rod 46 to rotate. Said lifting threaded rod 46 drives said lifting threaded block 44 to move downwards, and said second motor 42 is controlled to stop rotating until said grinding head 48 is in contact with the surface of the medicinal materials. And then said grinding motor 43 is controlled to operate and drive said rotating shaft 47 and said grinding head 48 to rotate and grind. In the grinding process, the height of said grinding head 48 can be adjusted through said second motor 42 depending on the circumstance, so that a good grinding effect is achieved.

A biomedical grinding equipment, comprising: an engine block; a crushing cavity with an opening in the top set in the inner top of said engine block; a loading hopper arranged on the top end surface of said engine block; a main rotating shaft arranged to penetrate through said crushing cavity from the left side to the right side; a plurality of blades fixedly arranged on the outer surface of said main rotating shaft, wherein the right end of said main rotating shaft is in power connection with a first motor which is embedded in the inner wall of said engine block; a cavity opening set in the bottom of said crushing cavity; a through pipe communicated with the lower portion of said cavity opening; a blocking assembly arranged between said cavity opening and said through pipe; a pushing cavity set in the right side of said through pipe and a rotary disc arranged in said pushing cavity, wherein the center of the rear end surface of said rotary disc is fixedly connected with a power output shaft of a rotating motor, and the front end surface of said rotary disc is fixedly provided with a fixed cylinder; a pushing rod which leftwards extends into said through pipe hingedly coupled to said fixed cylinder; a pushing plate fixedly connected to the left end of said pushing rod and in sliding fit connection with said through pipe; a cavity set in the left side of said through pipe; a grinding box which extends beyond the front end surface of said engine block arranged below said cavity; a second motor fixedly arranged on the left side of the outer top wall of said cavity; a lifting threaded rod connected to the bottom of said second motor in a power matching mode; a lifting threaded block set in said lifting threaded rod in threaded fit connection; a grinding motor embedded in the right end surface of said lifting threaded block, wherein a rotating shaft is connected with the bottom surface of said grinding motor in a power matching mode and the bottom surface of said rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a grinding head.

The biomedical grinding equipment according to claim 1, wherein said blocking assembly comprises a sliding cavity arranged on the right side of said through pipe which is communicated with said through pipe; a driving motor fixedly disposed on the outer wall of the right side of said sliding cavity, the left end surface of which is in a power matching connection with a driving threaded rod, wherein said driving threaded rod is in threaded fit with a driving blocking plate which is in sliding connection with said sliding cavity, and a rubber pad is fixedly arranged at the left end of said driving blocking plate.
3. The biomedical grinding equipment according to claim 1, wherein the cross section of said grinding head is smaller than that of said grinding box, while the cross section of said driving blocking plate is larger than that of said cavity opening.

The biomedical grinding equipment according to claim 1, wherein an opening is arranged at the bottom of the left side of said through pipe, and a rabbet connected with said opening is set in said grinding box; when said rotary disc rotates until said fixed cylinder is located at the rightmost side, said pushing plate is located at the rightmost side of said through pipe; when said rotary disc rotates until said fixed cylinder is located at the leftmost side, said pushing plate closes to the leftmost side of said through pipe where said opening is located.
