The present utility model relates to a lampshade, especially to an assembled lampshade. 5 2. Description of the Prior Art(s)

Lamps provide lighting, and people are accustomed to use lampshades to soften and disperse the harsh light from the light bulbs. The lampshades come in a variety of designs and shapes in accordance with the structure of the lampshade, which can create different atmospheres. 10 A lampshade typically has a lampshade cover and a lampshade frame, and the lampshade cover fits snugly over the lampshade frame by sewing or adhering so that the lampshade cannot be disassembled. The inseparable lampshade results in increased shipping costs due to the large volume that occupies a large space during transportation. Furthermore, the structure of the 15 lampshade is almost hollow, and if accidentally squeezed or dropped, damage may be caused to the lampshade, and thus special care must be taken during transportation. In addition, because of the fixed structure of the lampshade cannot be disassembled, if the lampshade cover of the lampshade is defaced or broken, the whole lampshade must be replaced. 20 To overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings, the objective of the present utility model is to provide a lampshade which solves the problems that the conventional lampshade and the lampshade frame cannot be disassembled, which results in inconvenience in transportation and storage.

The present utility model provides a lampshade comprising a cover 2 2017100265 06 Mar 2017 sheet, a top frame, a bottom frame, and multiple fasteners. The cover sheet is flexible, and the cover sheet comprises a sheet body, a connecting portion, an attachment portion and multiple through holes. The sheet body comprises a top edge and a bottom edge opposite each other and two side edges opposite each 5 other. The connecting portion is mounted on one of the two side edges of the sheet body; the attachment portion is mounted on the other side edge of the sheet body opposite the connecting portion; and the connecting portion is detachably connected to the attachment portion. The multiple through holes are disposed on the top edge and the bottom edge of the sheet body at spaced 10 intervals. The top frame is detachably connected to the top edge of the sheet body, and the top frame has multiple holes disposed on the top frame, which correspond to the multiple through holes of the top edge of the sheet body of the cover sheet. The multiple fasteners are detachably connected to the multiple through holes of the sheet body of the cover sheet to connect the multiple holes of the top frame and the multiple apertures of the bottom frame. 20 Preferably, the connection portion is connected to the attachment portion by sewing.

Preferably, the connection portion is detachably engaged with the attachment portion.

The lamp holder is provided at the center of the ring, and the two ends of each of the at least one arm are respectively connected with the lamp holder and the ring, wherein the multiple apertures disposed on the ring correspond to the multiple through holes of the bottom edge of the sheet body 5 of the cover sheet.

Preferably, the connection portion further comprises multiple tabs mounted on one of the two side edges of the sheet body. More preferably, the multiple tabs are spaced from each other equidistantly.

Preferably, an end of each of the multiple tabs that is distal from the 10 sheet body has a length longer than a length of another end of each of the multiple tabs that is connected to the sheet body.

Preferably, the attachment portion further comprises multiple slots, the multiple slots are disposed on said the other side edge of the sheet body that is opposite the connecting portion, and the multiple slots each respectively 15 correspond to the multiple tabs of the connection portion.

Preferably, the attachment portion further comprises multiple notches, the multiple notches are recessed on said the other side edge of the sheet body that is opposite the connecting portion, and the multiple notches each respectively correspond to the multiple tabs of the connection portion. 20 Preferably, the diameter of each of the multiple notches of the attachment portion is shorter than the length of the end of each of the multiple tabs that is distal from the sheet body, and equal to or longer than the length of the end of each of the multiple tabs that is connected to the sheet body.

Preferably, the top edge and the bottom edge are arc-shaped, and the length of the bottom edge of the sheet body is longer than the length of the top edge thereof. 5 Preferably, the multiple fasteners are snaps, bolts, or buttons.

The present utility model has the advantages that the cover sheet, the top frame, the bottom frame, and the multiple fasteners of the lampshade are detachable so that the lampshade of the present utility model saves space and cost for transportation. Moreover, when the cover sheet is defaced or broken, 10 the user only needs to replace the cover sheet of the lampshade.

The cover sheet which is flexible may engage with the top frame and the bottom frame without sewing or adhering, and the connecting strength between the cover sheet and the top frame and the bottom frame are enhanced by the multiple fasteners. Therefore, the lampshade of the present utility model 15 solves the problems that the conventional lampshade and the lampshade frame cannot be disassembled, which results in inconvenience in transportation and storage.

With reference to Fig. 1 and 2, the first preferred embodiment of the lampshade of the present utility model comprises a cover sheet 10, a top frame 20, a bottom frame 30, and multiple fasteners 40. In this embodiment, the cover sheet 10 is made of heat-resistant plastic such as polypropylene or polyethylene 15 terephthalate, and the cover sheet 10 is integrally formed, but not limited thereto. The cover sheet 10 has flexibility. The cover sheet 10 comprises a sheet body 11, a connecting portion 12, an attachment portion 13 and multiple through holes 14. The sheet body 11 comprises a top edge 111 and a bottom edge 112 opposite each other, and the length of the top edge 111 of the sheet 20 body 11 is equal to the length of the bottom edge 112 thereof. The connecting portion 12 is mounted on one of the two side edges of the sheet body 11; the attachment portion 13 is mounted on the other side edge of the sheet body 11 that is opposite the connecting portion 12; and the connecting portion 12 is detachably connected to the attachment portion 13. The multiple through holes 14 are disposed on the top edge 111 and the bottom edge 112 of the sheet body 11 at spaced intervals. 15 The top frame 20 is detachably connected to the top edge 111 of the sheet body 11, and the top frame 20 has multiple holes 21 disposed on the top frame 20, which corresponds to the multiple through holes 14 of the top edge 111 of the sheet body 11 of the cover sheet 10. The bottom frame 30 is detachably connected to the bottom edge 112 of the sheet body 11, and the 20 bottom frame 30 comprises a ring 31, a lamp holder 32, at least one arm 33, and multiple apertures 34. The lamp holder 32 is provided at the center of the ring 31 to engage with a lamp. Two ends of each of the at least one arm 33 are connected with the lamp holder 32 and the ring 31. The multiple apertures 34 disposed on the ring 31 each respectively correspond to the through holes 14 of the bottom edge 112 of the sheet body 11 of the cover sheet 10. The multiple fasteners 40 are detachably connected to the multiple through holes 14 of the sheet body 11 of 5 the cover sheet 10 to connect the multiple holes 21 of the top frame 20 and the multiple apertures 34 of the bottom frame 30, thus the top frame 20 is engaged with the top edge 111 of the sheet body 11, and the bottom frame 30 is engaged with the bottom edge 112 of the sheet body 11. In other preferred embodiments, the fasteners 40 may be, but not limited to, snaps, bolts, or buttons. 10 With further reference to Fig. 3, in the second preferred embodiment of the lampshade of the present utility model, the shape of the multiple tabs 121 of the connection portion 12 and the shape the multiple notches 131 of the attachment portion 13 of the cover sheet 10 may be arc-shaped or in any other shape with an engageable contour. 15 With further reference to Figs. 4 and 5, the third preferred embodiment of the lampshade of the present utility model is similar to the first preferred embodiment. The differences between the third preferred embodiment and the first preferred embodiment are that the top edge 111 and the bottom edge 112 of the third preferred embodiment are arc-shaped, and the length of the bottom 20 edge 112 of the sheet body 11 is longer than the length of the top edge 111 thereof, and the attachment portion 13 further comprises multiple slots 132, the multiple slots 132 are disposed on the other side edge of the sheet body 11 that is opposite the connecting portion 12, and the multiple slots 132 each respectively correspond to the multiple tabs 121 of the connection portion 12. 8 2017100265 06 Mar 2017

The multiple tabs 121 may be respectively engaged into the multiple slots 132.

With further reference to Fig. 6, in the fourth preferred embodiment, the end of each of the multiple tabs 121 that is distal from the sheet body 11 has the length LI longer than the length L2 of end of each of the multiple tabs 121 5 that is connected to the sheet body 11, and longer than the length of each of the multiple slots 132. The multiple tabs 121 of the connection portion 12 are flexibly engaged into the multiple slots 132 of the attachment portion 13.

With further reference to Fig. 7, in the fifth preferred embodiment, the connection portion 12 and the attachment portion 13 of the cover sheet 10 are 10 connected by, but not limited to, sewing.

With further reference to Fig. 1, in use, the connection portion 12 and the attachment portion 13 of the cover sheet 10 are connected to form a lampshade space, the top frame 20 is engaged with the top edge 111 of the sheet body 11 and the multiple holes 21 correspond to the multiple through 15 holes 14, and the bottom frame 30 is engaged with the bottom edge 112 of the sheet body 11 and the multiple apertures 34 correspond to the through holes 14. The multiple fasteners 40 fix the multiple through holes 14 of the sheet body 11 of the cover sheet 10 to connect the multiple holes 21 of the top frame 20 and the multiple apertures 34 of the bottom frame 30, thus the lampshade of the 20 present utility model is assembled. The user can use the lamp holder 32 to fix the lampshade on a lamp.

Claims (5)

1. THE CLAIMS DEFINING THE UTILITY MODEL ARE AS FOLLOWINGS:

   1. A lampshade, including: a cover sheet, which has flexibility, the cover sheet having a sheet body, which has a top edge, a bottom edge, and two side edges opposite each other, each of the two side edges is attached to the top edge and the bottom edge; a connection portion formed on one of the two side edges of the sheet body; an attachment portion, formed on the other side edge of the sheet body opposite the connecting portion, and the connecting portion detachably connected to the attachment portion; and multiple through holes disposed on the top edge and the bottom edge of the sheet body at spaced intervals; a top frame, which is detachably connected to the top edge of the sheet body, the top frame having multiple holes disposed on the top frame, the multiple holes correspond to the multiple through holes of the top edge of the sheet body of the cover sheet; a bottom frame, which is detachably connected to the bottom edge of the sheet body, the bottom frame having multiple apertures disposed on the bottom frame, the multiple apertures corresponding to the multiple through holes of the bottom edge of the sheet body of the cover sheet; and multiple fasteners, which are detachably connected to the multiple through holes of the sheet body of the cover sheet, the multiple holes of the top frame, and the multiple apertures of the bottom frame.
2. 2. The lampshade as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connection portion is detachably engaged with the attachment portion.
3. 3. The lampshade as claimed in claim 2, wherein the connection portion further comprises multiple tabs which are mounted on said one of the two side edges of the sheet body.

The lampshade as claimed in claim 3, wherein the attachment portion further comprises multiple slots, the multiple slots are disposed on said the other side edge of the sheet body opposite the connecting portion, and the multiple slots each respectively correspond to the multiple tabs of the connection portion.

The lampshade as claimed in claim 3, wherein the attachment portion further comprises multiple notches, the multiple notches are recessed on said the other side edge of the sheet body opposite the connecting portion, and the multiple notches each respectively correspond to the multiple tabs of the connection portion.
