Description
A PORTABLE OUTDOOR LOUNGE CHAIR Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a lounge chair and in particular to a portable outdoor lounge chair.
Background of the Invention
Traditional inflatable beds are generally consisted of heat sealing soft plastic film and air charging and discharging nozzles. Due to its structure, it is hard for a user to charge sufficient air into the inflatable bed without using a professional air charging device, which makes the product hard to use. In addition, even if the product is fully charged, it is also inconvenient to discharge after use, which significantly reduces its practicability. Further, most of the inflatable beds are made by PVC (polyvinyl chloride) soft rubber, whose toxicity can not be ignored. What's more, since the product is to be used repeatedly, an inflatable bed made by thick film will be very inconvenient for a user to carry due to its increased size and weight. In the case of a user not carrying a charging device, the inflatable bed will be unpractical since there is no access to a charging device at the outside, which is inconvenient for travelers.
To overcome the deficiencies in the above structure of traditional inflatable beds, Chinese patent 205180903U discloses an inflatable bed in which the airbag is divided into a left airbag and a right airbag which are in a U-shaped communication. Inside the airbag a secondary airbag is provided which is also divided into a left secondary airbag and a right secondary airbag which are also in a U-shaped communication. Front end of the airbag is provided with an inwardly reliable bag mouth. The product is designed to be charged by catching the wind, which overcomes the deficiency of the prior product that must be charged by professional charging devices and thus not convenient to carry out. However, this structure still has an obvious disadvantage: two air inlets makes it hard to charge air and leads to a poor sealing effect. Furthermore, due to its structure, outer cloth bag of this bed cannot be disassembled to clean. In addition, there is no back support in this bed, thus a user can only lie down but cannot sit against it, which cannot meet the requirement of consumers.
Given the above, it is required to provide a portable outdoor lounge chair that is easy to charge air and clean and provides good sealing effect and improved comfort, to overcome the deficiencies in the portable outdoor inflatable products in the market that are not allowed to disassemble the airbag to clean, hard to be charged, poorly sealed, and cannot meet the requirement of consumers.
Summary of the Invention
The present invention is to overcome the deficiencies in the portable outdoor inflatable products in the market that are not allowed to disassemble the outer airbag to clean, hard to be charged, poorly sealed, and cannot meet the requirement of consumers. The technical problems to be solved by the present invention is to provide a portable outdoor lounge chair that is easy to charge and clean and provides good sealing effect and improved comfort.
To solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a portable outdoor lounge chair, comprising an airbag component and a sleeve component. The airbag component comprises a first airbag, a second airbag, a connecting portion, a female adhesive strip, a sealing means, a female buckle and a male buckle. Tail portions of the first airbag and the second airbag are both closed and are not in air communication with each other. The connecting portion is provided on opening portions of the first airbag and the second airbag, front end of the connecting portion is provided with an air inlet, and the sealing means and the female adhesive strip are provided on the connecting portion. The male buckle and the female buckle that are configured to fit with each other are respectively provided on two sides of the sealing means. The sleeve component comprises a sleeve body and a male adhesive strip, wherein the male adhesive strip is provided on an opening portion of the sleeve body for connecting with the female adhesive strip on the connecting portion of the airbag component.
Preferably, the portable outdoor lounge chair further comprises a backrest angle adjusting component. The backrest angle adjusting component comprises a first drawstring, a second drawstring and a clamping ring. The clamping ring is provided on a tail portion of the sleeve body, one end of the first drawstring is fixedly connected with the tail portion of the sleeve body, one end of the second drawstring is fixedly connected with the tail portion of the sleeve body, and the other ends of the first drawstring and the second drawstring are both twined on the clamping ring.
Preferably, the portable outdoor lounge chair further comprises a wind blocking film. The wind blocking film is provided on an inner wall of one end of the airbag component that is close to the air inlet.
Preferably, the portable outdoor lounge chair comprises one air inlet.
Preferably, the sealing means is a sealing rubber strip.
Preferably, the sealing rubber strip has a length of 72 cm, a width of 3 cm, and a thickness of 0.2 cm.
Preferably, the first airbag and the second airbag are cylindrical PE films.
The present invention operates in the following way. To use the lounge chair of the present invention, the airbag component is inserted into the sleeve component, with the male adhesive strip of the sleeve body connecting and fixing with the female adhesive strip on the connecting portion of the airbag component. Then the air inlet on the connecting portion of the airbag component is pulled to open, following by charging the first airbag and the second airbag with air by running. The sealing means on the connecting portion of the airbag component is then closed, followed by compressing the space in the first airbag and the second airbag by rolling, until the space in the first airbag and the second airbag can not be further compressed. Then the male buckle and the female buckle are clamped with each other to close and seal the air inlet.
Since the sleeve component and the connecting portion of the airbag component is connected through the male adhesive strip and the female adhesive strip, the sleeve component can be easily disassembled for washing when it is dirty, and after washing it can be assembled again for use.
It can be seen that the present invention provides a novel structure that is easy to charge air and has a small size and is light in weight. It can be charged without using any professional air charging devices and is also convenient to carry.
In a preferable embodiment, the present invention further comprises a backrest angle adjusting component, wherein the backrest angle adjusting component comprises a first drawstring, a second drawstring and a clamping ring, wherein the clamping ring is provided on a tail portion of the sleeve body, one end of the first drawstring is fixedly connected with the tail portion of the sleeve body, one end of the second drawstring is fixedly connected with the tail portion of the sleeve body, and the other ends of the first drawstring and the second drawstring are both twined on the clamping ring. In this case, when in use, the airbag component is inserted into the sleeve component, with the male adhesive strip of the sleeve body connecting and fixing with the female adhesive strip on the connecting portion of the airbag component. Then the first drawstring and the second drawstring on the tail portion of the sleeve body is drawn to be tightest, with the purpose to make the total volume of the air that the first airbag and the second airbag can contain as small as possible. Then the drawstrings are fixed on an opening of the clamping ring to lock the drawstrings.
Now the backrest of the inflatable lounge chair is nearly vertical which is suitable for seating. Then, the first drawstring and the second drawstring on the tail portion of the sleeve body are released to be as relaxed as possible, to make the total volume of the air that the first airbag and the second airbag can contain as big as possible. Since there is no change in the total volume of the air inside the chair, the air pressure inside the first airbag and the second airbag becomes lower, thus the backrest of the lounge chair falls backward to be nearly horizontal to be suitable for lying.
Therefore, the user can adjust the angle of the backrest of the lounge chair through the first drawstring and the second drawstring.
In a preferable embodiment, the present invention further comprises a wind blocking film provided on an inner wall of one end of the airbag component that is close to the air inlet. In this case, when closing the sealing means on the connecting portion of the airbag component, part of the air inside the airbag that is escaping from the air inlet will blow up the wind blocking film, which will thus block the air inlet, to effectively prevent the air from escaping from the air inlet until the sealing means is completely closed. This configuration provides a higher air charging efficiency and makes the charging more easy.
In a preferable embodiment, the present invention comprises only one air inlet which makes the charging more easy and provides a longer time of sealing.
In a preferable embodiment, the sealing means is a sealing long strip which is convenient to use and provide a good sealing effect.
In a preferable embodiment, the first airbag and the second airbag are both cylindrical PE film layers, which can provide a better sealing effect.
Therefore, the present invention is easy to charge air and easy to wash, provides a good sealing effect and improved comfort. Further, the present invention is designed to be charged by catching the wind, which is very easy to charge air and can be designed in a small size and light in weight, and can be charged without using any professional charging devices and thus convenient to carry.
