The present invention relates to a radial pin-hole chamfering device. Background of the Invention
An existing lathe has only one chamfering drill facing down. If it is necessary to machine holes on two opposite sides of a rotating shaft, two operations are required, with a hole being chamfered on one side of the rotating shaft in each operation. In this case, the machined holes on the two sides of the rotating shaft may be not concentric, leading to high defective rate. In addition, the machined holes may be chamfered on the two opposite sides of the rotating shaft by two operations, leading to low production efficiency.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a radial pin-hole chamfering device which can chamfer a radial pin-hole on a rotating shaft to be machined, allow for high chamfering efficiency and ensure high concentricity of the two chamfered radial pin-holes.
To realize this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solution. A radial pin-hole chamfering device is provided; an upper chamfering drill facing down and a lower chamfering drill facing up are provided on a base, and axes of the upper chamfering drill and the lower chamfering drill are on a same line; the upper chamfering drill is fixed on a front side of the base, and a support column is fixed on a rear side of the base; the upper chamfering drill is fixed at an upper end of the support column; the upper chamfering drill is equipped with a lifting mechanism and an operating handle for controlling the up and down movement of the upper chamfering drill; the 1 2016101632 14 Sep 2016 upper chamfering drill is interlocked with an output shaft of an upper driving motor, and the lower chamfering drill is interlocked with an output shaft of a lower driving motor; and the lower driving motor is fixed on the base, and the upper driving motor is fixed on the front side of the upper end of the support column.
The present invention has the advantage that the machined holes chamfered on the rotating shaft are highly concentrically, and the machining efficiency is greatly improved.

The present application will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and by embodiments.
As shown in Fig. 2, a radial pin-hole chamfering device of the present invention includes a base 1; an upper chamfering drill 2 facing down and a lower chamfering drill 3 facing up are provided on a base 1, and axes of the upper chamfering drill 2 and the lower chamfering drill 3 are on a same line; the upper chamfering drill 2 is fixed on a front side of the base 1, and a support column is fixed on a rear side of the base 1; the upper chamfering drill 2 is fixed at an upper end of the support column; the upper chamfering drill 2 is equipped with a lifting mechanism and an operating handle for controlling the up and down movement of the upper chamfering drill 2; the upper chamfering drill 2 is interlocked with an output shaft of an upper driving motor, and the lower chamfering drill 3 is interlocked with an output shaft of a lower driving motor 4; and the lower driving motor 4 is fixed on the base, and the upper driving motor is fixed on the front side of the upper end of the support column. The output shaft of the upper driving motor and the output shaft of the lower driving motor 4 are both arranged vertically. The controller is triggered to control both the output shaft of the upper driving motor and the output shaft of the lower driving motor 4 to rotate simultaneously.
The support column includes an upper support column 5 and a lower support column 6 which is sleeved on an outer side of a lower end of the upper support column 5; the lower support column 6 is fixed to the base 1; and the upper support column 5 can move up and down with respect to the lower support column 6, under the effect of the lifting mechanism. A working platform 7 is fixed on a front side of an upper end of the lower support column 6, and a motor fixing base 8 is provided between the working platform 7 and the base 1; the lower driving motor 4 is fixed inside the motor fixing base 8, and the lower chamfering drill 3 is located on the upper side of the working platform 7.A clamp for fixing a rotating shaft to be machined is provided on each of two opposite sides of the lower chamfering drill 3, and the clamp is fixed to the working platform. 3
