Abstract
DESCRIPTION The present invention relates to the technical field of outdoor leisure equipment, especially to a kind of chair pallet. A kind of chair pallet comprises pallet body, upper clamp chuck and lower clamp chuck, and said upper clamp chuck comprises universal connecting base and fixing base. The said universal connecting base is provided on the fixing base with a locking member to fasten the universal connecting base, and the said pallet body can be fixed on or removed from the said universal connecting base; a gripping mouth is provided between the fixing base of upper clamp chuck and the lower clamp chuck, and the fixing base and/or lower clamp chuck are provided with relevant locking units to lock the clamped piece in the gripping mouth. In the present invention, you can secure the pallet on the chair through the gripping mouth and adjust the pallet at multiple angles through the universal connecting base, thus improving the convenience of use. FIELD OF THE INVENTION

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART
[0002] In outdoor leisure, people usually like lying in a leisure chair to read or talk, usually carrying things such as mobile phone and drinks. These things are usually placed on the pallet on the side of the pallet. However, the current pallets are fixedly secured to the chair with single function, and cannot be fully used. Moreover, the chairs with pallet are usually folding chair and the storing of folding chair must be taken into consideration, for the large thickness of folding chair would occupy more space.

The first rotational fitting member adopts a structure of included angle (preferably 60-120° and most favorite 90°) ; one end of the first spin shaft is fixedly connected with the fixing base while the other end of the first spin shaft is provided at the end of first rotational fitting member. The first rotational fitting member rotates around the fist spin shaft, and a first locking unit is provided between the first spin shaft and the first rotational fitting member; the said second spin shaft is provided at the other end of the first rotational fitting member, and the second rotational fitting member rotates around the second spin shaft; a second locking unit is provided between said second rotational fitting member and said second spin shaft; said pallet body is installed on the second rotational fitting member. The above structure adopts two rotational connection ways with certain included angles and corresponding locking units, and can adjust the pallet body coupled to the chair frame at various angles to improve the suitability of different structures of chair.

The first rotational fitting member is provided with a first shaft hole, and said first spin shaft in provided in the first shaft hole; the first spin shaft comprises a first spin shaft body, an unlocking button and a first elastic member, and the said first spin shaft body is fixedly mounted on the said fixing base; the said unlocking button is provided on the first spin shaft body and can only slide axially along the said first spin shaft body, and the first elastic member is provided between the said first spin shaft body and the said unlocking button to provide pretension for said unlocking button; the free end of said unlocking button is provided with a press button and multiple first latches below the said press button and distributed circumferentially; the said press button shaft hole 4 protrudes in the first shaft hole. When the press button is pressed down, the said first latches disengage from the first slots, and the first rotational fitting member can rotate around the first spin shaft. The above structure provides a good locking unit for the first spin shaft and the first rotational fitting member for its simple structure and convenient use.

The retainer ring is provided with arc indentations uniformly along the circumferential direction. The arc protrusions buckle the retainer rings, and the radian of the said arc protrusion is no more than that of arc indentation. The above structure provides a good locking unit for the second spin shaft and the second rotational fitting member for its simple structure and convenient use.

The shaft portion matches the outer ring of the annular convex ring. Or else, the inner ring of the second shaft hole is provided with multiple limit bars circumferentially. The shaft portion matches with the outer ring formed by the multiple limit bars. By the configuration of the shaft portion and the outer ring, the reliability of limit unit moving on the second spin shaft is improved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0025] With the object of better understanding the technical scheme of the present invention by the technicians skilled in the field, further description of the present invention is made accompanied with figures and embodiments.

It is shown that the chair pallet of the present invention comprises pallet bodyl, upper clamp chuck 2 and lower clamp chuck 3, and said upper clamp chuck 2 comprises universal connecting base and fixing base. The said universal connecting base is provided on the fixing base with a locking member to fasten the universal connecting base, and the said pallet body 1 can be fixed on or removed from the said universal connecting base; the said fixing base and lower clamp chuck 3 take an inner concave structure, and when locked together, both of them form a gripping mouth 4 to clamp the chair frame. To realize the adjustment of pallet body 1, in another embodiment, a relevant universal connecting base is provided between the fixing base and pallet body 1. The shaft portion matches with the outer ring formed by the multiple limit bars. The outer ring of said limit unit 72 is axially provided with multiple second guide paths, and the said spin shaft body 71 is provided with a shaft hole. The inner ring of shaft hole is axially provided with multiple second gib blocks in the second guide paths.

Even if no clamping members are provided, so long as the size of gripping mouth 4 matches the size of chair frame, the pallet can be secured to the chair reliably.

1. A kind of chair pallet comprises pallet body (1); wherein: the chair pallet also comprises an upper clamp chuck (2) and lower clamp chuck (3); said upper clamp chuck (2) comprises a universal connecting base and a fixing base, and the said universal connecting base is provided on the fixing base with a locking member to fasten the universal connecting base, and the said pallet body (1) can be fixed on or removed from the said universal connecting base; a gripping mouth (4) is provided between the fixing base of upper clamp chuck and the lower clamp chuck, and the fixing base and/or lower clamp chuck are provided with relevant locking units to lock the clamped piece in the gripping mouth (4).

A kind of chair pallet according to Claim 1, wherein: the said universal connecting base comprises a first spin shaft ( 5 ), a first rotational fitting member ( 6 ), a second spin shaft ( 7 ) and a second rotational fitting member ( 8 ), and the first rotational fitting member ( 6 ) adopts a structure of included angle; one end of the first spin shaft 5 ) is fixedly connected with the fixing base while the other end of the first spin shaft ( 5 ) is at one end of first rotational fitting member (6), and the first rotational fitting member ( 6 ) rotates around the fist spin shaft ( 5 ), and a first locking unit is provided between the first spin shaft ( 5 ) and the first rotational fitting member ( 6 ); the said second spin shaft ( 7 ) is provided at the other end of the first rotational fitting member (6), and the second rotational fitting member ( 8 ) rotates around the second spin shaft ( 7 ), and a second locking unit is provided between the second rotational fitting member (8) and said second spin shaft (7); the said pallet node ( 1 ) is installed on the second rotational fitting member ( 8 ).
3. A kind of chair pallet according to Claim 2, wherein: the said first rotational fitting member (6) is connected to the fixing base. The first rotational fitting member (6) is (52) provided with a first shaft hole, and said first spin shaft (5) in provided in the first shaft hole; the first spin shaft (5) comprises a first spin shaft body (51), an unlocking button and a first elastic member (53), and the said first spin shaft body (51) is fixedly mounted on the said fixing base; the said unlocking button is provided on the first spin shaft body (51) and can only slide axially along the said first spin shaft body (51), and the first elastic member (53) is provided between the said first spin shaft body (51) and the said unlocking button to provide pretension for said unlocking button; the free end of said unlocking button is provided with a press button and multiple first latches (55) (54) below the said press button and distributed circumferentially; the said press button shaft hole 4 (54) protrudes in the first shaft hole. The said first latches (55) are limited in the inner ring in the end of the first shaft hole, and the inner ring in the end (52) of the first shaft hole is provided with multiple first slots (61) to couple with the said first latches (55). When the press button is pressed (54) down, the said first latches (55) disengage from the first slots (61), and the first rotational fitting member (6) can rotate around the first spin shaft (5).

A kind of chair pallet according to Claim 2 or 3, wherein: the said fixing base is provided with a mounting hole in the upper end, and the inner ring of the mounting hole is provided with a retainer ring, and the retainer ring is provided with arc indentations uniformly along the circumferential direction, and the outer ring in the connecting end of the said first rotational fitting member (6) is provided with snap rings that are arc protrusions uniformly along the outer ring, and the arc protrusions buckle the retainer rings, and the radian of the said arc protrusion is no more than that of arc indentation.

A kind of chair pallet according to Claim 2 or 3, wherein: the outer ring of said first spin shaft body (51) is axially provided with multiple first gib blocks, and the end of said unlocking button (52) is provided with a shaft hole, and the inner ring of shaft hole is axially provided with multiple first guide paths, and the first gib blocks are provided in the first guide paths.
6. A kind of chair pallet according to Claim 2, wherein: the said second spin shaft (7) comprises a second spin shaft body (71), a limit unit and a second elastic member (72). One end of the second spin shaft body (71) is fixedly connected with the first rotational fitting member (6), and the second spin shaft body (71) is provided in the second shaft hole. The said second elastic member (73) is provided between the second rotational fitting member (73) and the second spin shaft body (71). The limit unit (72) enters the second shaft hole and is fixedly connected with the second spin shaft body (71). The inner ring of the second shaft hole is circumferentially provided with multiple second slots (81). The outside of said limit unit is provided with a limit convex ring, and the limit convex ring contacts an annular convex ring. The outer ring of limit unit (72) at the outside of limit convex ring is provided with multiple second latches (74) be snapped-in the second slots (81). When the second rotational fitting member (72) is pressed (8) down, the second slots (81) are disengaged from the second latches (74), and the second rotational fitting member (8) can rotate around the second spin shaft (7).

A kind of chair pallet according to Claim 6, wherein: the limit unit (72) is provided with a shaft portion, and the inner ring of the second shaft hole is circumferentially provided with an annular convex ring, and the shaft portion matches the outer ring of the annular convex ring; or else, the inner ring of the second shaft hole is provided with multiple limit bars circumferentially, and the shaft portion matches with the outer ring formed by the multiple limit bars.

A kind of chair pallet according to Claim 6, wherein: the out ring of said limit unit (72) is axially provided with multiple second guide paths, and the said second spin shaft body (71) is provided with a shaft hole, and the inner ring of shaft hole is axially provided with multiple second gib blocks, and the second gib blocks are provided in the second guide paths.

A kind of chair pallet according to Claim 2, wherein: the said second rotational fitting member (8) is provided with a dovetail and a limit mouth, and the said pallet body (1) is provided with a dovetail-indent to suit the dovetail in its lower part (8) and is also provided with limit embossment to match the limit mouth.

A kind of chair pallet according to Claim 1-9, wherein: the said pallet body (1) is provided with tumbler holders and a strip slot (11), and the said tumbler holders comprise open-hole tumbler holder (12) and slot tumbler holder (13); the said pallet body (1) is also provided in its side with an opening slot (14) communicating with the open-hole tumbler holder (12).

A kind of chair pallet according to Claim 1-9, wherein: the said fixing base and the other end of said lower clamp chuck are hinged with a rotating shaft, and mutually locked with the other end of said lower clamp chuck; preferably, the said fixing base and the other end of said lower clamp chuck are respectively provided with hinged screw stem (9) and the hole groove (10) to accommodate the said screw stem (9); the free end of said screw stem (9) is provided with a tightening knob (101); the sectional area of said tightening knob (101) is larger than that of said hole groove (10), and matches the thread of said screw stem (9).

A kind of chair pallet according to Claim 1-9, wherein: the said fixing base and lower whole chuck (3) are provided with clamping members at the position of gripping mouth (4) respectively, and the inner wall of the clamping member is provided with an elastic buffer layer, and the outside of the clamping member is provided with a fixing rod, and the fixing base and lower clamp chuck are provided with fixing holes, and the said fixing rod interposes the fixing holes.
