Abstract

The utility model discloses a novel disposable safe injection needle, including a safe needle guard, a needle hub, a needle sheath and a needle tubing which are mutually matched for use, wherein the safe needle guard includes a sleeve for covering a needle, the sleeve is provided with a square flake for buckling the needle, a lower portion of the sleeve is provided with a bayonet for fixing the needle sheath; a circular ring for being connected with the needle hub is arranged below the sleeve; an inner wall of the circular ring is provided with an internally frosted convex-concave groove; the needle hub is provided with a needle bonding segment, a safe needle guard connecting segment and an internal cone joint end, and the safe needle guard connecting segment is provided with a locating ring for locating the safe needle guard and an externally frosted convex-concave groove for preventing the safe needle guard from easily sliding, wherein the circular ring is matched in the safe needle guard connecting segment of the needle hub after matching. The universal safe injection needle has a rational and simple structure, cannot be used for the second time, will not cause cross-infection, is difficult to scratch people, is easy to manufacture, has a low cost, and is safe in use, so that various injection syringes may be matched with safe needle guards. The safe injection needle has high universality and excellent practicability.

Description

DISPOSABLE SAFE INJECTION NEEDLE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The utility mode! belongs to the technical field of medical devices, and more particularly, to a disposable safe injection needle.
BACKGROUND
Disposable safety self-destruct syringes have been widely applied in the medical field, avoiding virus cross-infection caused by using unhygienic syringes. But some operators use a common disposable syringe for the second time or for many times due to a structure problem thereof, so that the cross-infection is caused through a violation operation of users, in order to eliminate a man-made recycle for reuse, people provide a self-destruct device in the common disposable syringe. However, although the disposable self-destruct syringe may prevent reusing the syringe, many inconveniences occur in the process of collecting, transporting and processing the wasted syringes due to the exposed injection needle after using. The wasted syringes may also be likely to stab medical staffs and other related personnel, thus causing the cross-infection of viruses and bacteria. Therefore, there is an urgent demand to design a novel disposable safe injection needle for protecting itself on the market at present.
SUMMARY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
Object of the Invention: in response to the deficiencies existing in the prior art, the object of the utility model is to provide a disposable safe injection needle. Such safe injection needle may not be used for the second time and will not cause cross-infection. During post-processing, a needle thereof is protected and is not prone to scratch people, so that it is beneficial for people's physical health. Moreover, the product is easy to manufacture, and has a low cost and a strong universality, so as to satisfy the usage requirements.
Technical solution: in order to achieve the above-mentioned invention object, the utility model employs the following technical solutions: A novel disposable safe injection needle includes a safe needle guard, a needle hub, a needle tubing sheath and a needle, wherein the safe needle guard includes a sleeve for covering the needle and a cylinder, a lower portion of the sleeve is connected with the cylinder via a spring buckle; the sleeve is composed of a sleeve arm and two sleeve inner walls symmetrically arranged at both sides of the sleeve arm to form a structure having an opened side, a square flake is arranged in the middle between the sleeve inner walls of the sleeve, the square flake and the sleeve arm form a 60-degree included angle; a conical head is arranged below the sleeve, and a clamping hole matched with the conical head for use is arranged above the cylinder; one end of the needle hub is a needle bonding segment, while the other end thereof is an internal cone joint end, and the middle part of the needle hub is a safe needle guard connecting segment matched with the cylinder for use.
An inner wall of the cylinder is provided with an internally frosted convex-concave groove, an outer wail of the safe needle guard connecting segment is provided with an externally frosted convex-concave groove, and the cylinder is fixed in the safe needle guard connecting segment after the internally frosted convex-concave groove is matched with the externally frosted convex-concave groove.
The bottom of the sleeve is provided with a bayonet for buckling the needle tubing sheath; and the periphery of the sleeve is provided with a sleeve reinforcing rib.
The internal cone joint end refers to a 6:100 joint.
The needle bonding segment is provided with a needle tubing sheath snap ring.
The safe needle guard connecting segment is provided with a locating ring for fixing the cylinder in the safe needle guard in the safe needle guard connecting segment inseparately.
The cylinder is a cylinder having an inner diameter ranging from 6.3mm to 6.7mm, and the safe needle guard connecting segment is a safe needle guard connecting segment having an outer diameter ranging from 6.4mm to 6.8mm
The needle tubing sheath is sheathed on the needle, and the needle tubing sheath is provided with a needle tubing sleeve reinforcing rib.
Advantageous effects: the disposable safe injection needle of the utility model has a rational and simple structure, may not be used for the second time and will not cause cross-infection. During post-processing, a needle thereof is protected and is not prone to scratch people, so that it is beneficial for people's physical health. Moreover, the product is easy to manufacture, has a low cost and is safe in use. Both a screwed syringe and a socket syringe may be matched so that various syringes may be matched with the safe needle guard; therefore, the disposable safety injection needle has strong universality. Moreover, the needle hub in a rational structure may control a residual quantity of injection within 0.02ml. In this way, the disposable safe injection needle is accuracy to inject, is safe and reliable, has good practicability, and may cause good economic and social benefits.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

As illustrated in Fig. 1 to Fig. 8, a novel disposabie safe injection needle includes a safe needfe guard 1, a needie hub 2, a needie tubing sheath 18 and a needle, wherein the safe needle guard 1 includes a sleeve 3 for covering the needie and a cylinder 4, a lower portion of the sleeve 3 is connected with the cylinder 4 via a spring buckle 5 to enable the sleeve 3 to move in a position of up-down 180° of the cylinder 4; the sleeve 3 is composed of a sleeve arm and two sleeve inner walls symmetrically arranged at both sides of the sleeve arm to form a structure having an opened side, square flake 6 is arranged in the middle between the sleeve inner walls of the sleeve 3, the square flake 8 and the sleeve arm form a 60-degree included angle; a conical head 7 is arranged below the sleeve 3, and a clamping hole 8 matched with the conical head 7 for use is arranged above the cylinder 4; an inner wall of the cylinder 4 is provided with an internally frosted convex-concave groove 9; the bottom of the sleeve 3 is provided with a bayonet 10 for buckling the needle tubing sheath 18 to fix the needle tubing sheath 18 before use; and the periphery of the sleeve 3 is provided with a sleeve reinforcing rib 17.
The needle hub 2 is composed of a needle bonding segment 11, a safe needle guard connecting segment 12 and an internal cone joint end 13, one end of the needie hub 2 is the needle bonding segment 11, while the other end thereof is the internal cone joint end 13, and the internal cone joint end 13 refers to a 6:100 joint; the middle part of the needie hub 2 is the safe needle guard connecting segment 12, an outer wall of the safe needle guard connecting segment 12 is provided with an externally frosted convex-concave groove 16, and the cylinder 4 is fixed in the safe needie guard connecting segment 12 after the internaliy frosted convex-concave groove 9 is matched with the externally frosted convex concave groove 16, the needle hub 2 and the safe needie guard 1 are not prone to slide and may be slightly turned to adjust the directions thereof, thus facilitating using; the safe needle guard connecting segment 12 is provided with a locating ring (15) for fixing the cylinder 4 in the safe needle guard 1 in the safe needle guard connecting segment 12 inseparately; the needie bonding segment 11 is provided with a needle tubing sheath snap ring 14; the needie bonding segment 11, the safe needle guard connecting segment 12 and the internal cone joint end 13 are in an integrated structure, so that it is easy to manufacture and has a firm structure. The inside size of the needie hub 2 is designed rationaliy, and the residual quantify of injection is controlled within 0.02mi.
The cylinder 4 is the cylinder 4 having an inner diameter ranging from 6.3mm to 6.7mm, and the safe needie guard connecting segment 12 is the safe needle guard connecting segment 12 having an outer diameter ranging from 6.4mm to 6.8mm. Both the cylinder 4 and the safe needie guard connecting segment 12 are mutually matched and are not prone to slide.
The needle tubing sheath 18 is sheathed on the needle, and the needle tubing sheath 18 is provided with a needle tubing sleeve reinforcing rib 19.
Working process: before use, the needle tubing sheath 18 is fixed in a specific position via a bayonet 10; during use, and after pulling up the needle tubing sheath 18, drugs for injection as required are absorbed by a syringe to inject, and after injecting, the sleeve 3 of the safe needle guard 1 is closed and matched with the cylinder 4 via the spring buckle 5, and then fixed with the clamping hole 8 via the conical head 7; the needie is buckled via the square flake 6 to completely lock; the fixed needie is firm and not prone to slide and may also rotate appropriately via a special structure of the needie hub 2, which is convenient to use and is safe and reliable in the meanwhile.
The disposable safe injection needle has a rational and simple structure, may not be used for the second time and will not cause cross-infection. During post-processing, a needle thereof is protected and not prone to scratch people, so that it is beneficial for people's physical health. Moreover, the product is easy to manufacture and has a low cost. Both a screwed syringe and a socket syringe may be matched so that various syringes may be matched with the safe needie guard. Claims (8)

1. A novel disposable safe injection needle, comprising a safe needle guard (1), a needle hub (2), a needle tubing sheath (18) and a needle, wherein the safe needle guard (1) comprises a sleeve (3) for covering the needle and a cylinder (4), a lower portion of the sleeve (3) is connected with the cylinder (4) via a spring buckle (5); the sleeve (3) is composed of a sleeve arm and two sleeve inner wails symmetrically arranged at both sides of the sleeve arm to form a structure having an opened side, a square flake (8) is arranged in the middle between the sleeve inner walls of the sleeve (3), the square flake (6) and the sleeve arm form a 60-degreen included angle; a conical head (7) is arranged below the sleeve (3), and a clamping hole (8) matched with the conical head (7) for use is arranged above the cylinder (4); one end of the needle hub (2) is a needle bonding segment (11), while the other end thereof is an internal cone joint end (13), and the middle part of the needle hub (2) is a safe needle guard connecting segment (12) matched with the cylinder (4) for use.

The novel disposable safe injection needle according to claim 1, wherein an inner wall of the cylinder (4) is provided with an internally frosted convex-concave groove (9), an outer wall of the safe needle guard connecting segment (12) is provided with an externally frosted convex-concave groove (16), and the cylinder (4) is fixed in the safe needle guard connecting segment (12) after the internally frosted convex-concave groove (9) is matched with the externally frosted convex-concave groove (16).
3. The novel disposable safe injection needle according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the sleeve (3) is provided with a bayonet (10) for buckling the needle tubing sheath (18); and the periphery of the sleeve (3) is provided with a sleeve reinforcing rib (17).
4. The novel disposable safe injection needle according to claim 1, wherein the internal cone joint end (13) refers to a 6:100 joint.
5. The novel disposable safe injection needle according to claim 1, wherein the needle bonding segment (11) is provided with a needle tubing sheath snap ring (14).
6. The novel disposable safe injection needle according to claim 1, wherein the safe needle guard connecting segment (12) is provided with a locating ring (15) for fixing the cylinder (4) in the safe needle guard (1) in the safe needle guard connecting segment (12) inseparately.

The novel disposable safe injection needle according to claim 1, wherein the cylinder (4) is a cylinder (4) having an inner diameter ranging from 6.3mm to 8.7mm, and the safe needle guard connecting segment (12) is a safe needle guard connecting segment (12) having an outer diameter ranging from 6.4mm to 6.8mm.
8. The novel disposable safe injection needle according to claim 1, wherein the needle tubing sheath (18) is sheathed on the needle, and the needle tubing sheath (18) is provided with a needle tubing sleeve reinforcing rib (19).
