Screwdriver Abstract The invention especially relates to a screwdriver. The screwdriver comprises a first holder located at the head portion of the handle, a limit recess close to head portion of the tool bar, the stopping sleeve moves freely along the tool bar, the stopping sleeve is kept at the 5 totally retracted position by the magnetic force, the limit recess is arranged to keep the stopping sleeve at the totally stretched out position and not to get out of the tool bar, the stopping sleeve projects a certain distance from the tool bit. Description

Screwdriver Field of the Invention The invention relates to hardware tools, especially to a screwdriver. Description of prior art A screwdriver comprises a handle, a tool bar, a tool bit, and the tool 5 bit is magnetic. It is needed to disassemble products during the overhaul of products, inserting the screwdriver into the mounting hole to unscrew the screw, after unscrewing of the screw, the screws go out of the mounting hole together with the tool bit because of the magnetic force between the screw and the tool bit, 10 when the overhaul is done, it is needed to replace the screw into the mounting hole so as to screw it. The often case is that the crew with the spring washer and the flat washer is unscrewed, both washers are usually separated from the screw, such that both washers are needed to replace to the screw and then inserted into 15 the mounting hole to be fastened. The steps of both replacements of the screw into the mounting hole and the washers into the screw to be replaced into the mounting hole increase the working time and the cost. Summary of the present invention 20 The object of the invention is to provide a screwdriver so as to solve the above problem. The screwdriver has the function of eliminating the stept of replacing the screw into the mounting hole or replacing the spring and flat washers to the screw to be replaced into the mounting hole, that is, the screw is still left in the mounting hole 25 after unscrewing. In the following, the technical solution will be discribed. A screwdriver comprises a handle, a tool bar and a tool bit. The stopping sleeve comprises a shell defining the shape, inside the shell arranging a through bore having a loose fit with the tool bar, a limit block cooperates with the limit recess, a second holder 15 interactes with the first holder and a projecting part interactes with the screw head, the projecting part close to the tool bit is arranged coaxially with the tool bar, the second holder is disposed proximate the handle, the limit block has a undirectional limit. The undirectional limit is achieved by the following structures, the limit 20 block comprises a stopping surface vertical to the tool bar and close to the tool bit, a communicated surface is vertical to the tool bar and close to the handle, a tilted surface connects the communictated surface and the stopping surface, the tilted surface directs towards the handle, the limit block presses the tool bar 25 under the elastic force all along, a slope cooperating with the tilted surface is arranged proximate the root portion of the handle to the limit recess. If the screw is not needed to be left in the mounting hole, the stopping sleeve is kept at the totally retracted position, which can 30 be achieved by that the first holder is arranged to be magnetic, the pole surface thereof is vertical to the tool bar, and the second holder is arranged to be a member with magnetic conductibility; or achieved by that the second holder is arranged to be a magnetic member, the pole surface thereof is vertical or parallel or slant to 2/8 the tool bar, and the first holder is arranged to be a member with magnetic conductibility. The third object of the invention is to provide a screwdriver, the stopping thereof has a friendly assemblability. 5 In the following, the technical solution will be discribed. The shell comprises two same half shells arranged up and down, the half shell is provided with a projecting claw hook, a non-circular bore for receiving the claw hook is arranged to the radially symmetric position of the claw hook, the non-circular bore 10 comprises a frist vertical portion parallel to the body of the claw hook, a second vertical portion parallel to and staggered with the first vertical portion, a horizontal portion vertical to the first and second vertical portion, the hook portion of the claw hook hooks the horizontal portion. The half shell comprises a frist pit for 15 receiving the limit block and the spring, and a second pit for receiving the second holder, the first pit comprises a narrow portion and a wide portion, a stair formed by the narrow portion and the wide portion defines the depth of the insertion of the limit block into the limit recess, the depth of the insertion of the limit block 20 into the limit recess is the depth of the insertion of the tilted surface of the limit block into the limit recess. Moving the stopping sleeve to the outlet of the mounting hole so as to keep the screw separated from the tool bit and to keep the screw remained in the mounting hole by the projecting part of the 25 stopping sleeve, thus the step of replacing the screw into the mounting hole is saved, or the step of replacing the spring and flat washers to the screw to be replaced into the mounting hole is saved, so the working time and the cost is reduced. Detailed description of the preferred embodiment Referring to Fig.1 and Fig.2, a cross screwdriver comprises a handle, a tool bar and a tool bit, the head portion of the handle arranges a 5 first holder, a limit recess is arranged proximate the tool bit to the tool bar, a stopping sleeve penetrated by the tool bar moves freely along the tool bar, the stopping sleeve is kept at the totally retracted position (see Fig.8) by the magnetic force produced between the first holder and the stopping sleeve. To avoid the wear and loosing 10 of the first holder caused by the frequent crash between the stopping sleeve and the first holder, the first holder is arranged to be studded in the handle, the first holder do not project from the head portion of the handle. The limit recess is arranged to keep the stopping sleeve at the totally stretched out position and not to get 15 out of the tool bar, the stopping sleeve projecting a certain distance from the tool bit when the stopping sleeve is in the totally stretched out position (see Fig.7). Referring to Fig.3 to Fig.5, the stopping sleeve has a cylindrical configuration, and comprises a shell defining the shape, inside the 20 shell arranges a through bore having a loose fit with the tool bar, a limit block cooperating with the limit recess, a second holder interacted with the first holder and a projecting part interacted with the screw head. The projecting part close to the tool bit is arranged coaxially with the tool bar, the second holder is disposed proximate 25 the handle, the limit block has a undirectional limit, the tail portion of the limit block cooperates with the helical compression spring. The shell comprises two same half shells arranged up and down, the half shell comprises a frist pit for receiving the limit block and the spring, and a second pit for receiving the second holder. The first pit 30 comprises a narrow portion and a wide portion, a stair formed by the narrow portion and the wide portion defines the depth of the insertion of the limit block into the limit recess. Referring to Fig.6 and Fig.9, the half shell is provided with a 5/8 projecting claw hook, a non-circular bore for receiving the claw hook is arranged to the radially symmetric position of the claw hook, the non-circular bore comprises a frist vertical portion parallel to the body of the claw hook, a second vertical portion parallel to and 5 staggered with the first vertical portion, a horizontal portion vertical to the first and second vertical portion, the hook portion of the claw hook hooks the horizontal portion. The width of first vertical portion is greater than the width of the claw hook so as to avoid the stucking caused by the distortion when the claw hook inserting into 10 the first vertical portion, a certain distance is arranged between the side wall of the second vertical portion and the claw hook so as to easily make mold and disassemble the claw hook, inserting the tool into the second vertical portion to push the hook portion of the claw hook out of the horizontal portion, such that the fastening 15 function of the claw hook is released, so the easy assembling is achieved. Fig.7 is a drawing of the screwdriver, wherein the stopping sleeve is at the totally stretched out position, and one half shell is hidden. The stopping sleeve is kept at the totally stretched out position and 20 do not get out of the tool bar, even the stopping sleeve is exerted a force directing from the handle to the tool bit, which is caused by the undirctional limit of the limit block, the stopping sleeve projects a certain distance from the tool bit when the stopping sleeve is at the totally stretched out position. 25 The undirectional limit is achieved by the cooperation between the limit block and the limit recess. Specifically, referring to Fig.11, the limit block comprises a stopping surface vertical to the tool bar and close to the tool bit, a communicated surface vertical to the tool bar and close to the handle, a tilted surface connecting the 30 communictated surface and the stopping surface; the tilted surface directs towards the handle, the tilted surface is arranged to be arc surface so as to increase the reliability of the sliding, the limit block presses the tool bar under the elastic force all along from the helical compression spring. Referring to Fig.10, the limit recess comprises a 6/8 wall vertical to the tool bar, the wall cooperates with the stopping surface of the limit block, a slope cooperating with the tilted surface is arranged proximate the root portion of the handle to the limit recess. 5 Referring to Fig.12, when the limit block slides above the limit recess along the tool bar, the limit block slides quickly into the limit recess due to the elastic froce produced by the helical compression spring located at the tail portion of the limit block. Due to the limit effect of the stair of the first pit, the depth of the insertion of the 10 limit block into the limit recess is the depth of the insertion of the tilted surface of the limit block into the limit recess. The stopping sleeve continues driving the limit block sliding till the stopping surface of the limit block tuches the wall of the limit recess, the stopping sleeve is limited in the limit recess not to continue sliding 15 to the tool bit, even the stopping sleeve is exerted a force directing from the handle to the tool bit. When a froce directing from the tool bit to the handle is exerted to the stopping sleeve, which drives the limit block sliding towards the handle, when the arc surface of the limit block tuches the slope located at the root of the limit recess, 20 both two slide with respect to each other, the limit block is forced to overcome the elastic force to move radially outwardly, the arc surface of the limit block moves to the tool bar with the help of the slope of the limit recess (see Fig.13), the stopping sleeve continues sliding towards the handle till the stopping sleeve touches the 25 handle (see Fig.8), because the first holder is magnetic, of which the pole surface is vertical to the tool bar, and the second holder is a member with magnetic conductibility, the first and second holder make the stopping sleeve stay at the totally retracted position through the effect of the magnetic field. Obviously, there are 30 another some manners to produce a magnetic field between the first and second holder, such as that the second holder is arranged to be magnetic, of which the pole surface is vertical or slant to the tool bar and the first holder is arranged to be a member with magnetic conductibility, such arrangement can also keep the 7/8 stopping sleeve stay at the totally retracted position; such as that the second holder is arranged to be magnetic, of which the pole surface is parallel to the tool bar, that is the pole surface faces the tool bar, which is a member with magnetic conductibility, such 5 arrangement produces a magnetic field between the second holder and the tool bar, such that the stopping sleeve can stop at any position on the tool bar, including the totally retracted position. Fig.14 to Fig.19 show the application of the screwdriver. Inserting the tool bit into the mounting hole to unscrew the screw, 10 the screw is attached to the tool bit and moves outwardly together with the tool bit, the stopping sleeve slides towards the tool bit and touches the external side of the mounting hole and the projecting part of the stopping sleeve inserts into the mounting hole before the tool bit moves out of the mounting hole, keeping moveing the 15 tool bit outwardly, the tool bar slides with respect to the stopping sleeve, while the stopping sleeve is motionless at the external side of the mounting hole, when the limit recess slides to the limit block, that is the stopping sleeve is at the totally stretched out position, the stopping sleeve projects a certain distance from the tool bit at 20 the position where the stooping sleeve is at totally stretched out position, so the screw is separated from the tool bit and is kept to stay in the mounting hole by the projecting part of the stopping sleeve, taking the screwdriver away to finish the screw assembling, in order to make the next assembling easy, returning the stopping 25 sleeve to the handle, that is the stopping sleeve is at the totally retracted position 8/8

Claims (8)

1. A screwdriver, comprising a handle, a tool bar and a tool bit, characterized in that the head portion of the handle arranges a first holder, a limit recess arranged proximate the tool bit to the tool bar, the stopping sleeve 5 penetrated by the tool bar moving freely along the tool bar, the stopping sleeve kept at the totally retracted position by the magnetic force produced between the first holder and the stopping sleeve, the limit recess arranged to keep the stopping sleeve at the totally stretched out position and not to get out of the tool bar, the 10 stopping sleeve projecting a certain distance from the tool bit when the stopping sleeve is in the totally stretched out position.

A screwdriver according to claim 1, characterized in that the stopping sleeve comprises a shell defining the shape, inside the 15 shell arranging a through bore having a loose fit with the tool bar, a limit block cooperating with the limit recess, a second holder interacted with the first holder and a projecting part interacted with the scresw head, the projecting part close to the tool bit being arranged coaxially with the tool bar, the second holder disposed 20 proximate the handle, the limit block having a undirectional limit.

A screwdriver according to claim 2, characterized in that the undirectional limit is achieved by the following structures, the limit block compring a stopping surface vertical to the tool bar and 25 close to the tool bit, a communicated surface vertical to the tool bar and close to the handle, a tilted surface connecting the communictated surface and the stopping surface, the tilted surface directing towards the handle, the limit block pressing the tool bar under the elastic force all along, a slope cooperating with the tilted 30 surface being arranged proximate the root portion of the handle to the limit recess. 1/2
4. A screwdriver according to claim 3, characterized in that the first holder is magnetic, and the pole surface thereof is vertical to the tool bar.
5 5. A screwdriver according to claim 3, characterized in that the second holder is magnetic, and the pole surface thereof is vertical or parallel or slant to the tool bar.

A screwdriver according to claim 2, characterized in that 10 the shell comprises two same half shells arranged up and down, the half shell provided with a projecting claw hook, a non-circular bore for receiving the claw hook being arranged to the radially symmetric position of the claw hook, the non-circular bore comprising a frist vertical portion parallel to the body of the claw hook, a second 15 vertical portion parallel to and staggered with the first vertical portion, a horizontal portion vertical to the first and second vertical portion, the hook portion of the claw hook hooking the horizontal portion. 20

A screwdriver according to claim 6, characterized in that the half shell comprises a frist pit for receiving the limit block and the spring, and a second pit for receiving the second holder, the first pit comprising a narrow portion and a wide portion, a stair formed by the narrow portion and the wide portion defining the depth of 25 the insertion of the limit block into the limit recess.
8. A screwdriver according to claim 7, characterized in that the depth of the insertion of the limit block into the limit recess is the depth of the insertion of the tilted surface of the limit block into 30 the limit recess. 2/2
