Description
Description Clutch Device for Servo Synchronous Tapping Machines Technical Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a clutch device for a servo synchronous tapping machine. Background of the Invention Tapping machines are usually automatic tapping devices driven by servo motors. Such a device transfers power to a main shaft by the fit of a synchronous wheel and a transmission belt. However, as the whole equipment has a tremendous quantity of parts, the whole machine has large weight. During the use, it is difficult to perform the adjustment of speed. It is also difficult to control the depth and force of tapping. As a result, the equipment may be damaged, if the force of tapping is too large, due to the lack of any protection device. Summary of the Invention In view of the problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a technical solution of a clutch device for a servo synchronous tapping machine. A clutch device for a servo synchronous tapping machine is provided, including a fixed seat, a synchronous wheel, a main shaft, a clutch and a ball screw, which are provided on one side of a tapping machine, the synchronous wheel being connected to one end of the main shaft via a flat key, the synchronous wheel being in transmission fit with a synchronous wheel on a shaft of a servo motor by a belt, the other end of the main shaft passing through the fixed seat to be in fit connection with one end of the clutch, the 1 other end of the clutch being connected with a ball screw, characterized in that the clutch is formed of an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve which are fitted with each other, the upper end of the inner sleeve being connected to the lower end of a main shaft by a flat key, the lower end of the outer sleeve being connected to a ball screw by a flat key; and, the inner sleeve is sheathed into the outer sleeve, the main body of the inner sleeve being provided with a transverse hole in which a spring and two steel balls are provided, the diameter of the steel balls being matched with the diameter of the transverse hole, the steel balls being located at two ends of the spring, steel ball limiting holes being respectively provided on the outer wall of the outer sleeve in the direction of the transverse hole, the diameter of the steel ball limiting holes being less than the diameter of the steel balls, the steel balls being disposed between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve. Preferably, a first bearing is provided between the main shaft and the fixed seat, and a second bearing is provided between the inner sleeve and the fixed seat. Herein, the force of tapping is controlled by a clutch device. If the force of tapping is too large or the material to be tapped is too hard, the inner sleeve of the clutch will slip off the outer sleeve, and the damage to the equipment is thus avoided. Brief Description of the Drawing Fig. 1 is a structure diagram of the present invention; Fig. 2 is a structure diagram of a main shaft according to the present invention; Fig. 3 is a structure diagram of an inner sleeve according to the present invention; and Fig. 4 is a structure diagram of an outer sleeve according to the present invention. 2 Detailed Descrition of the Invention The present invention will be further described as below with reference to the accompanying drawings. A clutch device for a servo synchronous tapping machine is provided, including a fixed seat 1, a synchronous wheel 2, a main shaft 3, a clutch and a ball screw 6, which are provided on one side of a tapping machine, the synchronous wheel 2 being connected to one end of the main shaft 3 via a flat key, the synchronous wheel 2 being in transmission fit with a synchronous wheel on a shaft of a servo motor by a belt, the other end of the main shaft 3 passing through the fixed seat 1 to be in fit connection with one end of the clutch, the other end of the clutch being connected with a ball screw 6, wherein the clutch is formed of an inner sleeve 4 and an outer sleeve 5 which are fitted with each other, the upper end of the inner sleeve 4 being connected to the lower end of a main shaft 3 by a flat key, the lower end of the outer sleeve 5 being connected to a ball screw 6 by a flat key; and, the inner sleeve 4 is sheathed into the outer sleeve 5 and is able to rotate in the outer sleeve 5,the main body of the inner sleeve 4 being provided with a transverse hole 12 in which a spring 10 and two steel balls 9 are provided, the diameter of the steel balls 9 being matched with the diameter of the transverse hole 12, the steel balls 9 being located at two ends of the spring 10, steel ball limiting holes 11 being respectively provided on the outer wall of the outer sleeve 5 in the direction of the transverse hole 12, the diameter of the steel ball limiting holes 11 being greater than the radius of the steel balls 9 but less than the diameter of the steel balls 9, the steel balls 9 being disposed between the inner sleeve 4 and the outer sleeve 5.When the clutch is in normal state, the spring 10 is in a compressed state, and the steel balls are resisted against the steel ball limiting holes 11.At this time, the inner sleeve 4 and the outer sleeve 5 will rotate together under the action of the steel balls 9. When the force of tapping is too 3 large or the material to be tapped is too hard, the inner sleeve 4 and the outer sleeve 5 will extrude the steel balls 9. When the steel balls 9 are stressed sufficiently against the elasticity of the spring 10, the steel balls 9 will slide out from the steel ball limiting holes 11. That is, the inner sleeve 4 will slip off the outer sleeve 5. In this way, the damage to the equipment may be avoided, and the function of the clutch is realized. To ensure reliable connection between the main shaft 3, the inner sleeve 4 and the fixed seat 1, a first bearing 7 is provided between the main shaft 3 and the fixed seat 1, and a second bearing 8 is provided between the inner sleeve 4 and the fixed seat 1. 4
