[0016] With reference to Figs. I to 4, a tool positioning frame for socket bits in accordance with the present invention has a track disc 10 and a suspension device 20. [0017] The track disc 10 is made by aluminum extrusion, is elongated and has a baseboard 11, multiple positioning racks 12, multiple positioning blocks 13 and at least two mounting racks 14. The baseboard 11 may be rectangular in shape and has a top surface, a bottom surface, an upper end, two opposite sides and a length. The positioning racks 12 are formed on and protrude from the top surface of the baseboard 11 at intervals, and each positioning rack 12 has a length equal to the length of the baseboard 11. The positioning blocks 13 are mounted slidably in the positioning racks 12 of the track disc 10 to hold socket bits on the track disc 10. [0018] With reference to Figs. 4 and 5, the at least two mounting racks 14 are formed on and protrude from the bottom surface of the baseboard 11 at the opposite sides of the baseboard 11, and each one of the at least two mounting racks 14 has a length, an upper end, a lower end, a top surface, a width (W), a mouth 141, two side openings 142 and two sealing blocks 143. The length of the mounting rack 14 is equal to the length of the baseboard 11. The mouth 141 is formed through the top surface of the mounting rack 14 and has a width (M) narrower than the width (W) of the mounting rack 14 (M<W). The side openings 142 are respectively formed through the upper end and the lower end of the mounting rack 14 and communicate with the mouth 141 of the mounting rack 14. The sealing blocks 143 are respectively mounted in the side openings 142 of the mounting rack 14 to seal the mounting rack 14. [0019] The suspension device 20 is detachably connected to the track disc 10 and has multiple mounting sets 21, a suspension board 22 and multiple holding rings 23. The mounting sets 21 are movably mounted in the at least two mounting racks 14 of the track disc 10 and selectively abut one of the sealing blocks 143 of the at least two mounting racks 14. Each one of the mounting sets 21 is composed by two half-blocks 24. Each one of the half-blocks 24 has a base 241, a mounting protrusion 242 and a limiting tab 243. [0020] The base 241 may be rectangular, is movably mounted in a corresponding mounting rack 14 and 3 has a length (L), an inner side and an abutting face 244. The abutting face 244 is formed on the inner side of the base 241 and selectively abuts the abutting face 244 of the base 241 of the other half-block 24 of the mounting set 21. When the abutting faces 244 of the two half-blocks 24 abut each other in the corresponding mounting rack 14, the total lengths (2L) of the bases 241 are shorter than the width (W) of the corresponding mounting rack 14 and is longer than the width (M) of the mouth 141 of the corresponding mounting rack 14 (M<2L<W). Then, the half-blocks 24 of each one of the mounting sets 21 can be held in the at least two mounting racks 14 and cannot depart from the at least two mounting racks 14 via the mouths 141 as shown in Fig. 3. In addition, the length (L) of each one of the bases 241 of the half-blocks 24 is shorter than the width (W) of the corresponding mounting rack 14, and the bases 241 of the half-blocks 24 can be respectively and directly mounted in the corresponding mounting rack 14 without passing through the side openings 142 of the corresponding mounting rack 14. That is, when the sealing blocks 143 are respectively mounted in the side openings 142 of the mounting rack 14 to seal the mounting rack 14, the bases 241 of the half-blocks 24 can be sequentially mounted in the mounting rack 14 conveniently. [0021] The mounting protrusion 242 may be a semi-cylinder, is formed on and protrudes upwardly from the inner side of the base 241 and selectively abuts the mounting protrusion 242 of the other half-block 24 of the mounting set 21 and has a free end. The limiting tab 243 may be semicircular and is transversally formed on and protrudes from the free end of the mounting protrusion 242. When the abutting faces 244 of the half-blocks 24 abut each other in the corresponding mounting rack 14, the limiting tabs 243 of the half-blocks 24 face to each other at an interval and are formed in a substantially circular shape. [0022] The suspension board 22 is mounted on the at least two mounting racks 14 to cover the mouths 141 of the at least two mounting racks 14, are connected to the mounting sets 21 and has an inner side, an outer side, an upper end, a length, multiple mounting holes 221 and a hanging hole 222. The inner side of the suspension board 22 faces the at least two mounting racks 14. Furthermore, an operation manual 25 or an operating instruction of the tool positioning frame for socket bits can be printed on or mounted on the outer side of the suspension board 22 to instruct the users. The length of the suspension board 22 is longer than the length of the baseboard 11 to enable the upper end of the suspension board 22 to extend out of the upper end of the baseboard 11. [0023] The mounting holes 221 are formed through the inner side and the outer side of the suspension board 22, and the suspension board 22 is mounted around the mounting protrusions 242 of the mounting sets 21 via the mounting holes 221 by a deformation of the limiting tabs 243 of the mounting sets 21. The limiting tabs 243 of the mounting sets 21 extend out of the outer side of the suspension board 22. The hanging hole 222 is formed through the inner side and the outer side of the suspension board 22 near the upper end of the suspension board 22. [0024] The holding rings 23 are respectively mounted around the mounting protrusions 242 of the mounting sets 21 by a deformation of the limiting tabs 243 of the mounting sets 21 and abut the outer 4 side of the suspension board 22 and the limiting tabs 243 of the mounting sets 21. Then, the suspension board 22 can be securely mounted on the at least two mounting racks 14 by the holding rings 23 and the limiting tabs 243 of the mounting sets 21 conveniently. [0025] With reference to Figs. 6A to 6E, in assembly, the half-blocks 24 of each one of the mounting sets 21 are sequentially mounted in one of the at least two mounting racks 14. First, the base 241 of one of the half-blocks 24 is mounted in the corresponding mounting rack 14, and the base 241 of the other half-block 24 is sequentially mounted in the corresponding mounting rack 14 as shown in Fig. 6A. Then, with reference to Figs. 6B and 6C, the bases 241 are moved toward each other to enable the abutting faces 244 of the bases 241 to abut each other. After the abutting faces 244 abut each other, the half-blocks 24 are moved to abut one of the sealing blocks 143 of the corresponding mounting rack 14 as shown in Fig. 6D. With reference to Figs. 4 and 6E, when the mounting sets 21 respectively abut the sealing blocks 143 of the at least two mounting racks 14, the suspension board 22 and the holding rings 23 are sequentially mounted around the mounting protrusions 242 of the mounting sets 21 by the deformations of the limiting tabs 243 of the mounting sets 21. Then, the limiting tabs 243 extend out of the outer side of the suspension board 22 to enable the holding rings 23 to be mounted between the outer side of the suspension board 22 and the limiting tabs 243. Accordingly, the suspension board 22 can be securely held with the track disc 10 on the at least two mounting racks 14 as shown in Fig. 2. [0026] After assembling the tool positioning frame for socket bits in accordance with the present invention by the above-mentioned processes, the tool positioning frame can be hung, by the hanging hole 222 of the suspension board 22, on a hook of a display frame at the retail stores. Only a small space is needed to store the tool positioning frame and this is convenient when the tool positioning frame is displayed for sale. Furthermore, the operation manual 25 or an operating instruction is directly printed on or mounted on the outer side of the suspension board 22 for showing how to disassemble or use the tool positioning frame. [0027] Additionally, with reference to Fig. 7, when the tool positioning frame for socket bits in accordance with the present invention is purchased by a user, the user can disassemble the tool positioning frame according to the operation manual 25 that is mounted or printed on the outer side of the suspension board 22. The user can take the pliers 40 to cut off the limiting tabs 243 from the free ends of the mounting protrusions 242. Then, the holding rings 23 and the suspension board 22 can be sequentially departed from the track disc 10 conveniently as shown in Fig. 8. [0028] With reference to Figs. 9 and 10, after the holding rings 23 and the suspension board 22 are separated from the track disc 10, the user can push the half-blocks 24 to move relative to each other to enable the abutting faces 244 of the half-blocks 24 to separate from each other. Then, the half-blocks 24 can be individually moved out of the at least two mounting racks 14 conveniently. [0029] Even though numerous characteristics and advantages of the present invention have been set forth in the foregoing description, together with details of the structure and features of the invention, the disclosure is illustrative only. Changes may be made in the details, especially in matters of shape, size, 5 and arrangement of parts within the principles of the invention to the full extent indicated by the broad general meaning of the terms in which the appended claims are expressed.
