Description A Caliper Technical Filed The invention relates to a caliper. Background of the Invention As shown in Figure 1, when measuring the inner diameter of a cylindrical casting, the regular way is to put a cross caliper into the inner side wall of the cylindrical casting, then the cross caliper is unfolded to enable the two tips of the cross caliper to tightly stand against the inner side wall, and then the caliper is taken out to measure the distance between the two tips, namely the inner diameter of the cylindrical casting; however as the casting has convex and concave parts caused by poor contraction during the solidification process, the cross caliper cannot be taken out after standing tightly against the inner side wall of the cylindrical casting, and the inner diameter of the cylindrical casting is hardly to be measured. Summary of the Invention The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a caliper which can measure the inner diameter of the cylindrical castings simply, conveniently and accurately with small errors. In order to solve above-mentioned existing technical problems, the invention adopts a proposal as follows: a caliper, comprising a caliper body, a loose-sliding graduated scale installed in said caliper body, a chute installed on said caliper body and a tightening bolt sliding connected with the graduated scale in said chute. Preferably, the scale mark at the top end of said graduated scale is the height of the caliper body. The inner diameter of the cylindrical casting can be read at the cross part between the upper part scale and the caliper body, therefore the invention is convenient for use. Preferably, the lower end of said caliper body is provided with measuring tips, which are convenient for placing the measuring tips on the concave and convex part to measure. Preferably, said caliper body and the measuring tips are an integrated structure, which is convenient for manufacturing. 1 Advantages: as a caliper provided in above mentioned technical proposal is adopted, the invention can measure the inner diameter of the cylindrical castings simply, conveniently and accurately with small errors. Brief Description of the Drawings Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the use state of the existing cross caliper; Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of the use state of the invention. Detailed Description of the Invention As shown in Figure 2, a caliper comprises a caliper body 1, a loose-sliding graduated scale 2 is installed in said caliper body 1, a chute 3 is installed on said caliper body 1 and a tightening bolt 4 is sliding connected with the graduated scale 2 in said chute 3. The scale mark at the top end of said graduated scale 2 is the height of the caliper body 1. The lower end of said caliper body 1 is provided with measuring tips 5. Said caliper body 1 and the measuring tips 5 are an integrated structure. The height of the caliper body 1 is 200mm, so the scale mark at the top end of the graduated scale 2 should be 200mm; when in sue, the caliper is placed in the cylinder casting, the sliding graduated scale 2 is taken out, the measuring tips 5 in the lower end of the caliper body 1 stands against the lower concave part of the cylinder casting, the upper end of the graduated scale 2 stands against the upper side wall in the cylinder casting, then the inner diameter of the cylinder casting can be directly read from the cross part between the graduated scale 2 and the caliper body 1, therefore the invention is convenient for use with accurate measurement and small errors. 2

Claims (4)

1. A caliper, comprising a caliper body (1), wherein: a loose-sliding graduated scale (2) is installed in said caliper body (1), a chute (3) is installed on said caliper body (1) and a tightening bolt (4) is sliding connected with the graduated scale (2) in said chute (3).
2. The caliper according to claim 1, wherein: the scale mark at the top end of said graduated scale (2) is the height of the caliper body (1).
3. The caliper according to claim 1, wherein: the lower end of said caliper body (1) is provided with measuring tips (5).
4. The caliper according to claim 3, wherein: said caliper body (1) and the measuring tips (5) are an integrated structure. 3
