AUSTRALIA Patents Act 1990 COMPLETE SPECIFICATION INNOVATION PATENT MOBILE BUNK BED CURTAIN The following statement is a full description of this invention, including the best method of performing it known to me: Mobile Bunk Bed Curtain For many years traveler and backpacker around the world uses facilities like hostels and other shared accomodations for their overnight or in some cases a long term stay. Most hostels, dorm rooms or other shared accomodations are equipped with bunk beds in order to be able to accomodate as much guests as possible in one room to offer a cheap accomodation price which caused a lack of privacy in such dorm rooms. Most of the time a guest does not have much privacy while sharing a dorm room with other mostly unkown people. This innvention has been specially devised in order to provide an improved space of privacy of simple, cheap, carryable, effective and readily reusable construction of a bunk bed curtain.

2 The mobile bunk bed curtain is preferably made from plastic such as PEVA, elastic materials such as rubber and elastic fabrics, plastic hooks and a anti-slip silcon patch, however other materials can also be used. For example Vinyl, PVC, cotton or other fabrics. The mobile bunk bed curtain may also be made of a suitable other material. The invention may be better understood with reference to the illustrations of embodiments of the invention which: Figure 1 is an elevation of an mobile bunk bed curtain with parts seperated, Figure 2 are diametrical sectional elevations of the end of the elastic curtain track showing retaining bracket/hook 1, hook support 2 and elastic track 3. A anti-slip patch 3 gives support on a bedpost to secure elastic curtain track from moving around. A hook 2 on both sides of elastic track enables A) attachment on bedpost and B) secures elastic track to hook support 4 (may be better understood with reference to the illustration Figure 5).

Claims

1. A mobile bunk bed curtain comprising a elastic curtain track with hook and hook support on both sides.

2. A mobile bunk bed curtain as claimed in claim 1 with an anti slip patch whereof the elastic curtain track is attached.

3. A mobile bunk bed curtain according to any claims 1 and 2 where the elastic curtain track are made from elastic or plastic materials.

4. A mobile bunk bed curtin according to any of one of the claims 1-3 where the curtain track has a flat or roundish design.
