Abstract

The present invention discloses a sealing device between upper and lower biogas pools. The present invention relates to connecting component of biogas pool. The sealing device between upper and lower biogas pools includes a water sealing tank located above sealing edge of upper and lower pools. A 5 dismountable baffle connected onto the upper pool is mounted above the said water sealing tank; the baffle covers the opening of the said water sealing tank; the said baffle is provided with a glass plate used to observe water level in the water sealing tank. If the present invention is adopted, water sealing tank will not be filled with soil, and not causing sealing failure of water sealing tank, even though both upper and lower pools are buried underground. 2 FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a connecting component of biogas pool. GENERAL BACKGROUND 5 The present FRP biogas pool or biogas pool having a brick-concrete structure substantially comprises a lower pool, and upper pool thereon. The lower pool is respectively provided with a feed inlet and a discharge outlet. The upper pool is provided with a gas outlet, the upper pool is directly connected with the gas-consuming device by outlet pipe. 0 In the prior art, the upper and lower pools are connected together with expansion bolts, in actual use, plentiful biogas easily leaks out from expansion bolts, and affect normal use of the whole biogas pool. In view of this situation, a water sealing tank is mounted above the expansion bolts in the prior art such that the upper and lower pools can be sealed in manner of water sealing, which achieved certain technical effect. For example, A Chinese Patent (Publication No. 201343535) Published on 11 November 2009 5 disclosed a biogas pool including a biogas pool cover, the biogas pool cover includes biogas hood and water sealing device, said biogas hood hermetically contact with the water sealing device. Said water sealing device hermetically contact with the biogas pool opening. For the biogas pool as described in the present invention, a water sealing tank is set at the top of fermenting tank and the lower part of the hood is connected with the bottom of sealing tank, water is injected into the water tank for sealing. The lower 0 end of biogas hood is provided with a water sealing ring, the fermenting tank can be sealed around by injecting water into the sealing ring when installation. The pool has good sealing performance, makes their material charge and discharge simply and is to be managed easily. But now, upper and lower pools are required to be buried underground. If so, the above-mentioned 5 available water sealing tank structure is not applicable. Soil on surface layer will easily fill the whole water sealing tank and suck water from the tank, as a result that the whole water sealing tank loses sealing function. SUMMARY 30 In order to solve the above technical defect, the present invention discloses a sealing device between upper and lower biogas pools. If the present invention is adopted, water sealing tank will not be filled with soil, and do not lose its sealing function, even though the upper and lower pools are buried underground. 35 The present invention is achieved by the following technical solution. A sealing device between upper and lower biogas pools includes a water sealing tank located above sealing edge of upper and lower pools, wherein a dismountable baffle connected onto the upper pool is 3 mounted above the said water sealing tank; the baffle covers the opening of the said water sealing tank; the said baffle is provided with a glass plate used to observe water level in the water sealing tank. Further, the said upper pool and lower pool are sealed with expansion bolts or by concrete pouring. 5 Further, the said upper pool is FRP arch cover. Compared with prior art, the beneficial effect of the present invention is described as follows. 0 A baffle fixed onto the upper pool is mounted above the water sealing tank and the baffle covers the opening of the said water sealing tank. In this way, after the water sealing tank is filled with water, even though both upper and lower pools are buried underground, the soil will be unable to enter into the water sealing tank under blocking action of the baffle, thus the soil will not suck water from water sealing tank, and it will not cause sealing failure of water sealing tank. The baffle is dismountable to facilitate filling 5 water, and moreover, a glass plate is mounted on the baffle and it is convenient to observe the water level change in the water sealing tank. In this way, since the baffle 4 covers the opening of the said water sealing tank 3, after the water sealing tank 3 is filled with water, even though both upper and lower pools are buried underground, the soil will 35 be unable to enter into the water sealing tank 3 under blocking action of the baffle 4, thus the soil will not suck water from water sealing tank, and it will not cause sealing failure of water sealing tank 3.
4 The upper pool 1 and lower pool 2 are sealed with expansion bolts or by concrete pouring. The upper pool I is arch cover made of FRP or other materials. The lower pool 2 is made of brick-concrete structural material or concrete material.

Claims (3)

1. A sealing device between upper and lower biogas pools including a water sealing tank located above sealing edge of upper and lower pools, wherein a dismountable baffle connected onto the upper 5 pool is mounted above said water sealing tank, and the baffle covers the opening of said water sealing tank, and said baffle is provided with a glass plate used to observe water level in said water sealing tank.
2. A sealing device between upper and lower biogas pools of claim 1, wherein said upper pool and lower pool are sealed with expansion bolts or by concrete pouring. 0
3. A sealing device applicable between upper and lower biogas pools of either claim 1 or claim 2, wherein said upper pool is FRP arch cover.
