Description WELDING GUN POSITIONING MECHANISM Technical field The invention relates to a welding gun positioning mechanism, belonging to the technical field of welding devices. Background art The Chinese patent (publication No.:CN201324901) discloses an automatic circumferentially welding machine which comprises a stand, a power device, a welding gun positioning rack and two supporting rollers for supporting and rotating a cylindrical workpieces, the two supporting rollers are respectively connected with the stand by a shaft and arranged in parallel, the two supporting rollers forms a bearing unit for the cylindrical workpieces, the power device is connected with the two supporting rollers, respectively, the welding gun positioning rack is fixed on the stand, the welding gun positioning rack can be an assembled rack or an articulated rack, and the tail end of the welding gun positioning rack is provided with a welding gun fixing base for fixing a welding gun. The welding gun positioning rack with the above technical scheme can not automatically move away after welding a workpiece and thus has security hidden danger, and the position of the welding can not be adjusted. Summary of the invention The invention provides a welding gun positioning mechanism which realizes automatic lifting of a welding gun, has higher operational security and is convenient for adjusting the position of the welding gun, solving the problem that the welding workpiece and thus has security hidden danger and the position of a welding gun can not be adjusted. The above technical object of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the welding gun positioning mechanism comprises a work bench, the lower end of an upright post is fixedly connected with the work bench, a guide sleeve driven by a lifting cylinder is connected on the upright post in an upward-downward sliding mode, and a mechanical arm group fixed to a welding gun is articulated to the guide sleeve. In the invention, a welding gun can be lifted and lowered by the lifting cylinder driving the guide sleeve to lift and lower, and the welding gun is lifted and moves away from the working position so as to increase the operational safety when stopping working and is lowered to the working position by the lifting cylinder when needing working, and meanwhile, the position of the welding gun can be adjusted conveniently through the mechanical arm group. Preferably, the upright post is provided with a guide slot in the height direction, the lifting cylinder is mounted on the upper end of the upright post, the piston rod of the lifting cylinder is inserted into the guide slot from top to bottom and is coaxial with the guide sleeve, and the guide sleeve is fixed to the piston rod of the lifting cylinder in the guide slot via screw nails, so that on one hand, the integral structure of the invention is more compact, and on the other hand, the lifting cylinder can apply an even lifting force to the guide sleeve; and the mechanical arm group provided with the welding gun can prevent the deviation of the welding gun through the guide sleeve being lifted and lowered on the upright post, thereby insuring the welding nozzle of the welding gun always aims at the position of a workpiece to be welded and guaranteeing the welding quality. Preferably, the mechanical arm group comprises a first mechanical arm and a second mechanical arm, one end of the first mechanical arm is articulated to the the second mechanical arm, and the welding gun is mounted on the second mechanical arm. The mechanical arm group can accurately adjust the relative positions of height and horizontal distance between the welding gun and the workpiece through the combination of the first mechanical arm and the second mechanical arm and thus causes the welding nozzle to accurately aim at and weld a circumferential seam on the end surface of the workpiece. Therefore, the invention can realize automatic lifting of a welding, has higher operational safety, can conveniently adjust the position of the welding gun, etc. Brief description of the drawings Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the invention; and Figure 2 is a sectional view of the guide sleeve in connection with the upright post and the piston rod of the lifting cylinder of the invention. Detailed description of the embodiment The invention is further described in detail by combining the following embodiment and figures. Embodiment: referring to figure 1 and figure 2, the lower end of an upright post 4 is fixedly connected with a work bench 1, a guide sleeve 6 driven by a lifting cylinder 5 is connected on the upright post 4 in an upward-downward sliding mode, the upright post 4 is provided with a guide slot 7 in the height direction, the lifting cylinder 5 is mounted on the upper end of the upright post 4, the piston rod 8 of the lifting cylinder 5 is inserted into the guide slot 7 from top to bottom, the piston rod 8 of the lifting cylinder 5 is coaxial with the guide sleeve 6, the guide sleeve 6 is fixed to the piston rod 8 of the lifting cylinder positioned in the guide slot 7 through screw nails 9, and the part of the upright post 4 corresponding to the lower end of the guide slot 7 is provided with a limiting seat 10 used for limiting the downward displacement of the guide sleeve; in a mechanical arm group, one end of a first mechanical arm 11 is articulated to the guide sleeve 6, the other end of the first mechanical arm 11 is articulated to one end of a second mechanical arm 12, and a welding gun 13 is positioned above a workpiece positioning mechanism 3 and mounted on the second mechanical arm 12.
Claims (3)
1. A welding gun positioning mechanism, comprising a work bench, characterized in that the lower end of an upright post is fixedly connected with the work bench, a guide sleeve driven by a lifting cylinder is connected on the upright post in an upward-downward sliding mode, and a mechanical arm group fixed to a welding gun is articulated to the guide sleeve.

The welding gun positioning mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the upright post is provided with a guide slot in the height direction, the lifting cylinder is mounted on the upper end of the upright post, the piston rod of the lifting cylinder is inserted into the guide slot from top to bottom and is coaxial with the guide sleeve, and the guide sleeve is fixed to the piston rod of the lifting cylinder in the guide slot via screw nails.

The welding gun positioning mechanism according to claim I or claim 2, characterized in that the mechanical arm group comprises a first mechanical arm and a second mechanical arm, one end of the first mechanical arm is articulated to the guide sleeve, the other end of the first mechanical arm is articulated with one end of the second mechanical arm, and the welding gun is mounted on the second mechanical arm.
