Australia Patents Act 1990 COMPLETE SPECIFICATION INNOVATION PATENT LED MESSAGE SIGN INNOVATION The following statement is a full description of this invention, including the best method of performing it know to us LED MESSAGE SIGN INNOVATION Background LEDs are widely used in the sign industry as digitalized display equipments. A LED message sign offers great advantages in many aspects, i.e. low energy consumption; high brightness; easy to change displayed content; longer life span and etc. LED message signs generally have a structure framework assembled with cut to length metal frames and comers as border frames, several metal beams fixed parallel to each other across border frames. Circuit panels are then laid and fixed on top of the metal beams and back is sealed with a plate. All the joints are fastened with screws or bolts, should water resistance be required any joints or gaps have to be sealed with silicon. Despite all the advantage LED signage offers, such process has many drawbacks, it is complicated and requires a lot detail works; the finished sign is oversized, heavy and relatively fragile in transportation; it's neither time nor cost efficient; and it won't fit production lines. In order to overcome the difficulties mentioned above, after trying numerous methods and tests, we discovered this invention. It kept all the advantages of LED signage and utilized sliding and slots design, no screws or bolts required to hold the circuit panels, basic water resistance can be easily added. It will be easy, simple and fast assembling, stylish presented, compact for packing & transportation, and most important of all cost less and fit production lines. Detailed description of the invention The above said invention comprises circuit panels (1) with LEDs (4) mounted; mask LED Message Sign Innovation 3 / 6 panels (3) with circuit panels (1) fixed beneath; and housing frame (2). The housing frame (2) is a "C" shaped channel with multiple slots (5) on inner wall to hold mask panels (1), and multipurpose channels (6) (7) on outer wall intended for strengthening, fixing (hang or support), extending and more. The mask panel (3) is equipped with wings (8) on corners & middle to cooperate with the slots (5). When assembling, the wings (8) of mask panel (3) simply slide into the middle slot (5). If basic water resistance required, the wings (8) should then slide into the bottom slots (5) with a clear fascia (e.g. acrylic, plastic or glass) slide into the top slot (5). If extension required, the housing frames (2) can be joined together by inserting and fixing metal bars in multipurpose channels (6) (7). Throughout above description the aim has been to describe the invention without limiting the invention to any one embodiment or specific collection of features. Person skilled in the relevant art may realize variations from the specific embodiments that nonetheless fall within the scope of the invention. Claims (3)

1. A LED message sign comprising: circuit panels (1) where the LEDs (4) are mounted onto; mask panels (3) with circuit panels (1) fixed beneath; and housing frame (2) with slots & channels;
2. The housing frame of claim 1 is a "C" shaped channel with multiple slots (5) on inner wall to hold mask panels (1), and multipurpose channels (6) (7) on outer wall intended for strengthening, fixing (hang or support), extending and more;
3. The mask panel of claim 1 is equipped with wings (8) on corners & middle to cooperate with the slots (5). LED Message Sign Innovation 6 / 6
