Description

1 Description THE COMPACT SANDAL This invention relates to improvements made to the thong in order for it to be reduced in size for easy storage. For many people, women especially, who go out to pubs and/or clubs on a weekend, by the end of the night discomfort and pain is caused by the shoes they wear which include stilettos and high heels. By the end of the night, it is common to see women walking through the streets in bear feet with their shoes in their hand. This practice is dangerous as they could potentially step on glass, stones or worse. This compact thong would give women an option of bringing a foldable or rollable pair of shoes with them on a night out which they could put into their purse, pocket or bag and then use at the end of the night to avoid injury. Of course, regular thong can be used but due to their size it is not practical to carry them in a purse, pocket or bag. This problem has been overcome by creating two models, a foldable and a rollable thong which could fit neatly in a bag.
