AUSTRALIA Patent's Act 1990 COMPLETE SPECIFICATION INNOVATION PATENT ALL TERRAIN FISHING CHAIR The following statement is a full description of this invention, including the best method of operating it known to me: 2 ALL TERRAIN FISHING CHAIR For a number of years the type of chairs people use to go camping and fishing have become a problem if the ground is uneven. The chair will teeter back and forth. The same problem occurs on the rocks when fishing. This invention has been specially designed to give a steady and comfortable seat in these 5 situations. A chair in accordance with this invention comprises of a chair with 4 telescopic legs that allows each leg to be adjusted individually to ensure the stability and safety of the chair. 10 The chair easily folds for convenient storage and portability. The chair frame is preferably made from a lightweight metal such as aluminium to provide strength and to enhance ease of use. However other materials 15 such as other metal alloys may be suitable. The invention may be better understood with reference to the illustrations of embodiments of the invention which: 20 Figure 1 is a side view of an improved all terrain fishing chair illustrating the way the telescopic legs operate. Figure 9 shows rubber gripping pads that can be made from gripping materials 5 such as polymers which will be attached to the legs by using a ball joint method. The improved all terrain fishing chair in figure 2 shows the four individual telescopic legs 2 extended to the desired adjustment 3 with gripping pads 4 to 10 allow you to fish off rocks which can vary in height levels. The same applies if you use the chair for camping where you may encounter other uneven surfaces. The chair is designed with telescopic legs and gripping pads to allow you to level the chair on uneven surfaces and terrain in comfort and safety.
