Abstract

The invention relates to a plastic bottle comprising a bottle body and an adjoining base section (6), consisting of a bottle base (7) that seals the bottle and stabilising feet (8) that are separated from one another by indentations (9) in the bottle wall. According to the invention, the bottle base (7) curves inwards towards the bottle interior and the axial extension (l) of the indentations (9) that separate the stabilising feet (8) is substantially equal to or less than the axial apex (h) of the curve of the bottle base (7).
